Fugaku Uchiha arrived at Uzumaki Shuji's residence as agreed.
Sneaking in quietly, he activated his Sharingan and quickly detected an ANBU operative monitoring the house from nearby.
His brows furrowed.
But what troubled him wasn't the ANBU.
It was what would co next.
This eting… was clearly about sothing serious.
With ease, Fugaku cast a genjutsu and subdued the ANBU.
As a Mangekyō wielder, even if genjutsu wasn't his specialty, controlling a re chunin-level shinobi was effortless.
The man didn't even realize what had happened.
Still, the faster this was resolved, the better.
Fugaku slipped inside.
Following the signal, he flicked open a lighter, producing a soft tallic click.
"I'm here."
Uzumaki Shuji's shadow clone pushed open the bathroom door.
"You contacted so urgently. What's happened?"
Fugaku asked, his expression heavy.
The Uchiha had only just stabilized.
He had planned to wait longer before eting again.
Yet Uzumaki Shuji had reached out so soon.
"Danzo has likely set his sights on . If I get exposed, I won't have many chances left."
"So I'm planning to do sothing… to draw their attention elsewhere."
Uzumaki Shuji spoke bluntly.
Fugaku was already on this ship.
Even if things went wrong, the Uchiha's situation was far more dangerous than Uzumaki Shuji's.
There was no need for pretense.
"He discovered your identity?"
Fugaku's eyes sharpened as he asked.
If that were true, the situation would be dire.
For a mont, he even wondered if this was a trap—if the ANBU outside was bait, and dozens more were waiting to ambush him.
"No. He's probably just interested in my talent."
"You've seen it—I've been beating your son and the other clan kids every day."
"They likely noticed my potential and want to recruit … or worse, use to replace my brother as the next jinchūriki."
Uzumaki Shuji laid it out calmly.
If it were Hiruzen, he would have sent him to the academy.
But this "special training location"…

And Danzo Shimura would never show rcy.

Thinking this through, Uzumaki Shuji already understood Danzo's intentions.

"You know the Uchiha's situation. We're barely holding things together. Internal issues alone are overwhelming. And your identity is too sensitive."
Fugaku exhaled, shaking his head.
This was the truth.
Unless they openly rebelled, the Uchiha couldn't act.
"I asked you before—have you decided?"
"About changing the Uchiha's fate… instead of being driven to the margins like stray dogs?"
Uzumaki Shuji didn't respond directly.
Instead, he looked up, his gaze steady.
Now that he had the Tear of the Goddess, he could at least ensure his own survival.
But if he wanted to truly act…
He needed to leverage the Uchiha.
And if he did—
He would bear everything that ca with them.
"What is the Uzumaki's thod?"
"Open confrontation with Konoha?"
Fugaku was montarily stunned, then spoke seriously.
After everything that had happened, he no longer held any attachnt to Konoha.
An ally was necessary.
"I will bear everything."
"But the Uchiha must swear loyalty to ."
Uzumaki Shuji's voice was firm.
This was his promise.
He wasn't the kind of person who would take everything and walk away.
If he took responsibility—
He would carry it to the end.
"What do you an by that?"
"Are the Uzumaki trying to seize the Hokage's seat?"
Fugaku's expression darkened.
He had no intention of repeating Konoha's cycle.
All he wanted was for the Uchiha to survive—even if it ant leaving the village.
"This world is flawed."
"The Hokage position? I have no interest in it."
"My goal lies beyond that."
"Konoha is just the beginning. What I want to change… is the entire world."
"There will be no more of these aningless wars. Everything will change."
"Help —and you help the Uchiha escape their fate."
Uzumaki Shuji spoke with unwavering conviction.
Fugaku stared at him, stunned.
A child…
With such ambition?
And yet—
For so reason, his blood stirred.
"So what can the Uchiha do for you now?"
"If it's direct confrontation with Konoha, I advise against it. I can try to help you leave instead. There will be opportunities in the future."
Fugaku quickly regained his composure.
He didn't agree outright—
But he had already begun considering Uzumaki Shuji's plan.
The odds were slim.
But this child…
Had the talent.
And more importantly—
The will of a king.
"Just sign this contract."
"That's all the Uchiha need to do for now."
Uzumaki Shuji raised his hand.
A ripple of golden light appeared behind him as the Gate of Babylon opened.
From within, he retrieved a sheet of paper—about the size of an A4 page.
There were only a few lines written on it.
Simple.
Yet heavy with aning.
