"Chains of Heaven!"
The mont Itachi Uchiha carried Uzumaki Shuji out of Konoha's barrier, he imdiately sensed sothing was wrong.
Without hesitation, he dropped Uzumaki Shuji and vanished using the Body Flicker Technique.
In the instant he disappeared, five golden chains pierced through the exact spots where his head, torso, legs, and waist had been just a mont ago.
"It's you!!"
Itachi reappeared on a distant tree, Sharingan activated as he scanned the surroundings. There was no sign of any enemy.
This area had already been cleared by Root. No one else should have been here.
Yet those golden chains—like venomous serpents—floated behind the child.
At that sight, Itachi instantly recalled the man who had attacked the Root base.
Could it really be this child?
Unbelievable!
"So you've really gone insane."
"After doing sothing like attacking , Konoha won't let the Uchiha off easily."
"We barely stopped the massacre of the Uchiha last ti, and now you're determined to push them into the abyss no matter what, aren't you?"
Uzumaki Shuji spoke coldly, his tone filled with disdain.
People like this were already beyond saving. Just like those brainwashed into blind belief—completely obsessed.
But such obsession would eventually backfire on Konoha itself.
Because once everything was done and his ideals still failed, revenge would be inevitable.
"Who are you?"
"You can't be Uzumaki Shuji… and you were clearly caught in my genjutsu!"
Itachi didn't act rashly.
He knew exactly what had happened at the Root base.
This opponent was no ordinary enemy.
If he hadn't reacted fast just now, he would already be dead.
Those strange chains made his instincts scream danger.
"Genjutsu?"
"That kind of thing doesn't work on anymore."
Uzumaki Shuji raised a peculiar dagger in his hand.
The Rule Breaker.
He had just spent 150,000 points to exchange for it.
After defeating a few kids earlier, he had finally gathered enough.
This Noble Phantasm could return any magically enhanced object, contracted bond, or magical construct to its state before activation. It was the ultimate anti-magic weapon.
It removed all abnormal states from the body.
That included enhancents as well.
Of course, it required physical contact—either with the target or himself.
And as a weapon, it had almost no offensive power.
Stored in the Gate of Babylon, it only increased mana slightly and provided no stat boosts.
Just like the Blink Dagger—extrely powerful in one aspect, but otherwise highly specialized.
The mont Uzumaki Shuji sensed an unfamiliar presence behind him, he had decisively exchanged for this Noble Phantasm.
Because aside from physical vulnerability, genjutsu was his biggest weakness.
He had already considered the possibility of Itachi—or even Obito Uchiha—making a move.
Against the Uchiha, extra preparation was never a bad idea.
And it turned out—he was right.
"Genjutsu: Sharingan!"
Itachi refused to believe it.
Their eyes had t.
He imdiately cast the illusion.
But what he got in return—
Was a storm of chains rushing toward him.
"Impossible!"
Itachi leapt back, dodging while shouting in shock.
His genjutsu, inherited from Shuji Uchiha, had never failed.
And this ti, he had cast it under near-perfect conditions.
Yet his opponent remained completely unaffected.
Uzumaki Shuji, however, didn't bother trying to talk him down.
Words alone wouldn't work here.
Strength would speak instead.
He drew out the Sword of Rupture, Ea, gripping it firmly.
Then he secured the Rule Breaker at his waist and held the Blink Dagger in his hand.
The Chains of Heaven surged forward, forcing Itachi into constant evasive movent.
Fire Style, shuriken, ninjutsu—none of it worked.
The chains were unbelievably durable. Basic fire techniques and ordinary weapons couldn't damage them at all.
"If I can't break the chains… then I'll kill the one controlling them!"
Itachi made his decision.
With his Sharingan, he could clearly read the chains' trajectories. They couldn't catch him.
He charged straight toward Uzumaki Shuji.
"Useless!"
"You may have awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan, but right now, you can't even bring out its true power!"
A golden ripple appeared behind Uzumaki Shuji once more.
New chains shot out from the Gate of Babylon.
Itachi imdiately halted, his feet carving deep grooves into the ground.
"…Space-ti ninjutsu."
His expression turned grim.
Genjutsu—ineffective.
Shuriken—aningless.
Even his precise throwing techniques were inferior to those chains, which moved as naturally as limbs.
More importantly—
Uzumaki Shuji knew his secret.
The Mangekyō Sharingan… almost no one knew about it.
Yet this child did.
Uzumaki Shuji pressed the attack, pursuing Itachi relentlessly.
At this point, Itachi couldn't even use Amaterasu yet.
And even if he could, Uzumaki Shuji could erase it instantly with the Rule Breaker.
Against illusion-based fighters like Itachi, this weapon was a perfect counter.
But against soone like Madara Uchiha—whose power amplified ninjutsu directly—it would be far more difficult, requiring raw strength to overco.
Still, against Itachi—
Uzumaki Shuji held the absolute advantage.
