Now reading: Chapter 1997: The Disappearing Signal from Legend of Dragon Son-in-law, a Action novel by Sky Luo.

When Julius Reed arrived at the hotel,

he only saw the corpse of a young man.

A knife had pierced through the chest, the wound was quite appalling.

There was also a puddle of crushed at on the ground, but Trenton Smith was no longer there.

The room showed signs of a fight, very chaotic.

Seeing this, Julius Reed secretly frowned.

The situation was becoming more and more complicated.

If Trenton Smith managed to leave smoothly, that was good; but if he was controlled by sothing inside Sawyer Beaumont, it would be very difficult to deal with.

Suddenly,

Julius Reed’s chest felt a bit painful!

He tore open his shirt to find that the white tiger tattoo on his chest seed to have shifted sowhat.

Whether this thing would threaten him, Julius Reed was still unsure.

But it was definitely not a good thing.

Beep beep beep beep...

The watch on his hand suddenly started ringing.

Julius Reed lifted his wrist and saw a red dot continually flashing on it.

"Holy Master, the target appeared, thirty miles away from you! But it only appeared for less than five seconds and then disappeared again!"

A woman’s voice ca from inside the watch.

"Continue to keep an eye on it. Give the last known location where the target appeared." Julius Reed issued the order.

This was personnel from Demarco Mount reporting the situation.

Now, he was not fighting alone.

Behind him, the entire Demarco Mount was at his service.

Soon, a coordinate was sent to the watch.

Julius Reed took a pair of glasses from the pocket on his chest and put them on.

From the outside, they looked just like ordinary glasses.

But from the inside, they were two high-definition displays, capable of showing a lot of content.

The source of the signal was Hawthorne.

Before jumping into the coffin, Hawthorne had thrown a cigarette butt on the ground.

Inside the cigarette butt, there was a monitor.

Through this cigarette butt, it was possible to trace the location.

Looking at the coordinates sent by Demarco Mount on the map, Julius Reed’s heart felt a bit incredulous.

Hawthorne surely couldn’t escape; his capabilities were strong, but when facing Pranay Martinez, he wouldn’t stand a chance.

The only opportunity was to jump into the coffin.

This was what Julius Reed had instructed at Demarco Mount earlier.

That dragon-slaying coffin was truly formidable!

It could kill enemies while advancing, and preserve life while retreating!

The only drawback was its extre preciousness.

There was only one in the world, there wouldn’t be a second.

But what’s strange is that when the video from Hawthorne’s location was interrupted, it disappeared.

It completely defied common sense.

Now it has reappeared briefly, and the position has shifted significantly.

This tracker can emit signals at a height of eight thousand ters above and one thousand ters below sea level; it represents the pinnacle of technological advancents.

It can penetrate buildings and soil effortlessly.

Why would the signal disappear and then reappear?

Where exactly is this tracker?

Julius Reed walked out of the hotel, continuously pondering over this matter.

But he couldn’t explain it at all.

He decided to first go and check the coordinate location.

Perhaps he might encounter Pranay Martinez.

...

Gonzalez City.

South Suburb.

Small Woods.

"I say, are you a man or not? How can a man not enjoy this? Let tell you, once you get addicted to this stuff, you can’t quit it!"

A man in a yellow robe put his hands behind his back, speaking rather lecherously.

"Exactly! Besides, was I committing a cri? No, I was rescuing fallen won! Helping them feel the warmth of the Mortal World! What do you call this? This is understanding the suffering of the populace!" Karen removed her green baseball cap, tidied her hair, and put the cap back on.

"Mr. Moore, you wouldn’t happen to be a woman, would you?"

Ilia Danvers finished speaking, and Karen directly lay on the ground, clutching her belly and laughing: "Haha! I was wondering why the damn Terry Moore squats to pee! So you’re a woman!"

"Bullshit!" Terry Moore said with a flushed face: "When did I squat to pee? Believe it or not, I’ve got sothing that’ll scare you!"

"Every morning you squat to use the toilet, don’t deny it? Prince, you tell him!" Karen would not miss an opportunity to laugh at Terry Moore.

"Indeed, I saw you squatting in the bathroom this morning. Mr. Moore, if you’re a woman, then should we brothers...?" Ilia Danvers had a dreamy look in his eyes. "I’m the Mont Crown Prince; how about I make you the Crown Princess?"

"Damn! Should I be able to stand while taking a dump? Do you stand while taking a dump?" Terry Moore walked over to Karen, kicked the baseball cap away!

"Do you, do you stand while taking a dump?" He turned to Ilia Danvers.

"Then why don’t you go?" Ilia Danvers asked with great interest.

"I, Moore, am frugal. The key point is in less than a minute, eight thousand bucks are gone, that’s really not very cost-effective..." Terry Moore scratched his head, looking slightly embarrassed.

"Damn it, Terry Moore, you dare to kick my cap!" Karen leaped, jumped into the grass pile, bent over with heartache, ready to pick up the baseball cap.

But suddenly!

A large foot stepped on the cap.

Karen looked up to see a sowhat strange face.

Or rather, a bit intimidating.

Pranay Martinez’s eyes were full of indifference.

He sensed the breath of his kind, followed all the way here.

The sensation was stronger.

His kind seed to be right nearby.

"Damn, you dare step on my cap!" Karen frowned, instantly infuriated!

"Heh heh." Pranay Martinez gave a cold laugh.

These ants could be squashed with a foot.

What was a cap?

He wanted to crush this man’s head!

Pranay Martinez opened his mouth, revealing crimson teeth.

He liked to see humans panic and lose composure.

Smack!

But in the next instant!

A slap fiercely landed on his face.

Karen rolled up his sleeves, pointing at Pranay Martinez: "Punk, what kind of ghostly act are you putting on here!"

Pranay Martinez was first surprised, then felt extrely angry!

His status was noble!

Had he really been slapped in the face by such a petty character?

"What are you looking at? Are we competing for the biggest eyes here?" Karen widened his eyes, gave a hard shove!

Thud! Thud! Thud!

He actually managed to push Pranay Martinez away!

After that, he picked up the baseball cap from the ground, dusted it off.

But that wasn’t enough.

The more he thought, the angrier he got; this guy in front was clearly no good.

Karen walked forward two steps, delivered another slap!

Smack!

After the hit, he left in big strides.

Only leaving Pranay Martinez stunned, unable to accept reality!

"Damn it, all of you are going to die!" Pranay Martinez clenched his fists, step by step following.

"Damn it, Terry Moore, you owe a cap!" Karen pointed behind him: "In the woods, there’s an idiot! Just like you."

"Could it be that soone took a dump, and your cap fell in it?" Terry Moore smirked maliciously.

At this mont.

Pranay Martinez walked out from the woods, stood before the three.

He spread his hands wide!

Whoosh!

A ball of fire ignited in his palm!

Killing was too cheap for these guys.

Fear was the best tool for tornting people!

"There’s sothing there." Ilia Danvers nodded.

"Not bad." Karen also nodded.

"Everything’s fine." After Terry Moore spoke, the three started playing rock-paper-scissors.

The result was Terry Moore losing.

Pranay Martinez felt very strange.

What on earth were these three idiots doing?

He stood still, completely puzzled.

But the breath of his kind was becoming more and more apparent.

And at that mont, the loser Terry Moore walked up to Pranay Martinez, directly unbuckling his belt!

"Whew!"

Karen and Ilia Danvers began whistling.

Szzz...

Terry Moore urinated, and the fire in Pranay Martinez’s palm went out.

In his palm, there was only a puddle of yellow liquid.

It was yellower than iced tea.

Not only Pranay Martinez was stunned, even Ilia Danvers and Karen were frozen too!

Monts later!

"Hahaha! Terry Moore you really scared the hell out of !"

"Scared the hell out, scared the hell out! Hahaha! I’ll never call you again, I swear by Ilia Danvers! If I break the oath, I’ll be just like you hahahaha!"
