These events sparked widespread panic, but for the most part, the chaos was restricted to a few states in the Galactic Outer Circle. The rest of the galaxy remained unaffected, watching the show from the safety of their hos and worlds.

Under these unexplainable conditions, over a month quickly passed. While stability returned to so sectors, it ca at a high cost. However, the galaxy’s attention had long since shifted toward the Southern Galactic Rim.

Sothing astounding was brewing in that sector. Just a few days after the Dark Sun Empire mobilised, a massive report hit the dia—though it had nothing to do with the Dark Sun fleet or the empire itself. It ca from Galactic Star dia, the largest outlet in the sector.

"To our viewers and readers, this is a Galactic dia Exclusive!" the broadcast began. "A major developnt is coming through from our brave informants situated within the Galactic Rim! A Tier-Two faction, the Minotaur Clan, has co face-to-face with a mysterious opposing power!"

A video began to play. Though the footage was grainy and ssy, the gist was clear: it showed Kael’s battle fleet laying waste to the Minotaur forces here and there .

"As of yet, we have no information on whose forces these are or what they call themselves,’ the host continued, "but their strength is unfathomable, as you can clearly see!"

The cara focused back on the host—a lady with crimson skin and a human-like appearance. "But this is the most crucial part of our report. Along with the Minotaur Clan, five other fleets were deployed there, belonging to Tier-One factions known throughout the wider galaxy. Among them was none other than the Star Empire and ..."

She leaned into the cara, her expression turned serious. "And yet, for so reason, these combined forces—despite a massive nurical advantage—failed to cause any damage to the unknown faction. In fact, they fled the system altogether! Don’t believe ?" As if reading her viewers’ minds, she cued a new clip. "Please, watch this."

A clearer high-definition image than pervious one appeared. It showed five different fleets standing behind the Minotaur line. One could clearly see them launching a coordinated barrage, yet their attacks failed to leave a single mark on the unknown faction.

In contrast, the Minotaurs suffered a total disaster; their ships were blasted apart as their shields and hulls were breached with terrifying ease.

"We even received insider news regarding the Minotaur Clan’s leadership within the Fang Star System. When they approached the Star Empire’s fleet seeking support and a chance to regroup, they weren’t even allowed to dock."

Stoping for a mont before she continued on. "In fact, they were intercepted before they could even get close. The Star Fleet went so far as to lock their weapon systems onto the Minotaur vessel, threatening them with imdiate demise if they dared to move a centiter closer.

Because of this cold betrayal and the Star Empire’s withdrawal, the Minotaur Clan succumbed to an overwhelming defeat against an enemy that was simply too powerful.

This battle cost millions of lives and resulted in the total fall of the Fang Star System. Information on the current state of the system is scarce, as the unknown fleet has wiped out most of our network’s reach."

The host’s eyes narrowed, her voice trembling with righteous anger. "But this one thing is very clear to : this unknown fleet is absolutely cruel and bloodthirsty. If you think I am rely being biased because of their unprovoked attacks on another power, you are wrong very wrong. Please watch this, and you will understand my fury and why I am being biased."

A second video played. At first, it showed a peaceful, bustling space station—crowded transportation hubs, busy food courts, and families. Viewers were confused until a small, sleek fleet suddenly warped in.

Without warning, they began to systematically dismantle the station’s defensive installations and the nearby guard fleet.

Then, they targeted the station itself. The shields shattered instantly, and the station’s hull—already compromised—was torn open. The previously lively corridors were transford into flaming vacuum zones.

People ran for their lives toward the hangars, only for the escape bays to be obliterated by precise bombardnts.

Finally, with a blinding flash, the entire space station was consud by a glowing white sphere of light. It imploded inward before vanishing entirely, taking every trace of the station and its inhabitants with it.

"I assu you have all seen it now?" the host asked, her eyes at this point have turned a deep, pained red as tears began to fall slowly .

"Each planet within the Fang System suffered this sa fate. Every space station was dismantled with this level of cruelty. Whether they were Minotaurs or civilians of other races who had no part in this war, they were slaughtered. Among them were mbers of my own race... and my own relatives."

In a voice choked with grief, she whispered, "They didn’t deserve that."

Just like that, the report cut to black, and a comrcial began to play.

People watching from their hos were instantly gripped by fury. Wars were common throughout the galaxy, and each carried its own brand of cruelty, but mass killings on this scale were rare.

Most people lived under the delusion that the Galactic Federation—the true ruling body—would never allow such brutality.

They didn’t realise the Federation was rely a tool controlled by the top powers themselves. In their grand gas, what did it matter if a few million or billion more died? The elites didn’t care, but the public, in their ignorance, was outraged.

It was obvious that this was a ga being played by soone behind the scenes, and their target was the Void Fleet itself. They wanted to malign its image as much as possible.

But there was sothing people failed to notice, as they were easily led by those acting from the shadows.

Comnts began to flood the network.

User_XT-1: "How dare they be this cruel to common people? Especially those who didn’t even belong to this war! They were citizens of different factions!"

Justice_Seeker: "How can they be so brazen about such a massacre? Do their souls not tremble? Do they not fear the wrath of the heavens—or the Federation?"

Deep_Space: "The host is right: these people are devils! They have no conscience, and their souls don’t tremble because they simply don’t care!"

As the debate raged, thousands tagged the Federation, demanding imdiate intervention. It was then that a unique group of comnters appeared. One user, posting under the na Stop_The_Hypocrisy, wrote a scathing reply:

"How easily you all are manipulated! Just a few years ago—over the last few decades, actually—the Minotaur Clan you’re all so concerned about systematically destroyed six nations. They killed trillions, reducing once-happy populations to nothing more than dirt. Where was your righteousness then?

I heard people from the host’s own race were treated even more brutally by the Minotaurs back then. She was already in the dia industry and her fa was growing even then—why didn’t she speak up or make announcents about that? Hypocrites, the lot of you!"

The online battle grew even more toxic.

"As for the people crying about this and that—where were you all back then?" user Stop_The_Hypocrisy posted again. "You’re all so stupid; despite all the ’knowledge’ you claim to possess, you can’t see that this news is biased from start to finish.

We haven’t been presented with a single reason why this attack happened or what the motive was. Heck, we don’t even know their na, yet you all speak so casually! You’re all pieces of trash."

"Exactly!" another user, True_Warrior_of_Light, comnted below. "What was said above holds more truth than that stupid host’s propaganda! You all let her lead you by the nose. Did you even notice the five Tier-One powers fleeing? Why did they run away? No one is asking that!"

As the debate tore the Galactic Net apart, the public split into two fierce factions. In the middle of it all was the Void Fleet—yet to be nad, but already the center of a galactic firestorm.

Throughout it all, the Federation remained silent, refusing to issue a single statent.

Then, three days later, a second shockwave hit the galaxy.

Reports flooded in from the Holy Light Angel Empire and the Blood Moon Empire. Both of their outer regions were under massive assault by the Legion of Dark Angels and the White Moon Wolf Empire, respectively.

While chaos reigned, the Dark Sun Empire fleet—which everyone assud was heading for the Galactic Rim—instead launched a surprise attack on the Treasure Vault Realm, a territory collectively developed by the Angel and Blood Moon Empires. They seized it in a single day of fierce fighting.

The galaxy was stunned. Before either empire could muster a response, the Dark Sun defensive fleet launched strikes against their border stations, pinning them down. anwhile, the Legion of Dark Angels pushed deep into the Holy Angel Empire’s territory, capturing an entire star system in just three days.
