Now reading: Chapter 20: CH-18 The Alliance from Legacy of the Void Fleet, a Action novel by Drakethedestroyer.

Hours passed as the eting continued, with various opportunities for collaboration deeply explored. By the end, a foundation for a mutual alliance had been established. The eting's content culminated in the creation of a new partnership: the Void Star Alliance, a broader and more inclusive entity designed to replace the previous Star Earth Alliance.

Structure of the Void Star Alliance

The Void Star Alliance would be co-chaired by the Void Fleet and the Star Fleet, with Earth designated as its mother planet (the origin of Earth's civilization). Key decisions would be governed by mutual agreent, with both fleets having veto power over proposed agendas, except for those benefiting the alliance and its mbers.

China, as the sole founding mber of the previous Star Earth Alliance, would automatically be included as a mber of the new alliance. Moving forward, other countries could join the Void Star Alliance, contributing to its growth and expansion.

Key Provisions of the Alliance

Resource Distribution Resources collected by the Void Star Alliance would be distributed based on each party's contributions and efforts. For instance, if a Star Fleet vessel discovered a resource-rich planet, ownership and mining rights would belong to the Star Fleet, while the alliance would receive 20% of the resources as a contribution to its collective pool.

However, as the alliance grew stronger and began manufacturing its own vessels and mobilizing its own resource networks, this system would evolve. The alliance would transition to a more unified and self-sustained approach, ensuring that resources were equitably managed and distributed for the benefit of all mber nations and fleets, fostering collective developnt and strength.

Technological Advancents and Institutional Developnt

All advanced technological aspects, including related knowledge and manufacturing, would be collaboratively developed, maintained, and owned by both the Void Fleet and the Star Fleet. The primary beneficiaries of this arrangent would be the people of Earth, ensuring they were equipped to face future challenges and tasks.

To achieve this, the Void Fleet and Star Fleet would establish various institutions under the Void Star Alliance:

VSA Military Schools and Universities

These institutions would focus on training cadets for roles in the navy and governance of the alliance, which would soon be formally structured. Cadets would be selected through rigorous evaluations conducted by military schools and boards, ensuring only the best talents with promising futures joined the program. The selection process would be monitored by the Ultimate AI (to be nad after its creation by the Void R&D), which would perform detailed background inspections to ensure the cadets' suitability and integrity.

VSA Academy of Advanced Science and Technologies

Designed for individuals interested in studying and innovating in advanced technologies, this academy would serve as a hub for cutting-edge research and developnt. Kallus and Bai Zongqi emphasized the importance of continuous R&D, recognizing its potential to set precedents for the alliance's future and inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers.

Cadets and students for these institutions would primarily be chosen from the alliance's mber countries, with so exceptions for exceptional talents.

With the enhancent of the Gene Advancent Serum, learning capabilities for individuals would be increased by approximately 100 tis their normal levels. This remarkable boost would be leveraged to reform the education systems of mber countries, introducing a more efficient and innovative structure. This reformation would ensure that future generations were better equipped to contribute to the alliance's growth, developnt, and success.

Introduction of Void Star Credits and rit SystemVoid Star Credits (VSC): A unified currency issued by the alliance, backed by its collective resources. VSC would serve as the primary dium of exchange for alliance mber countries and their citizens.rit System: A unique reward system recognizing contributions to the alliance, from research achievents to military exploits. rits could be redeed for resources, ship construction materials, spaceships of various classes, and even habitable planets discovered by the alliance during its exploration efforts. rits would also play a role in promotions within the alliance's soon-to-be-ford navy.Transparency and Fairness

Recognizing the need for impartiality, Kallus proposed a groundbreaking solution: the creation of an ultimate AI by the Void R&D departnt. The Ultimate AI:

This sentient AI would oversee and manage all processes within the Void Star Alliance, ensuring transparency and fairness in resource allocation, rit distribution, and alliance governance. The AI's core programming would be immutable, designed solely to serve the alliance and its mbers without favoring any individual or faction. While the AI would process commands based on the ranks of the issuing mbers, it would operate within strict paraters to prevent misuse or bias. The AI's role would include monitoring resource gathering, maintaining real-ti records accessible to all mbers, and ensuring a fair balance in the alliance's internal affairs.

Kallus's proposal was t with both intrigue and approval, as it addressed the long-term challenges of maintaining transparency and preventing power imbalances within the alliance.

Kallus went on to say, "The alliance's AI, a cornerstone of our operational frawork, will be officially nad during the historic mont when the alliance is fully ford and ready to begin its work."

As the discussions continued, while the major aspects of the Void Star Alliance—its structure, resource distribution, and institutional frawork—were addressed, both parties acknowledged that these were rely foundational concepts. Detailed deliberations and ticulous planning would still be required to establish a comprehensive and organized frawork for the alliance and its subsequent phases.

It was unanimously agreed that the details of the Void Star Alliance would not be disclosed to any external parties until the primary frawork was finalized and operational. Until that point, the Star Earth Alliance would remain functional, serving as the interim diplomatic and cooperative structure.

However, other critical matters were brought to the table during the eting, including the strategic approach to technological and societal benefits provided to mber countries.

Kallus, his expression serious and his gaze fixed firmly on Bai Zong qi, addressed the room:

"While we are extending these benefits and technological aids to our soon-to-be mbers and their respective nations—similar to the partnership already established with China, which includes military upgrades, comrcial technologies, and societal advancents—this strategy must be more than just a gesture of goodwill. It must serve as a demonstration. A way to showcase to other non-mber nations and their people what they stand to gain by joining the Void Star Alliance."
