Devlin pointed at the photo on the phone with a sowhat puzzled tone. "If it wasn’t posted by himself, that makes it even more intriguing. It indicates he’s sneaking around to do sothing at Moon Manor, and ended up getting exposed. Once his movents are exposed, this trip’s plan is certainly ruined."
Devlin is a smart man, he suspected Julius Reed might be West Tower.
But there’s no conclusive evidence.
After spending days together, he understood his son-in-law sowhat, and West Tower being a scoundrel seems unlike Julius Reed.
Plus, there was a previous ssage claiming Julius Reed had appeared near Demarco Mount, leading Devlin to temporarily dismiss the notion.

Devlin took back his phone, locked the screen. "Boulevard Mountain’s most promising youth, alone there, is certainly not a good thing. Plans remain unchanged, I will lead Demarco Mount’s forces to Moon Manor and let them consu there!"
