Chapter 1236: Chapter 1077: The King’s Aura

Joe Ga finished inspecting the large ship he had prepared, then visited the French Air Force Base, and finally went to the defense exhibition where he briefly t with Old Li from AVIC.

No one could have imagined that Boss Joe had already thoroughly organized his plan before the conflict had even begun.

In fact, since Brazil, Boss Joe had underestimated his own influence and the level of investnt from arms companies.

In reality, at the stage in Brazil, Boss Joe was being propelled by the grand plan he set himself, and the snowball started to grow larger, even beginning to get out of his control.

But now, as Boss Joe set foot in Djibouti and saw his envisioned mariti command center quickly taking shape, he felt reassured.

He decided to get everyone involved in command aboard the ship, whether they were mbers of the observation group or representatives from major arms and rcenary companies.

In a relatively confined space, the most dominant figure was always Boss Joe, who could effectively unify everyone’s thinking instead of letting them run wild in an open territory.

This is a war; before the battle, you can feed off the buzz, but once the battle starts, you must adhere to my command.

Whether it be the command groups of various countries or the advertising teams of arms companies, as soon as the gunfire begins, they must follow the unified managent of PB and comply with Boss Joe’s grand strategy.

Construct rather than destroy!

Slowly squeeze out the abscess-like Al Qaeda, gradually reviving the economy and vitality of Mukalla…

One year, two years, even three years, Boss Joe is prepared to abandon the idea of instantly defeating Al Qaeda and instead use his superior forces to gradually compress their living space, fighting while building.

Compete for territory while using hope to garner local support.

Use the Yeni situation to hinder or even exhaust those enemies who dislike PB, while also giving the local Yeni people enough ti to change their mindset.

The United Nations’ ‘Security Zone Plan’ has been approved, but Mukalla is neither Tubruq nor Syria; here, the oil and mining resources are divided among five major powers…

The Yen Security Zone is not the sa as Syria’s. To save on military expenses, the five powers have jointly arranged for all resource points around Mukalla to be included in the security zone.

The Syrian Secure Zone is but a re 200 square kiloters; however, under the operation of the big players, the Yen Security Zone spans a full 50,000 square kiloters, occupying a tenth of Yen’s territory.

This area is still Yen’s territory, but until the UN completes a comprehensive assessnt of their dostic situation and passes it, the area will be jointly managed by the five powers and PB.

However, these five only handle oil and mine developnt, while the military command and administrative managent rights of the security zone are entirely in Boss Joe’s hands.

The big players just want the lion’s share; they left the most difficult part to Boss Joe.

Under such circumstances, even if the Yeni governnt and the Houthi Ard Forces reach a peace agreent, the UN will not pass their human rights evaluation until the big players satisfy their appetite.

Just like in the Syrian Secure Zone, the UN signed an open-ended security contract with PB.

Within the security zone, PB becos the regular army!

Thus, Boss Joe cannot simply set up a trap to strike down Al Qaeda like in Syria.

In such a large area, it is impossible to quickly eradicate Al Qaeda.

More importantly, if Al Qaeda collapses too quickly, it will not be conducive for Boss Joe to exert influence among the five major powers.

As long as Al Qaeda exists in Yen for a day, PB’s military influence is perpetual, and the managent rights of Mukalla are stable.

With only the $20 billion promised by Shah and the UN’s perpetually delayed funding, it is impossible to sustain the security zone for the long term.

Boss Joe must co up with a plan that allows Mukalla to operate independently!

Fishing is just the beginning, and projects like harbors and transportation, from which oil can be skimd off the major powers, also need to follow up.

Charge for land usage, pay for labor…

It’s not like you can take shared managent of mineral resources for free.

The major players need to invest heavily to develop those oil and mineral resources, and half of the profits need to be set aside for rebuilding Yen’s infrastructure.

Once these massive projects get underway, they will generate a huge industrial chain.

Land, labor, resource supplents, dock berthing–for each of these, they must pay up.

The big players don’t plan on firing a shot in Yen because if they do, they’ll incur a loss. Under such circumstances, as long as Al Qaeda exists for a day, Boss Joe is in charge, and they have to follow the agreent.

Boss Joe’s plan requires that he brings his negotiation skills to their fullest potential!

The US, England, France, and Russia, because they are all involved at a governnt level, face a great opportunity to expand fiscal revenue. As long as Boss Joe makes so moves, they will likely delegate the infrastructure projects to ‘Mother’, because that’s how costs will be minimized.

And Mother will certainly stand firmly with PB on the Yen issue!

They are all adept at construction, and in the end, there will always be a way to find a livelihood for the residents surrounding Mukalla.

Under the promotion of positive forces, PB’s image and influence will steadily rise over ti.

When everyone’s attention is drawn to Yen, the port plan of Congo and the railway project south of Sangha Town, these two strategically significant large-scale projects can proceed quietly.

The longer the war in Yen drags on, the weaker PB’s enemies beco, and the better the situation in Central Africa and Congo will be.

As long as he stalls until the industries in Central Africa and Congo are fully ford, Boss Joe will have enough leverage to handle any challenges with ease.

The only issue for Boss Joe now is money, or rather, military funding!

However, as a head of rcenaries, he can always find new ways to expand resources and adopt more economical thods of combat.

………

Joe Ga, the boss, had a plan that Old Li from AVIC wasn’t aware of, but that didn’t stop him from placing Joe Ga on a very high pedestal.

The orders for Rainbow UAVs, along with the production line orders, were simply too enticing.

Who would have thought that one day, dostic arms companies would face capacity saturation in exports, even needing production line transfers?

Shah clearly wanted to use the Rainbow 4 as consumables. The production lines could only et their local production needs. Those high-profit core components and the inevitable missile demand would create a fat cash cow, fully boosting the research capabilities of AVIC’s Rainbow company.

Old Li had been having a headache these past few days. Not being from the military, the dazzling anti-radiation missiles and so very advanced electronic equipnt sent over recently made him a bit nervous.

But that wasn’t the most important thing. What mattered most was that, as the head of sales for the parent company, he had received too many calls and felt the huge resentnt.

The people at the Winged Dragon company were green with envy. The head of the company sighed and asked Old Li, was Rainbow Company their biological child?

Rainbow Company had already taken so many orders, why didn’t you bring the Winged Dragon to the Djibouti exhibition, and instead brought Rainbow along?

The Winged Dragon’s words were still relatively mild. It wasn’t the sa for other UAV design and manufacturing companies under AVIC…

Twin-tailed Scorpion, Lijian, Anjian, Fengying, Shendiao…

Almost every UAV model corresponded to a design company!

These companies, which relied on funding to get by, actually had it tough. They knew that weapon exports needed approval from the higher-ups and needed to align with political requirents.

But that didn’t stop them from calling Old Li. After all, it’s the crying child that gets the milk, and they were all part of the sa family. If Rainbow got too much to eat at once, they had to share so benefits with us.

In such a situation, Old Li found himself in a period of painful joy…

On the way to the AVIC warehouse with Joe Ga, Old Li sighed repeatedly, just waiting for Joe Ga to ask him, ‘Sir, why do you sigh?’…

Joe Ga held back the whole way, finally seeing the car entering a park and starting to slow down, he smiled and said to Old Li: “Big Brother, your sighs along the way are making anxious…

Tell , is there anything I can help with?”

Old Li’s eyes lit up and he said, “Hu Lang, do you want UAVs? Winged Dragon, buy two get one free…

In my opinion, it’s only a matter of ti before you take Mukalla, and for future security skirmishes, you can’t always let fighter jets take the lead. Winged Dragon is a good fit.”

Upon hearing this, Joe Ga shook his head decisively and said, “No, I don’t want it, I don’t have money!”

Old Li sighed and said, “Just get a few, I can authorize you to pay in installnts, three years interest-free, and arrange long-term training for your people, plus discounted missiles.”

Joe Ga was amused by Old Li’s car dealership salesman-like stance, and he chuckled, “Can’t sell the Winged Dragon, huh? Can’t be, I see Haftar in Liberia using them quite happily!”

Old Li felt there might be a chance, he adjusted his expression to look troubled and said, “Isn’t it because of the Rainbow orders?

You introduced Shah for an order, and it stuffed Rainbow, of course Winged Dragon would be envious.

Hu Lang, you’re a leader too, it’s tough…”

Joe Ga was amused by Old Li’s expression, the guy had landed a big deal and was in high spirits, but the complaints from subsidiary companies were really just a joke…

But Old Li’s stance showed he was determined in business.

Unfortunately, Joe Ga personally had little interest in UAVs, without satellites and reliable ground stations, relying solely on ground control station signals, getting UAVs to Central Africa would just make them big toys.

Joe Ga trusted his maternal figure, but he never spent money on things that might choke him, unless one day he had a satellite, only then would he buy such things.

What’s more, it would be troubleso to align with the maternal figure on sensitive things like satellites given his current status, P.B.’s existing fighter jets use GPS signals for positioning…

Winged Dragon was sowhat useful, but only sowhat…

Not to ntion Central Africa, Joe Ga had even less use for Winged Dragon in Yen!

Because the suddenly enlightened Dvali had already flown back to Shah to integrate the UAV fleet, and if Joe Ga really needed UAVs, it would just be a phone call away.

The sa in Liberia, P.B. folks were using Haftar’s Winged Dragon as often as they were.

Seeing Old Li’s eager face, Joe Ga laughed and said, “Why don’t I call the Iraqi Defense Minister to buy a few?”

Upon saying that, he looked at Old Li’s helpless shake of the head, and he laughed, “You see, you chickened out at the crucial mont…”

Old Li shook his head and said, “It’s not that we can’t sell them, but the Arican influence in Iraq is still there, it’s not worth colliding with them over a few Winged Dragons.”

Then Old Li slyly nudged Joe Ga and whispered, “Why not ask Qatar or the United Arab Emirates? I’ll give you a 20% kickback.”

Joe Ga laughed, a little peeved at Old Li, he shook his head and said, “This isn’t selling cabbage…

Ah, you said 20%, huh, I’ll rember that…”

Old Li’s eyes brightened imdiately, and he excitedly said, “Another order?”

Joe Ga nodded and said, “Yes, and it’s for the heavy Twin-tailed Scorpion, packaged with both aircraft and production line.

But it should be two to three years later…”

Saying that, Joe Ga looked at Old Li who was rubbing his hands excitedly, and he laughed and said, “Big brother, quickly take to see the stuff…

I’m always interested in high-tech gadgets!”
