The Flaming Bear, on the other hand, was still furious, but now, beneath those raging eyes, exhaustion had begun to creep in.
Though only a minute had passed, it had unleashed various abilities in rapid succession. The Void Fla attack from Kallus had forced it to activate Primal Rebirth, which in turn had drained a massive amount of its mana and stamina all at once. The beast had recovered its body, but at a steep price—it was now weaker than before.

Not a trace of exhaustion touched him.
Thanks to his unique physique, body, soul, and bloodline, his body remained in optimal condition, even amid battle. His breathing was steady, his movents fluid, and his power undiminished.

It roared at Kallus, its primal fire essence igniting once more, rapidly regenerating its wounds. This ti, with no Void Fla to hinder the process, its recovery was faster and smoother.
But Kallus wouldn't allow it.

With that, the trial's victory was decided.
Kallus sighed, his eyes lingering on the spot where the mighty flaming beast once stood. The battle, from start to finish, had lasted barely a few minutes, yet he had learned things he never had in his eight and a half years of seclusion.
As he reviewed the mories of the fight, the forest around him began to restore itself automatically. The craters left behind filled up, lingering flas were extinguished, and even the ice that had ford was erased from existence.
Grass sprouted from the scorched ground, trees regrew, and within monts, the battlefield returned to its original pristine state.
Just as Kallus snapped out of his thoughts, a notification appeared before him:

As the ssage faded, Kallus felt the restrictions placed upon him by the Supre Being lift. He could now ascend to the peak of Master Rank 9. He exhaled deeply, only for another notification to appear:
