Chapter 2130: Chapter 2130: The Exposed Lie

White Dragon’s head buzzed.

Instantly, he was bewildered.

He began recalling, wondering if he had made a mistake in his words, thinking he should quickly redy it.

But after pondering over it repeatedly, he realized he hadn’t said anything wrong. He had recited Rainsoft’s instructions, word for word, to Julius Reed.

Before this, he had morized it countless tis; it had beco a conditioned response.

During his imprisonnt, he repeatedly reflected on each word, even considering what questions the other party might ask.

Now, without asking a single question, they directly proceeded to strike; what did this an?

“Master, I’m devotedly pledging allegiance to you, yet you want to hit ; what does this signify? Are you really that narrow-minded? If word gets out, what will those originally serving Trent Marsh think?”

White Dragon quickly spoke, threateningly: “Then, no one will surrender to you; they will remain loyal to Trent Marsh, and you will ultimately lose! Master, those who gain support through righteousness receive help, while those who lose it find little aid!”

His impassioned speech swayed even the emperor and Aron Jackson.

“Master, perhaps you should hear what he has to say?” Hawthorne interjected from the side.

White Dragon was right.

This person held significant stature under Trent Marsh; regardless of circumstances, he should be treated well.

Let the others see that leaving Trent Marsh is the right path.

If White Dragon is beaten and mistreated now, who would dare to defect?

Following Trent Marsh doesn’t necessarily lead to demise; surrendering to the Master surely brings no good.

If news spreads, it will be severely disadvantageous to them!

After all, this world has the most wavering martial artists.

Trent Marsh only maintained superficial unity; many minds were not focused on Trent Marsh.

The human heart is actually quite simple.

Whoever is powerful, people pledge allegiance to.

Everyone wishes for tangible benefits.

“Enough.” Julius Reed stood up, walking over to White Dragon.

“I’m here to pledge allegiance! I ca with sincerity, truly!” White Dragon quickly spoke up, fearing he might be too late and get beaten.

This Master was not what he imagined?

Not playing by the usual rules?

“I’m asking you, are you genuinely here to pledge allegiance?”

Julius Reed rolled up his sleeves.

“Yes. Of course! Otherwise, why would I leave my comfortable position under Trent Marsh and co here for punishnt?” White Dragon had already prepared his response; this question was the first he considered.

“What if you’re lying?” Julius Reed asked again.

“Haha, that’s ridiculous! If I lie, I’m at your disposal!” White Dragon confidently asserted; at this mont, he had to maintain his assurance, or else he’d reveal everything.

“You said it?” Julius Reed’s mouth curled into a smile.

With Dragoon here, could anything be hidden from him?

“Certainly, I said…”

Bam!

Julius Reed punched fiercely!

White Dragon lost a tooth, which fell to the ground, stained with blood.

“Ow…” He cried out in agony, cursing incessantly, “Master, you’re unjust! I abandoned my prosperity to pledge allegiance to you, yet you treat this way!”

“Master.” Even Hawthorne couldn’t bear it anymore and ca over to console him: “Don’t act like this, give the kid a chance. After all, he ca to submit to you; if news spreads, it will be unfavorable for us?”

“Yes, Brother, at least make it clear.” Aron Jackson also stood up.

Julius Reed’s actions today completely contradicted his character.

Those present all found themselves puzzled.

Only two weren’t surprised.

Dragoon and Shadow Kims.

Few knew this secret; Shadow Kims was among the few inford.

“Not planning to tell the truth yet?” Julius Reed placed his hand on White Dragon’s head, looking into his eyes: “Don’t cry till you see the coffin?”

“Julius Reed! I truly misjudged you! Under Trent Marsh, I had high ranks, wealth of won! Yet, for justice, I ca to pledge allegiance to you, and you treat like this!”

White Dragon turned his head away, not daring to et Julius Reed’s eyes.

That gaze was too terrifying.

A slight misstep could expose him.

“Fine.” Julius Reed punched White Dragon in the abdon harshly!

“Hiss…” White Dragon took a cold, sharp breath, turning green in the face.

Martial artists are human too; they can withstand hits, but the pain is undeniable.

It hurts imnsely!

His vision went black; he nearly fainted.

“Brother!” Hawthorne felt it necessary to intervene.

It’s crucial to not act this way in such tis.

“By chance, before you arrived, I heard that you intended to pledge allegiance to , so I arranged to investigate you. Now, with the investigation results at hand, I’m about to read them to you.” Julius Reed extended a hand, pointing at Dragoon: “Allow to introduce, this is my secretary, Little Five.”

“Little Five?”

The group exchanged glances.

Even hiring secretaries had reached such sophistication?

Acting as a secretary?

Indeed, the Master’s world was beyond their understanding.

Dragoon stood up, holding a notebook, nothing written on it.

But at first glance, it appeared imposing.

“White Dragon, correct?”

Dragoon glanced at White Dragon and spoke: “You’re not genuinely coming to pledge allegiance to the Master; quite the opposite, you arrived in Gonzalez City intending to eliminate Aron Jackson.”

Upon hearing this, Aron Jackson and the emperor felt unexpected.

They knew the entire process inside and out.

If he truly intended to eliminate them, would it be this way?

Nonetheless, neither spoke; they needed to hear the rest.

Actions by the Master are certainly reassuring.

“Unfortunately, at the bar, Hill Leocadia’s n captured you. Confronted with threats and temptations, you betrayed Trent Marsh and began serving Hill Leocadia. Currently, your visit to the Master is also Hill Leocadia’s directive.”

Dragoon recited White Dragon’s inner monologue she had overheard earlier.

Hill Leocadia…

Dragoon beca pensive.

Back then, Hill Leocadia was renowned as a handso man, whether in ability or appearance, he was at his peak.

Yet, a major upheaval caused Hill Leocadia to vanish.

Everyone believed Hill Leocadia was dead; even Dragoon thought the sa.

But unexpectedly, Hill Leocadia was alive!

Furthermore, he turned into sothing neither human nor ghostly.

Julius Reed previously wasn’t aware of these matters; seeing Dragoon’s expression, he realized this guy before him was feigning surrender.

Little did he know there were so many details involved.

“You…” White Dragon was imdiately dumbfounded.

The opponent was aware of such detailed information; even if he tried denying it, it was futile.

This was equivalent to holding incontrovertible evidence, rather than feigned surrender.

“How did you know!” White Dragon exclaid not just in fear, but in curiosity.

His capture was known only to Hill Leocadia’s n; how did the Master uncover everything within just half a day?

This was impossible!

Entirely impossible!

“Wow, so you were using !” Aron Jackson instantly understood, kicking White Dragon in anger, the emperor pulling him aside.

“Master, I was forced… you know, I had no choice! Please, grant a path to survive, I will surely serve you sincerely!” White Dragon was drenched in sweat, his lips pale, even his speech stamring.

“Alright, I’ll give you a chance.” Julius Reed glanced at Dragoon, patting White Dragon’s face: “Now, tell us everything you know.”
