Julius Reed gave a faint smile, walked over to the fruit plate and picked up an apple, peeling it swiftly.
In a juggling fashion, he completely peeled the apple in just a few seconds, without even breaking the peel.
“Wow! You’ve got so skill there.”
Anna Harris took the apple but then blushed, seemingly realizing she had overreacted monts before.
“Don’t think a bribe is going to get you off the hook. Quella, I still have plenty of secrets to spill. I’ll see how he behaves in the future; if he stops ssing around, I might just turn a blind eye.”
She looked at the apple in her hand, wondering, “You’re pretty good at peeling apples, huh?”
“Of course, how else could I live off a rich wife, right?”
Julius Reed joked, and then sat on the sofa, laughing as he looked at the two of them.

Julius Reed said this with a chuckle.
