Chapter 1347: Chapter 1347: Infiltration
The sun sets in the west.
Eager to achieve great things, Howie Will and Seamus Jackson, leading their trusted subordinates disguised as ordinary people, quietly arrived at Rat Town.
Unusual for other days.
At the town’s entrance of Rat Town, stood dozens of individuals dressed in white linen, mbers of the Seventh Route gang.
These people looked tense, in a posture as if facing a great enemy.
“Big brother, just as we expected,” Seamus Jackson observed the Seventh Route gang mbers patrolling the entrance, a smug smile appearing on his face.
“But these shrimp soldiers and crab generals are really not enough to get between our teeth.”
Having said that, he placed his hand on his waist.
“Still, it’s better to be cautious,” Howie Will held his arm, eyes firmly fixed on the town’s entrance.
He always felt sothing was not right.
It seed like the nervousness of these people in front of him was just an act.
But on the other hand, it didn’t seem like it.
“Big brother, if there really were a danger, how could Nicholas Pendleton possibly show up?” Seamus Jackson scornfully said: “That guy is greedy for life and fears death, always picking the easy battles.”
Seamus Jackson has always looked down on Nicholas Pendleton.
Firstly, because Seamus Jackson is highly skilled, ranking first in combat ability among the many sworn sons of Hagan Marsh.
Secondly, Nicholas Pendleton is cautious and gives off the impression of being a scheming villain.
In Swimming City, where power reigns supre, those who constantly engage in plots and sches are naturally despised.
“Wait for nightfall!”
Howie Will glanced at his watch, then raised his head to look at the sun in the sky, cautiously advised: “It’s easy to expose ourselves before dark. If Delaney can slip past, it wouldn’t hurt for us to go in after dark. If Delaney gets caught, our few n contending against the Seventh Route would be like throwing eggs against a rock.”
But when these words reached Seamus Jackson’s ears, it seed to take on a different aning.
To him, it sounded as if it was over concerns of him stealing the lilight?
Such a matter, could it even be delayed?
Opportunities to establish great achievents are truly rare.
If it weren’t for his own cleverness, perhaps such a good opportunity would have already been snatched by that grandson Nicholas Pendleton.
“Big brother, you support here! I’m pretty good with my skills, and I know a secret path; after sneaking in through there, I’ll find Delaney first.” Seamus Jackson took out a device similar to a mobile phone, handing it to Howie Will: “Once I lock down Seventh Master’s location, you support from the outside. If it’s absolutely necessary, I’ll trouble you to tear open an opening.”
“Second brother, I always feel that…”
“Thank you, big brother!” Seamus Jackson waved his hand dismissively, not letting Howie Will have a chance to speak, and led his own n quietly away.
“Sigh! Courageous but without strategy!” After Seamus Jackson left, Howie Will punched the grass: “No brains!”
Having followed Hagan Marsh for over a decade, although Howie Will was not as abnormal in combat as Seamus Jackson, his mind was still sharp.
If it weren’t for Nicholas Pendleton being too outstanding, the successor position should have been Howie Will’s.
Courageous and strategic, and also the first sworn son.
“Boss, could it be that Second Master is worried that you might steal his thunder…” a subordinate asked softly.
“Remove the ‘could it be’!” Howie Will frowned, looking in the direction where Seamus Jackson had left: “Let’s wait a bit longer, let him scout ahead.”
Although he said this, Howie Will was getting restless inside.
This was a big achievent!
When Hagan Marsh goes out, he rarely controls remotely.
This ti, sothing big must have happened for him to make a call from Swimming City to Nicholas Pendleton, requesting the rescue of Delaney.
“Damn it!”
Howie Will glanced again in the direction Seamus Jackson left, his heart struggling several tis, eventually he decided to give up and continue to wait.
“Keep your voices down.”
Outside Rat Town, there was a field of corn.
As an important crop, even in this city of sin, corn holds its own place.
Walking through the cornfield, Seamus Jackson led his n, tiptoeing, to the back of a residential area.
“Be careful, climb over!”
He made a gesture, and a group of n, like flying thieves, instantly scaled a three-ter high wall and jumped into a restaurant.
The entire Rat Town was tightly surrounded like a wall of copper and iron, with only this place having a broken section of the city wall.
Moreover, the wall had no electric fences or any protective asures.
Rat Town is an agricultural town, lacking many entertainnt options.
Many from the Seventh Route quietly co to Rat Town to enjoy life.
And those Rat Town bosses, happy to earn money, quietly left a back door.
This restaurant in front of Seamus Jackson was one such place.
Almost all the higher-ups of the Seventh Route knew about this route, and naturally, Seamus Jackson knew it as well.
Moreover, he had entered Rat Town through here no less than fifty tis.
Thump!
Seamus Jackson knocked lightly on the door.
But there was no response.
Thump! Thump!
He knocked twice more, yet still no one ca to open the door.
It was very strange,
Based on past experiences, soone should have opened the door with just one knock.
But now, even after several knocks, there was absolutely no response from inside.
“Bang!”
Seamus Jackson took a step back and waved his hand.
From behind him, a muscular man stepped forward!
The muscular man’s body was sculpted, with a white band tied around his forehead, appearing like soone from the Orient.
“Huh!”
He took a deep breath and threw a punch!
Crack!
The tal door was instantly punctured with a hole.
The muscular man’s arm went halfway through it.
Then, he felt around inside with his fingers.
With a crack, the door bolt was unlocked from the inside.
The muscular man pulled his arm out and yanked hard!
The door was then opened with difficulty.
As the punch was too forceful, the tal had cut into the muscular man’s arm, oozing streaks of fresh blood.
However, the muscular man paid it no mind; instead, he licked the wound on his arm with his tongue, his eyes showing a bloodthirsty yearning.
“Are you alright?” Seamus Jackson inquired.
This Oriental man, nad Baley, was one of his main generals!
A man of brute force, who kills like mowing the grass!
“Just bitten by a mosquito, what’s the harm?” Baley chuckled, his mouth still sared with his own blood.
“Hmm.” Seamus Jackson nodded, pleased with the remark: “Let’s go inside!”
After speaking, a group of people entered one by one.
But as soon as they entered the kitchen, they felt sothing was off.
This place was a restaurant, yet there was surprisingly no one cooking in the kitchen?
Even the owner and the waiter were nowhere to be seen.
The whole restaurant was eerily silent.
“Is anyone here?”
Seamus Jackson closed the door behind him and called out.
But, no one answered.
“Be cautious!”
He put his hand on the concealed weapons box at his waist, and began to move slowly inside, sticking close to the wall.
Seamus Jackson’s n also followed suit, forming a line and walking slowly against the wall.
Suddenly.
Seamus Jackson raised his hand, signaling everyone to stop.
He sniffed lightly with his nose, his eyebrows tightly furrowed.
The sll of blood!
The scent of fresh blood!
Indeed, there was a problem!
Seamus Jackson gripped the concealed weapons box tightly, stretching out three fingers, his n behind him likewise readying their weapons.
The fingers beca two!
Everyone got ready for combat!
The fingers beca one!
Ford into a fist!
Whoosh!
Seamus Jackson dashed forward, holding the weapons box in both hands, aiming at the restaurant!
And those n also surged out.
But strangely, there was no one inside the room.
The restaurant door was tightly shut, tables and chairs were stacked against the door, and the floor was covered with corpses.
The scent of blood was indeed coming from these corpses.
“Big brother, it seems to be Seventh Master!”
Suddenly, a man’s eyes widened, pointing to a corpse under the wall.
