"But why are the other villages' shinobi allowed back?" Obito complained. "They didn't even finish the test!"
"Study harder and use your brain," Drake replied, then walked away.

But at first—only darkness.
"Of course it's black," soone muttered. "It's nightti."
Then a light flickered on the screen.
It was Drake's campfire.
He was sitting calmly, roasting a rabbit. Konan sprinkled seasoning over it.
The onlookers stared.

"He's intentionally hanging back," said Chiyo. "That gives other teams space to fight each other."
Ōnoki nodded. "True."
A frowned. "Or maybe he has a bigger plan…"
Yagura Karatachi countered calmly, "You underestimate the Hokage. He arranged the test at night, then stepped aside deliberately. That shows strategy and confidence."
They all looked back at the screen.
Drake simply ate his al, utterly relaxed.
