The rank of any monster was fixed—if it were to change, it would require so kind of imnse power or extrely rare artifact.

In the past, Zhisse had used countless thods to evolve herself, which was why she had gained such terrifying power, enough to make the Dragon Clan tremble in fear.

For this reason, she understood evolution's difficulty more than anyone else.

Each evolution was filled with excruciating pain, and the mortality rate exceeded 90%.

Only after enduring countless evolutions and experiencing unbearable suffering did Zhisse reach the terrifying level she once had.

But now?

Noan had casually perford a few simple motions, not even using magic, yet he could fuse Skeletons together to create a stronger monster.

She also recalled how, every ti she evolved under Noan's influence, there was no pain at all. Instead, it had felt incredibly soothing, as if the warmth and gentleness of the entire world was embracing her.

Zhisse felt as if the world had gone insane.

If such a simple evolution talent existed, why had she suffered so much in her past life just to evolve?

Though she still found Noan useless and even filthy for sleeping with a Succubus, she could not deny that his talent was sothing she deeply craved.

If soone possessed such an ability, what need was there for training?

Why bother searching for fortuitous encounters or rare dicinal herbs?

They had to lie down, be lazy, and wait for Noan to evolve them.

At that mont, Noan realized that, despite successfully fusing his Skeletons, no mutated versions had appeared, leaving him frustrated.

He opened his information panel and saw that to evolve Zhisse, and he needed six Rank D materials.

But at the mont, after scraping together everything he had, he only possessed two Rank D Skeletons.

He let out a sigh.

However, he wasn't in a rush.

After all, his 'Almighty Fusion' talent wasn't going anywhere.

If he didn't have enough materials today, he simply had to wait until tomorrow.

Seeing Noan's disappointnt, Zhisse the Second felt utterly confused.

"Why is he disappointed?" Zhisse the Second simply couldn't understand.

Anyone who possesses such an extraordinary talent should always wear a proud, arrogant smile on their face.

Yet, after fusing all his Skeletons, Noan's face was filled with frustration and dissatisfaction.

With a wave of his hand, he sent the remaining Skeletons to guard the territory, then carried Zhisse onto the bed, planning to nap.

After all, he had spent the entire night 'fighting' with Vylyss, and although he wasn't exhausted, he still wanted to rest for a while.

He had no idea when Vylyss would co looking for him again, so he needed to ensure his stamina was always at full capacity.

"AAA!!" Zhisse the Second scread internally. "Let go! You filthy, depraved, disgusting human!"

"Huhuhu… He has tainted !"

However, neither Noan nor Zhisse noticed sothing outside the window.

Perched on a tree branch, a one-eyed crow was silently watching them.

A creature like this was extrely strange in a desolate land filled with nothing but zombies.

But after observing Noan's house for a mont, the crow flapped its wings and flew deep into the Dark Forest.

Its body rged into the shadows before disappearing completely.

At the "Anomalous Point".

No, more precisely, at Noan's territory within the Anomalous Point.

A bewitching figure, exuding an aura of deadly danger, sat atop the roof.

Her seductive body was wrapped in a black cloak, and her lips painted a deep shade of violet, made her look exceptionally unique, adding to her mystique.

Yes, this was Isabell.

At that mont, a one-eyed crow suddenly erged from the distance, gliding toward her before perching on her shoulder.

The crow lowered its head, eye locking onto Isabell's gaze.

After a brief pause, a smirk spread across her lips as if she had just witnessed sothing highly amusing.

"Hahahaha… so my guess was right. That brat is truly interesting."

Isabell murmured, reaching out to gently touch the crow's eye.

The mont she did, countless purple magic runes enveloped its body.

The crow began to dissolve, its form breaking into countless shimring particles before vanishing entirely.

"Noan."

Isabell whispered his na, her eyes flashing with intrigue.

"I hope you continue to entertain ."

"Master!"

A sudden voice called out from below.

Two n clad in black cloaks stood there.

They were Isabell's subordinates—one nad Akai, the other Aki.

Upon seeing them, Isabell allowed her body to fall freely from Noan's rooftop—a drop of at least seven ters.

However, just before her feet touched the ground, a gust of wind gently lifted her, nullifying all impact.

She landed gracefully, as light as a bird, before gazing calmly at Akai and Aki.

"Has the Federation Governnt made a move?"

Akai was the first to respond.

"Master, just as you predicted. The Federation Governnt refuses to negotiate with us. They truly intend to drive us out of Anomalous Point No. 3."

Hearing this, Isabell let out a mocking laugh.

"Then let's go."

"Wait, what?!"

Akai and Aki blinked in shock, imdiately questioning, "Master, are you saying…?"

"There's nothing to hesitate about," Isabell replied with a smile.

"This place is just as good. Staying here works just fine."

Akai and Aki were stunned.

The two exchanged uneasy glances before looking back at her.

"Master, please reconsider. This land is a barren wasteland filled with zombies—there's absolutely nothing else here."

"So, what do you suggest?" Isabell frowned. "Do you plan to go against the Federation Governnt?"

Akai and Aki fell silent, neither daring to respond.

"Enough," Isabell said. "For now, we should lay low. The recent events have given the Federation Governnt and the Empires enough headaches."

"If we continue stirring up trouble, they'll lose their patience and put everything they have into hunting us down."

"Besides, we've been carrying out dangerous missions for too long, constantly risking our lives. Now that we have a rare mont of peace, we should enjoy it while it lasts."

Without a reply, Isabell's body dissolved into black mist and vanished into the distance.

Akai and Aki exchanged glances, sighed, and hurried after her.

The Chaotic Region

Caleb knew Hawke's disappearance would cause major upheaval, especially regarding who would be the next ruler of this region.

Hawke had been able to dominate because he possessed a Rank D Hero.

Caleb glanced at the others. None of them had a Rank D Hero or stronger—except himself.

That left only one choice—he would have to step up as the next King of this region.

If the region remained leaderless, chaos would consu everything.

Once they learned that Hawke and Raito were gone, the other Lords would grow confident, band together, and attempt to overthrow Caleb's group.

That was why, imdiately after leaving Noan's territory, Caleb declared himself the new King of the region.

Of course, he had to prove why he deserved it—by revealing his Rank D Hero to the public.

Hawke had been feared just for having a Rank D Hero.

Now that Caleb had shown up with a Rank D Hero, any thoughts of betrayal or rebellion were crushed.

anwhile, Noan couldn't care less about any of this. He was simply focused on resting.

Elsewhere, three n were having a conversation.

If one looked closely, one of them was the young man who had been with Caleb earlier that morning.

He cursed angrily at the other two.

"Damn it! I don't understand why the Boss won't let us deal with that bastard!"

One of the others spoke up.

"The Boss has a point. If we push him too far, he might take that secret to the grave rather than reveal it."

"Tsk! I know that," the first man spat. "But does that an we're supposed to stand back and do nothing?!"

"I feel the sa way. The more I look at him, the more he pisses off. Damn it!"

"I think… we should just capture him."

"Wait! Aren't you worried that the Boss will find out and—"

"Relax!" The young man who had been with Caleb that morning grinned viciously.

"Hawke and Raito are gone. Now is the ti to prove we're just as capable as those two bastards."

"As long as we extract the secret from that piece of trash Noan, the Boss will trust us and put us in charge of this entire region."

The other two exchanged glances.

It made sense.

"What are you all talking about?"

A voice suddenly rang out, followed by a young woman approaching them with a smile.

"Can I join in?"

"Anna?!"

The young man frowned. "What do you want?"

"My goal is the sa as yours," Anna smirked.

"I want to get the secret out of that bastard."

"However," she continued, her smile unwavering, "the disappearance of Hawke and Raito is still a mystery. It might even be connected to him."

"That's why we need to be careful—at the very least, we shouldn't end up drowning in our own trap."

The three n looked at each other before turning back to Anna.

"Then… what do you suggest we do?"

"It's simple."

Anna shrugged, her smile never fading.

"We gather as many people as possible, leave him no openings to fight back."

"And once we have the secret?" One of them asked.

Anna's smile widened.

"Then we kill Noan."

"Or better yet…"

"We overthrow Caleb."
