"Young Master! Are you alright?"
"Young Master, wake up! Soone co quickly, the Young Master has fainted!"
The young man suddenly collapsed, startling the attendants around him.
They hurriedly gathered and lifted the Young Master of the Martin Family.
"Need any help?" said True Lord Nine Darkness politely, "If needed, we’d be happy to assist."
"Thanks." A middle-aged man shook his head, leading the group away quickly.
Once they were gone, Julius Reed turned around and looked at True Lord Nine Darkness, asking, "Was it your doing?"
"Yes." True Lord Nine Darkness crossed his arms, a look of indifference on his face.
"Destroying souls, you truly are a master." Julius Reed sneered, with a hint of sarcasm.
"I can’t stand soone more pretentious than , except for you who I can’t defeat right now, no one else matters." True Lord Nine Darkness showed disdain, a re mortal daring to brag in front of him.
"Was it you earlier?" rrill Caldwell understood.
She was puzzled just before, why did the Young Master of the Martin Family suddenly collapse while walking?
It shouldn’t be.
A martial artist shouldn’t be so frail.
"He did it." Julius Reed pointed at True Lord Nine Darkness, "If he hadn’t acted, I would have. But his approach seed cleaner."
"Couldn’t you tell?" rrill Caldwell asked curiously.
She watched True Lord Nine Darkness, always feeling this guy using Julius Reed’s body was very mysterious.
She couldn’t say exactly how, but once she looked directly into True Lord Nine Darkness’s eyes, it felt like her soul was being captured.
"A person without a soul naturally can only die. But when the soul is gone, who can notice?" True Lord Nine Darkness was very satisfied with his work.
"I forgot to introduce you, this is a top expert, a master of focused telekinesis. His forte is capturing souls and annihilating them." Julius Reed extended his arm, using his thumb to point at True Lord Nine Darkness, smiling as he asked, "Leaving a few should be enough, right? So many people for one person’s aftermath?"
"You’re right." True Lord Nine Darkness smacked his forehead, regretfully saying, "I was short-sighted."
He slowly closed his eyes, and when he reopened them, his eyes surprisingly glowed blue.
In the distance, several people carrying the Young Master of the Martin Family away from the Caldwell Family premises collapsed one after another.
"You must cherish this body," Julius Reed cautioned.
What Shadow Kims created was certainly no inferior product.
But True Lord Nine Darkness’s excessive use might be more than this body can handle.
"Not a big deal. A few ants, one glance and their souls scatter." True Lord Nine Darkness bit an apple and turned back into the house.
rrill Caldwell and Julius Reed also returned to the living room.
Whitaker Dog and the others had already gone to the kitchen to replenish energy, leaving only the three of them in the room.
"This guy has a complicated background?" True Lord Nine Darkness asked with curiosity.
"The Martin Family is a very traditional power. When our Caldwell Family’s ancestors were around, the Martin Family was the second largest power on Boulevard Mountain. But during Han Caldwell’s ti, he struck against the Martin Family, taking away so of their experts, which caused them to decline significantly."
"But even a dying cal is bigger than a horse. Their influence on Boulevard Mountain is not to be underestimated. Several tis before this, the Martin Family stood on the sidelines, not taking a stance. Now at this critical mont, they want to seize this opportunity to open the armory of our Caldwell Family."
"It can only be said that they are enough to sway the will of many families on Boulevard. Because of this, they were so brazen earlier."
rrill Caldwell’s tone was filled with helplessness.
The grand Boulevard Mountain, once a martial arts sanctuary with abundant spiritual power, had now declined to this state.
Many conflicts had caused the decline of Boulevard martial arts, with infighting ongoing.
"Shall I take action for you?" True Lord Nine Darkness snorted, leaning back in his chair, legs crossed, "Consider it as helping you out. After all, they threaten your woman, and there’s no way you can endure that."
"That can’t be the main reason." Julius Reed responded calmly, "Tell , what’s your real intention."
"I want to kill!"
True Lord Nine Darkness stood up, placing his hands on the table, saying each word deliberately, "You won’t stop , will you?"
"If you’re going to kill, do so until the heads roll, blood dyes Boulevard,"
Julius Reed said without emotion, "Otherwise, don’t bother. What do you say, do you dare?"
"Haha!"
True Lord Nine Darkness clenched his fists, eyes filled with excitent, "Happy to serve you."
"rrill, give the martial artists of Boulevard Mountain the final ultimatum. Before it gets dark, those willing to unconditionally submit to the Caldwell Family should co here. After sunrise, there will be no one left alive on Boulevard Mountain except for the Caldwell Family."
Julius Reed tapped the table with his middle finger, speaking calmly, "Blood is more effective than any words."
"Alright." rrill Caldwell stood up and quickly left the room, instructing her subordinates to handle the matter.
Watching her leave, True Lord Nine Darkness and Julius Reed faced each other, very close. "Are you really blind?"
"Blind in the eyes, but not in the heart." Julius Reed said slowly.
"This woman is not ordinary, and she listens to you unconditionally. I’ve been here for so long and have never heard her refute or question you."
True Lord Nine Darkness squinted and chuckled, "You’re quite the master."
"Don’t get off-topic, earlier you ntioned the Bear spirit, what’s that about?"
Julius Reed placed his right hand on True Lord Nine Darkness’s face and pushed him away, speaking bluntly, "Don’t get so close to , I’m not interested in n."
"All things have a spirit. As one of the most massive species, the Roch `Bear easily absorbs spiritual power from the world, making it very prone to developing a spirit."
"This spirit, also known as the soul, is my area of expertise. Once the Bear spirit departs, the Roch `Bear falls into a long slumber until the spirit returns."
True Lord Nine Darkness proudly introduced the concept of the Bear spirit.
At least, the man from the post-martial arts era in front of him needed to learn modestly from him.
"My friend has fused with the Roch `Bear." Julius Reed threw out the question again.
The Roch `Bear was indeed fierce back then, but upon reflection, it indeed couldn’t have been tad by Pranay Martinez alone.
It’s only possible that this species existed, and Pranay Martinez happened to be able to utilize it.
"Strictly speaking, not everyone can enter the bear’s body. Once so people enter, trying to rge with the Roch `Bear, they can get trapped by the bear’s will. Unless the Roch `Bear finds a new target, it won’t release that person’s consciousness."
True Lord Nine Darkness was delighted to discuss things from that era.
"When you put it that way..." Julius Reed recalled that Jesse River was trapped inside, ultimately freeing Pranay Martinez.
In other words, Pranay Martinez was also trapped inside.
Julius Reed felt a chill on his scalp, as if everything seed wrong, yet it could all be explained this way.
"That brother of yours must be the Bear spirit. As for divination skills, that’s no big deal. The Roch `Bear naturally has this ability. In our ti, there were many diviners."
True Lord Nine Darkness sneered, "The Bear spirit and a human rging into one, two souls colliding, that’s your friend."
