(A/N):

Drop a here that you find funny. Or reflects your mood.

Guys I hope you put more comnts and power stones... Which will encourage ...

....

The week-long break between schedules arrived at the perfect ti.

Not just for the crew. Not just for Aishwarya.

But especially for Karuppu.

The emotional burden of the first schedule had been far heavier than anyone expected.

Even now, whenever he thought about Ram sitting alone writing his suicide letter, he could still rember every detail.

Every emotion.

Every hesitation.

Every painful thought.

It was almost as though the character was still sitting sowhere inside his mories.

Not affecting him. Not controlling him.

Just existing.

Normally Karuppu would have brushed it aside.

After all, he felt perfectly normal.

He was laughing again.

Cracking jokes.

Enjoying ti with his family.

Annoying Akshara through phone calls.

Getting threatened by Shruti whenever Emma Watson's na was brought up.

Everything felt normal.

Yet Kamal Haasan's words remained in his head.

"The audience needs Ram."

"Your family needs Karuppu."

The more he thought about it, the more he realized the veteran actor had a point.

So instead of ignoring the advice, Karuppu decided to follow it seriously.

A few days into the break, he booked an appointnt with the psychiatrist Kamal had personally recomnded.

The clinic was located in Chennai.

Professional.

Private.

And surprisingly simple.

There were no dramatic hospital vibes.

No intimidating atmosphere.

Just a calm environnt designed to make patients comfortable.

When Karuppu arrived, he noticed very quickly that the staff already knew who he was.

The IPL sensation.

The actor who was in hot spot after his debut success.

The young man currently appearing in headlines every other week.

To his relief, nobody asked for autographs.

Nobody brought up cricket.

Nobody ntioned Emma Watson.

Which imdiately made him like the place.

After completing the formalities, he was finally called inside.

The psychiatrist was a middle-aged woman with years of experience working with perforrs, athletes, and high-pressure professionals.

Unlike what Karuppu expected, she didn't imdiately start asking dramatic questions.

Instead she began with simple conversation.

How was filming?

How was cricket?

How was college preparation?

How was his sleep?

The discussion slowly moved deeper.

His emotional state.

His thoughts while playing Ram.

His preparation thods.

His practice routines.

His ability to separate himself from the character.

For nearly two hours she assessed him.

So portions involved conversation.

So involved written assessnts.

So involved psychological evaluations.

By the end of the session,

Karuppu felt more tired than after an entire day of shooting.

The psychiatrist anwhile reviewed the results carefully.

Finally she looked up from the papers.

"You're fine."

Karuppu imdiately relaxed.

"No hidden personality changes."

"No emotional residue."

"No obsessive attachnt to the character."

"No signs of dissociation."

She tapped the report.

"You separated from the role successfully."

The young actor let out a long sigh.

Honestly speaking, he hadn't realized how worried he actually was until that mont.

Because despite appearing confident, a small part of him had been wondering.

What if Kamal was right?

What if sothing remained?

What if he had unknowingly carried part of Ram back with him?

Thankfully none of that appeared to be the case.

The psychiatrist continued.

"However."

Karuppu imdiately beca alert again.

There was always a "however."

"thod acting is still dangerous."

She adjusted her glasses.

"Especially for soone your age."

Unlike Kamal, she explained things from a dical perspective.

How repeated emotional imrsion could affect mood.

How certain actors unknowingly developed anxiety.

How depression could beco harder to identify when constantly portraying depressed characters.

How sleep disorders sotis erged.

How emotional boundaries could weaken over ti.

Karuppu listened carefully.

"...."

This ti he paid far more attention than before.

Because hearing it from a psychiatrist made the risks feel more real.

The system warning suddenly looked far less dramatic and far more reasonable.

Eventually she proposed a solution.

Regular monitoring.

Nothing excessive.

Just periodic evaluations.

Especially before and after major emotionally demanding roles.

"If you're going to continue using thod acting..."

She pointed at him.

"Then treat your ntal health the sa way athletes treat their bodies."

That comparison imdiately clicked in Karuppu's head.

A cricketer didn't wait until his shoulder was broken before seeing a doctor.

An actor shouldn't wait until his mind was struggling before seeking help.

Simple.

Practical.

Logical.

By the end of the session, Karuppu officially enrolled as a long-term client of the clinic.

Not because he was unwell.

But because he wanted to remain well.

The psychiatrist herself seed pleased by that decision.

Most young actors, especially successful ones, tended to believe nothing could affect them.

Karuppu surprisingly accepted the advice without resistance.

Before leaving, she handed him a small card containing future appointnt schedules and ergency contact information if he ever felt overwheld by a role.

As he stood to leave, she smiled slightly.

"I'll probably see you again after your next intense character."

Karuppu laughed.

"-Hehe!"

"Hopefully not because I've gone crazy."

The psychiatrist smiled.

"If you keep showing up before that happens, you won't."

Leaving the clinic, Karuppu felt oddly relieved.

For the first ti since unlocking thod Acting through the system, he felt like he had an actual safety net.

Kamal's warning.

The psychiatrist's guidance.

Regular checkups.

Now he could continue improving as an actor without blindly walking into danger.

And as he drove back ho through the busy Chennai roads, one thought crossed his mind.

If his system had given him a skill capable of creating extraordinary performances...

Then learning how to survive using that skill might be just as important as mastering it.

The week-long break turned out to be one of the most peaceful periods Karuppu had experienced in months.

No shooting.

No cricket practice.

No interviews around.

No directors calling him at odd hours.

No producers discussing schedules well he is producer too.

For the first ti since Aadhavan exploded across the country, he found himself with sothing extrely rare.

Free ti.

Naturally, Karuppu used that free ti in the most productive way possible.

Absolutely wasting it.

Most mornings began with Lakshmi dragging him out of bed before he could pretend to be asleep.

The mont she discovered he had no shooting schedule for the week, she imdiately claid ownership of her youngest son.

"Get up."

Karuppu would bury his face deeper into the pillow.

"No."

"Temple."

"No."

"Get up."

"I'm sick."

Lakshmi would simply pull the blanket away.

"You were playing video gas until two in the morning."

Karuppu imdiately sat up.

"...."

His cover had been blown.

Sohow his mother always knew.

Thus began several mornings where Lakshmi took him to nearby temples.

Not because she believed he was particularly religious.

But because she firmly believed the boy needed divine supervision.

Especially after the Emma Watson incident.

Though nobody openly ntioned it anymore.

At least not in front of him.

Most of the ti.

The temple priests had also beco familiar with him.

So congratulated him for the IPL.

Others praised Aadhavan.

A few even asked about future movies.

One elderly priest chuckled while giving him prasadam.

-Chuckle!

"Don't forget us after becoming an international star."

Karuppu imdiately pointed at the small sweet in his hand.

"If you keep giving this, I'll never leave."

The old priest laughed.

Lakshmi smacked the back of his head.

Even inside temples he couldn't behave normally.

The remaining days were usually spent with Darshan and Mahendran.

The mont they learned he had an entire week free, both practically moved into the Sivakumar household.

Most afternoons could be found inside the compound.

Playing one-pitch cricket.

The rules changed every five minutes.

The argunts happened every three minutes.

And sohow every match ended with accusations of cheating.

A completely normal friendship.

One particular afternoon, the three sat beneath the shade of a large tree after finishing yet another heated match.

Mahendran collapsed onto the grass dramatically.

"My life is suffering."

Darshan nodded seriously.

"Sa."

Karuppu looked at them suspiciously.

"What happened now?"

Mahendran imdiately pointed at him.

"You."

"?"

"Yes, you."

Darshan joined in already caught up what his friend wants to do.

"Look at our lives."

Both pointed toward themselves.

"We go to college."

"We attend classes."

"We write assignnts."

"We fail assignnts."

"We suffer."

Karuppu blinked hearing the sudden serious tone.

"And?"

Mahendran suddenly pointed dramatically toward the sky.

"And while we suffer..."

Darshan continued after where he left.

"You are going abroad."

Mahendran nodded with a sigh.

"California."

Darshan added with a look of longing.

"Foreign country."

Mahendran sighed heavily.

"Foreign girls."

Darshan clutched his chest.

"Foreign actresses."

Karuppu imdiately understood where this conversation was going.

"Oh no."

"Oh yes."

The two friends grinned.

"Emma Watson."

Karuppu groaned seeing the topic shift to her once again.

"There it is."

The topic he had hoped to avoid.

For the past week.

Every single person seed determined to bring up Emma Watson at least once.

His family. The dia. Akshara. Hansika. Shruti.

Now his friends.

Nobody wanted to let it die.

Mahendran suddenly wrapped an arm around Karuppu's shoulder.

"Tell us honestly."

Darshan moved to the other side.

"Yes."

"We are your friends."

"You can trust us."

Karuppu imdiately beca suspicious.

That tone never led anywhere good.

"Trust you with what?"

"The truth."

"What truth?"

"Emma Watson."

Karuppu sighed looking at their twinkling eyes.

"It was dinner."

The two friends stared at him to reveal more.

"It was."

More staring.

"Seriously."

Even more staring.

Then both burst out laughing.

"-HAHAHA!!!"

"-HAHAHA!!!"

Karuppu looked offended.

"I'm telling the truth!"

Mahendran shook his head.

"We don't believe you."

Darshan nodded his head recounting all the lies Karuppu tells when ever it involves pretty girls from their childhood.

"Not even a little."

Karuppu pointed angrily.

"Why ask if you're not going to believe ?"

"Because it's funny."

A perfectly honest answer.

Before Karuppu could respond, Mahendran suddenly grabbed him.

"Get him."

"What?"

Darshan imdiately joined.

"Punishnt."

"FOR WHAT?"

"For hiding things."

The two friends pinned him down.

Karuppu imdiately began struggling.

"You idiots!"

"It was dinner!"

Darshan laughed like a villian.

"Sure."

Mahendran grinned after Darshan.

-Grin

"That's exactly what guilty people say."

Then both started tickling him rcilessly.

The compound imdiately filled with laughter.

Karuppu's.

Darshan's.

Mahendran's.

And from inside the house, Lakshmi watching through the window.

She smiled softly.

Because for all the fa.

For all the money.

For all the headlines.

For all the movies and cricket tournants.

At monts like this, Karuppu still looked exactly the sa as he had years ago.

Just a boy fooling around with his friends.

And perhaps that was what made her happiest.

Not the success.

Not the fa.

But the fact that despite everything changing around him... Karuppu himself hadn't changed very much at all.

The week-long break passed far faster than anyone expected.

Before long, Karuppu once again found himself entering the shooting location of 3.

This ti, however, the atmosphere felt completely different from the first schedule.

The first schedule had been emotionally exhausting.

Suicide.

Depression.

Hallucinations.

Fear.

ntal collapse.

Nearly every day involved scenes that left the entire set emotionally drained.

The second schedule was the exact opposite.

Now the story moved backward.

Back to happier tis.

Back to when Ram and Janani were simply two young people in love.

Before tragedy entered their lives.

Before ntal illness began destroying everything.

Before fate decided to be cruel.

As Karuppu stepped out of his car and entered the set, he imdiately noticed the difference.

The crew looked more relaxed.

The costus were brighter.

The sets felt warr.

Even Aishwarya seed more cheerful.

"Welco back."

She greeted him with a smile.

Karuppu nodded.

"Looks like nobody is trying to kill themselves in this schedule."

Several nearby crew mbers burst into laughter.

Aishwarya rolled her eyes.

"Not yet."

"Don't give new ideas."

That imdiately made everyone laugh harder.

According to the shooting plan, the second schedule would be relatively short.

Only fifteen days.

Most of the scenes involved Ram and Janani's courtship period.

Their marriage.

Their playful interactions.

The happy mories that would later make the tragedy hurt even more.

At the sa ti, three songs were scheduled to be fild.

Co On Girls.

Nee Paartha Vizhigal.

And the final song which was still under developnt.

A song that had unexpectedly beco Anirudh's newest obsession.
