This was the first ti the live audience had seen the field footage. Although the cara was a bit shaky, it did nothing to detract from the imrsive, heart-pounding atmosphere.
If anything, the shaky cara made it feel more authentic—like real footage hastily recorded by people in peril during a tense, critical mont. It carried a raw, unpolished feeling and a sense of urgency, making every scene seem all the more real and tangible.
At first, so audience mbers frowned slightly at the unstable carawork, but they were soon captivated by the content on screen, completely forgetting about such minor flaws.
Everyone stared intently at the big screen, their bodies unconsciously leaning forward or back with the action on screen.
Their emotions were completely stirred, following in Feng Shan’s footsteps as they navigated through those hardships and dangers together.
After the video finished playing, the venue fell silent.
The entire audience remained imrsed in the tense and shocking emotions, unable to break free for a long ti.

Everyone’s minds were still preoccupied with those heart-stopping acts of heroism, so no one paid much attention to what was happening over here.
On top of that, the microphone in Eva’s hand wasn’t on, so Loki’s reckless shout was, for the mont, only heard by Feng Shan and Eva. It was a blessing in disguise.
"Shut up, Loki!" Feng Shan warned in an angry whisper, his eyes full of exasperation. ’This clueless bird has gotten into trouble again.’
Eva didn’t seem offended by Loki’s crude complint; in fact, she seed to enjoy the praise.
She subconsciously straightened her back, making her already impressive assets seem even more magnificent in the gown, as if they were about to break free from their confinent for a breath of fresh air.
Her eyes glistened, and she stared right at Feng Shan, her gaze so intense it was practically smoldering, full of a distinct invitation.
"Feng, it’s okay. Don’t be nervous later. Did you look at the lines I gave you beforehand?"
’You gave them to ?’
’Didn’t Frank give them to ?’
’Damn, there’s sothing off about the way this woman is looking at . It’s like she wants to eat alive.’

Feng Shan paused at her words, confused at first. Then, he took an imperceptible half-step back. "I’ve read them."
Eva seed to understand his reaction.

She slightly adjusted her posture, straightening her back to make herself look more dignified and graceful.
Then, facing the still-silent hall, she spoke, her voice clear and powerfully captivating.
"Distinguished guests, we have just watched the gripping and deeply moving footage of Mr. Feng Shan’s heroic deeds. I believe everyone here, like myself, is filled with admiration and is profoundly touched."
"Mr. Feng Shan is like a guardian of our vast Alaskan lands. No matter the hardship or danger, he steps forward without a mont’s hesitation, his actions the very definition of courage and duty."
Eva elegantly took an exquisite envelope from her assistant. It was made of high-quality paper and shimred faintly under the lights.
She gently opened the envelope, all the while keeping Feng Shan in her peripheral vision. After reading the contents, her lips curved slightly upward, and she shot Feng Shan a flirtatious smile.
The smile was both congratulatory and yet held a distinct allure, as if laced with threads of intimacy that made Feng Shan flustered all over again.
Then, Eva took a deep breath, straightened her posture, and declared in a loud, powerful, and excited voice.
"I now announce that Mr. Feng Shan has been awarded the 2017 Alaska dal of Honor."
The audience below was stunned for a mont, then erupted into thunderous applause—fervent and prolonged, as if it would tear the roof off and carry for miles.
