Chapter 1335: Chapter 1335: The Eldest Son

Hagan Marsh had a foster son, which Julius Reed was aware of.

Typically, chieftains of such militaristic natures would take in so foster sons to consolidate their rule.

And not just a few.

However, what he hadn’t expected was that this good-for-nothing, bushy-bearded man before him was actually a foster son of the Ninth Route Commander.

“So, you’re Commander Marsh’s foster son.” Julius Reed tossed his steel knife aside, secured the Jade Pendant, and then, with a smile, helped him up.

“Hisss…”

The bushy-bearded man grimaced in pain but endured it as he slowly got to his feet.

He continuously offered thanks, “Thank you for the rcy of not killing . Once I return, I will explain everything to my foster father and clear up our misunderstanding. After all, what’s a few minions? Doesn’t each route in Swimming City have hundreds die every year?”

Though he said this, his thoughts were elsewhere.

This ti, accompanying Hagan Marsh to the city for a eting, and having nothing to do, he decided to wander around the city’s outskirts.

Hoping to find so pretty girls to capture and defile.

But barely half an hour into his stroll, he received news that his n had been slaughtered.

After inquiring along the way, he eventually found these two in Rat Town.

Though the bushy-bearded man had brute strength, he wasn’t foolish.

To effortlessly kill his elite n, the opponent must be extraordinary.

Thus.

He entered the restaurant through the back door and arranged for the waiter to poison the food.

He had intended to use lethal poison, the kind that kills instantly.

But when his eyes fell on Lillian Tompson, he entertained impure thoughts.

Now look at him.

He hadn’t laid a finger on the girl, yet he’d been the one defiled.

There was no way the bushy-bearded man could tolerate such a great sha and humiliation!

Just let him go, and the Ninth Route’s forces would arrive in an instant!

Then, they’d castrate the man before feeding him to the dogs.

The woman would be thrown into the army camp, to be defiled to death!

With these thoughts, a smile appeared on the bushy-bearded man’s face.

But that smile was quickly replaced by agony.

The pain was too intense!

“Do you know which number foster son you are to Commander Marsh?” Julius Reed certainly knew what he was thinking,

but still asked cheerfully, “For future acquaintanceship.”

“I… Hisss…” The bushy-bearded man clenched his teeth in pain, his forehead beaded with cold sweat. “I am Commander Marsh’s seventh foster son, my na is Delaney!”

“Oh, understood.”

Julius Reed nodded and suddenly kicked out hard!

Whizz!

The bushy-bearded man flew like a soccer ball, slamming into the restaurant wall.

His hefty body shook the entire building.

Then.

He slid slowly down the wall.

Dead.

A large dent was caved in his chest.

“I… I didn’t see anything!” The restaurant owner’s eyes widened as he frantically hid in a corner.

“I’m not a good person.”

Julius Reed slowly walked over and crouched in front of the owner: “Nor am I a saint. I know if soone asks you, you’ll definitely tell.”

After saying this, the owner’s body trembled!

If it were the Ninth or Seventh Route knocking on the door, he’d definitely spill everything without daring to hide a detail.

“I…” The owner’s face was ashen, trying to speak up in defense, but found he had no excuse.

“In this cruel world, saints are dood not to live long.” A silver needle mysteriously appeared between Julius Reed’s fingertips.

“Moreover, you were aware when the waiter poisoned . Strictly speaking, you’re an accomplice.”

Swoosh!

The needle pierced flesh.

The Boss’s head tilted, and half of his body leaned against the wall.

His gaze beca vacant.

“Within ten days, you will go utterly insane. After ten days, you will recover as if nothing happened.”

Julius Reed stood up and looked at the restaurant owner, who had started drooling, with a smile: “Not killing you is because it’s beneath . People like you aren’t even worth my effort.”

After speaking, he caressed the Jade Pendant in his hand, then looked towards the corpses on the ground: “Clean up the place, and change into the Ninth Route disguises. Co with to their main camp.”

“Stealing from the tiger’s mouth?” Lillian Tompson was not frightened at all; instead, she grew more excited.

Blood always arouses the most primal desires in human beings.

Humans are animals too, and they enjoy killing.

“Tiger? More like slaughtering dogs.” Julius Reed walked over to the tap, cleaned the bloodstains off the Jade Pendant, and then hung it on his waist in a dignified manner.

“If I knew, I should have brought Gabriel Abernathy along,” he said, touching the mask on his face in front of the mirror, unable to help but sigh.

When they were together, he always found Gabriel Abernathy annoying.

Constantly babbling, often scolding her for being a bimbo.

But now that they were apart, he realized that having that woman around made things much more convenient for him.

If he simply wore Big Beard’s face, he could enter the Ninth Route’s territory openly and aboveboard.

Now he had to wear a broken hat.

And use a black veil to cover his handso face.

Fortunately, the Ninth Route’s attire was secretive. If it were like the Seventh Route, with only a white linen robe, it would actually be more troubleso.

By the ti he left, Lillian Tompson had already changed into the straw raincoat, with a conical hat on her head.

To look at her, she was no different from the ordinary Ninth Route lackeys.

“Quite convincing.” Julius Reed nodded in satisfaction and put on the conical hat as well.

At the sa ti, he hid his Hell’s Sword inside his clothes, with Big Beard’s steel knife slung at his waist!

Before leaving the restaurant, they hung up the ‘Closed’ sign.

In this way, no one would discover anything for a short ti.

After all, there were sturdy tables blocking the door from inside.

The Ninth Route’s camp was easy to inquire about; everyone in Swimming City knew its main base was set up in Bull Town.

But as soon as the two reached the entrance of Rat Town, they heard a loud shout from behind.

“Stop!”

Julius Reed did not heed the call and continued walking towards the entrance of Rat Town.

Then, the roar of a car engine ca from behind.

Screech!

A black sedan sped past.

And then, it parked right in front of them.

About a dozen n in white clothes from the Seventh Route surrounded Julius Reed with hidden weapon boxes.

The car door was pushed open.

A young man with sunglasses got out.

“Where are you from?”

The young man was not dressed in Seventh Route’s attire but was in a white suit with a flower pinned on his chest.

He seed to be of no ordinary status.

“Ninth Route,” Julius Reed responded.

“Like I don’t know you’re from Ninth Route,” the youth removed his sunglasses, hands tucked into his pockets, scrutinizing Julius Reed: “Whose underling are you? Don’t you know Rat Town is Seventh Route’s turf? Do you understand the rules?”

“May I ask who you are…” Julius Reed asked again.

“Tell him who I am!”

The young man turned his head, his face smirking with pride.

“You must be blind! Not recognizing the son of the great Seventh Route Commander!” An elderly man in white clothing stepped forward, scornfully scolding: “You ignorant beasts of the Ninth Route, coming to our Rat Town is one thing, but to offend the young master!”

After speaking, the elderly man slowly approached the young man, bowed with clutched fists, and asked respectfully, “Young master, how shall we deal with these two?”

“Since Commander Marsh is acquainted with my father, leave them their lives. Break their legs and send them back,” the young man snorted lightly and waved his hand: “To so boldly strut into my Rat Town like this, this month, you’re the first!”

After speaking, he turned back and sat down inside the sedan.

He rolled down the window.
