Devlin knelt on the ground, looking respectful!
Behind him, Lin Zhan knelt down expressionlessly as well.
“Master, are you satisfied with my performance?” Devlin asked, his head lowered.
He had lost a few fingers.
That was the damage caused when Lin Zhan tried to assassinate him.
Unfortunately, Lucien Radcliffe was severely injured because of it.
But for Devlin, being able to alter Lin Zhan’s mories and make himself a divine servant was enough!
He went to the place Pranay Martinez had been, and saw the well!
And, following the well’s hints, he ca to Skilid City to behead Pranay Martinez.
“Very… very… very good…”
A hoarse and chanical voice echoed from within the well, as if it was very unaccustod to speaking, or had not spoken for so long that it almost forgot how.
“Thank you for the master’s affirmation.” Devlin eagerly knelt by the well.
He rembered it.

“Thank you… thank you, master!” Devlin, despite feeling weak, quickly lay prone on the ground, kowtowing repeatedly.

Not dead, and his plan was halfway successful!
He just needed to stay hidden here, waiting for the chance to replace the man in front of him!
After being driven off by Han Caldwell, while evading Lin Zhan’s pursuit and plotting against Pranay Martinez, he inadvertently found the well Pranay Martinez had prayed to.
Devlin, without hesitation, seized this opportunity and made a pact with Cold Nelson.
If the Holy Lord was unstoppable, and Cold Nelson’s life in danger, he must keep a close watch on any possible appearance of Pranay Martinez.
This was a high-stakes gamble!
But luckily, Devlin once again erged victorious!

Erging from the well, Pranay Martinez tore open Lin Zhan’s throat, extracting the tongue and other organs to put into himself.
Imdiately, he gripped Lin Zhan’s head with both hands.

Countless bodies tumbled down from the divine tower in Skilid City, walking aimlessly through the streets.
The city gates were tightly shut!
So were already preparing to rush out.
Yet, strangely, that dilapidated wooden door actually blocked the swarming bodies.
Leaving them only standing at the gates, not daring to approach.
“Retreat,” Julius Reed spoke calmly.
The situation was set; he couldn’t let Wolf Cavalry make a pointless sacrifice.
Destroying one Skilid City couldn’t solve the fundantal problem.
Eradicating the so-called fate was necessary to restore peace to the world.
Suddenly!
Julius Reed narrowed his eyes! “Perhaps we guessed wrong.”
“You an…” Hiddy, with her smart mind, instantly knew what he intended to say. “The one your mory should truly seek isn’t Pruitt Wilde! But… Pranay Martinez!”
“Fortune.” Julius Reed looked at the crystalline, translucent dagger in his hand, speaking: “How does Pranay Martinez’s body manage five thousand years of fortune? He’s been hiding for five thousand years, and having briefly fought with him, I know his skills haven’t progressed so exorbitantly.”

Julius Reed recalled rescuing Jesse River last ti, battling with Shadow Kims and Pranay Martinez.

Pinning him to the chair!
“Ah!” Cold Nelson couldn’t help but scream! “Julius Reed, you’ll die! The divine has descended, you are no match!”
“Whether I die or not, isn’t your concern. But today, you’re definitely dying. Even if God cos, it’ll not save you!”
Julius Reed ignited hellfire beneath the throne!
The scorching heat overwheld!
“Ah… Julius Reed… I won’t let you go!”
