[Keeno POV]
In the morning I had a lot to do. I had to prepare for mum and Emma’s arrival, I had to talk to the Guild-master, and deal with whatever catastrophe Geri and Freki caused with Red, and see Pram and Freya. It seed Red’s case was less catastrophic than I assud, her blushing face being all the indicator I needed. I left the house and first went to see Pram and Freya. I caught them just as they were leaving and I imdiately noticed sothing happened. Glancing at their hands confird it. Congratulating them, I said what I needed to and left for the Guild.
Arriving there, I was imdiately led to the Guildmaster. I explained what had happened and the results and we reaffird the agreent that this, officially, didn’t happen. With that done and so light conversation with a few homunculi, I left the guild. With the most pressing matters finished, I finally started going around and getting the things needed for the party tonight. It took most of the day, but I managed to get everything. When I arrived back ho, mum and Emma had arrived and were chatting away with Eblana and her sister. I was surprised since I expected a space when mum arrived, but I didn’t notice anything. I walked up to everyone and mum turned to and smiled.
“Oh daughter mine, it’s good to see you after so long. You’ve grown a little, the new tails are quite dashing on you, and I can see your core is shining brightly.” (Fafnir)
She wrapped her tail around and pulled close. I instinctively wanted to struggle but the calming effect of her embrace made those feelings vanish.

“I know, Lou. Even knowing everything about their relationship, it’s still weird seeing the Queen like this.” (Eblana)
“Uuu.” (Red)
The small sound of Red coming from the back door made all of us look over. She looked like she just woke up from a nap, but was still exhausted. She looked around and seed to be about to ask a question when the hands of Geri and Freki appeared behind her and pulled her close. They were both sobbing, their tails hanging limply and their ears flat against their heads. Red seed both guilty yet embarrassed. Emma walked over to them and pulled Red free, causing Geri and Freki to flounder around as if the thing giving them life had been ripped away from them.
“How about we all sit down and figure things out before anything else. This is supposed to be a fun gathering, so in order for the fun to start, we need to fix this.” (Keeno)
We went inside and sat down in the lounge. Emma sat Red down between and mum while Eblana and her sister held Geri and Freki back. I asked Red what happened and the blush that had finally receded ca back with full force. Her ears twitched a lot and she stamred a lot with her words. In the end, she managed a very curt explanation of what happened. Turns out my guess was right and she just had a very vivid dream of certain activities. Unable to cope with the embarrassnt, she locked herself away for the day. Geri and Freki, after hearing all of this sat down on the floor, tears streaming down their faces and they laughed to themselves. Saying things like ‘Red doesn’t hate us’ and ‘We love Red sooooo much.’
After calming down, Red sat next to the two spirits and hugged them. In return, they began patting Red’s head. Deciding things were settled, I got up and went to the kitchen to start cooking for our little party. Emma followed saying she’d help which I was grateful for. Pram and Freya also ca over and showed off their rings while we were doing our thing. There were congratulations all around for them. Soon after we finished the cooking and brought all the food out. I even brought out so whisky that we’d kept hidden away for a special occasion.
Pouring everyone a glass, we all took a drink. A few coughed at the burning sensation while and the other dragons in the room just smiled. The night continued on with food and drink aplenty. At so point close to midnight Fia and Mostima returned and joined us. Emma had gotten drunk and accidentally dropped a big jar of honey on them, resulting in mum taking Emma to bed for the night. Pram and Freya, also drunk, had settled into a corner, lips locked in a passionate kiss. Geri and Freki had beco willing pillows to a tipsy Red who sleepily began hugging them while nodding off. I was also starting to feel the effects of the alcohol and my mood kept going from one extre to another. Sad that Ama couldn’t join us, happy at being alive, mad as Ama’s teasing of the drunken , excited for the following day when I could see her, and so forth. Turns out, Eblana is a happy drunk and was clinging tightly to her sister, trying her best to pamper her. All in all, it was a good party, though the hangover in the morning was no fun, but Ama helped there.

It’s just the mood I’m in, I’ll be back to normal soon enough.
