Chapter 696: Chapter 696: The Death of Jay King_1

“Emissary, the man sent by Master Beaumont has already gone to assassinate.”

After sending those people away, Roosevelt Chopter knelt before Jay King, saying with utmost reverence.

Thinking of Julius Reed about to be killed, a smile appeared on his face.

“In the end, they’ve forced us to take this step.”

Jay King stood in front of the window.

Looking at the sea in the dark night, his face showed no trace of emotion.

...

He lowered his head to stare at his right hand wrapped in bandages, snorting lightly, “What’s the point of a mont’s bravery? In the end, don’t we all end up as a pile of dust?”

The people brought by Brysen Beaumont were all experts.

Even Jay King, who had been continuously thwarted, felt that the lineup his grandmother had sent was a bit of an overkill.

To kill just a boy.

Even with Aron Jackson interfering, it wasn’t anything difficult.

Was it necessary to trouble Brysen Beaumont himself?

If it wasn’t for his grandmother’s order that he must not act personally to avoid exposing his identity—

Jay King almost took action himself.

“Julius Reed knows nothing of life and death, daring to blasphe the Emissary. He truly deserves death!”

Chopter knelt on the ground, saying solemnly.

“Send soone to capture Itai Huntington,” Jay King pointed at Chopter on the ground, “We can’t delay this cooperation any longer. Grandmother is already sowhat displeased. If we continue to stall, it will be the end for all of us.”

“Understood!”

A vicious glint flashed in Chopter’s eyes.

“Bring that… Zack. He didn’t go to the assassination, did he?”

Jay King’s eyes remained fixed on the outside through the window.

Though his face showed no ripple of emotion.

But—

Inside, a storm was raging!

He had actually been slapped by soone!

He was even threatened!

In more than twenty years, Jay King had never felt so stifled!

He was known as ‘Tyrant’, always domineering in his actions.

But now, he had lost his dignity!

“Zack is adept at poisoning; tonight’s action is a hard assassination. Swift King, along with the black and white mice, are more than enough, not to ntion Adam Martin from Azure Mountain.”

A sense of confidence swept over Chopter’s face: “Grandmother’s intention is for Zack to stay by your side, to be used when necessary.”

“You bring Zack and capture Itai Huntington for !”

Jay King licked his lips, his mind flashing through Itai Huntington’s fiery and explosive figure.

“Hiss!”

He took a deep breath, feeling a naless fire rising within him.

“Bring her to my bed, and after I’ve had my fun, take a set of photos. Then she won’t dare disobey!”

“Understood!”

Chopter stood up, striding toward the door.

No sooner had he left than Adam Martin ca in wielding a long knife.

“Stop right there!”

The guard at the door imdiately intercepted him!

Ever since Jay King moved in, the Northern restaurant had completely closed to the public.

It had beco a private club for the Roosevelt family.

At this mont—

Four bodyguards were stationed at the door.

Seeing soone with a weapon coming in, they imdiately moved to stop him.

“Who goes there?”

“Your killer!”

Spurt!

Adam Martin’s long knife swung down, severing four heads!

Azure Mountain’s actions were always decisive, with no ti wasted on words!

Drip, drip!

Blood dripped from the tip of the knife onto the carpet of the Northern restaurant.

“Sir—”

A waiter, seeing Adam Martin co in, hastily asked.

“Where’s Jay King staying?”

Adam Martin stepped up to the waiter, grasping his throat with one hand.

“Who are you—”

Before the waiter could finish, he felt an inexplicable pressure on his neck.

Suffocation!

Breathing difficulties!

Hiss…

He tried to resist, but his face was already turning red.

It seed—

Life was slipping away quietly.

“3… 0… 7…”

The waiter pointed towards the staircase with his fingers, his eyes already darkening.

Thud!

As the pressure on his neck disappeared—

The waiter fell to the ground like he’d been reborn.

He rubbed his throat, gulping down air greedily.

It seed as if a thought struck him!

The waiter made a desperate crawl to the reception desk, grabbed the telephone: “Soone… soone’s going to assassinate Young Master King!”

307.

Jay King’s presidential suite.

At the door—

Stood a bodyguard.

Although not as skilled as the Odingle Kellers before, he was still a capable man.

When he saw Adam Martin approaching, his sharp intuition told him.

Trouble was coming!

Anyone who walked up with a knife was definitely not a good person!

And the security at the door, they didn’t stop him?

But when he saw the bloodstains on the knife, he understood in his heart.

“Stop right there.”

The bodyguard pulled out a hidden weapon box from his waist, pointing it at Adam Martin.

“I have business with Jay King.”

Adam Martin said coldly, yet his steps did not falter.

“Why didn’t anyone inform ?”

The bodyguard’s nerves began to tighten.

“They fell asleep.”

Adam Martin continued to walk steadily towards him.

“You obviously killed them! There’s still blood on the knife!”

The bodyguard took a deep breath, ready to trigger the chanism.

“If you already know, why bother talking nonsense with ?”

Whoosh!

Adam Martin darted forward, reaching the bodyguard before he could activate the device.

He grabbed the bodyguard by the neck!

In just an instant!

The trendous pressure made the bodyguard drop the hidden weapon box onto the floor.

Whiz!

The door was busted open.

“Didn’t I tell you to take soone to catch Itai Huntington, why are you back?”

Jay King was facing the window, his back to the door at that mont.

“I didn’t catch Itai Huntington, but I caught you a bodyguard!”

Thump!

Adam Martin let go of his hand.

The bodyguard fell to the ground, breathless.

“Who!”

Jay King spun around fiercely!

At the sa ti, a mini hidden weapon box appeared in his hand.

It was for self-defense!

“The one who will kill you!”

Adam Martin took a step forward, and his long knife slashed through the air!

Crack!

Jay King rolled with the motion, and the long knife shattered the window to pieces!

Whiz!

In mid-air, he fired a hidden weapon box!

Clang!

The dart struck the long knife, sparking a fla!

Whoosh!

Adam Martin fiercely withdrew his knife, flinging it straight from his hands!

Clang!

The knife and the hidden weapon box collided!

The hidden weapon box slipped from Jay King’s hands, and he rolled back, pressing against the wall.

In the cramped bedroom, the two faced off!

“Why kill !”

Jay King’s eyes were bloodshot!

For the first ti in his life, he felt the threat of death.

“No reason needed!”

Adam Martin’s mouth curved into a slight smile, and he beckoned Jay King with a hook of his hand, “Now we are both unard. Co on! Let’s have a real fight!”

“Fine!”

Jay King threw off his suit jacket, twisting his neck, “In the Aricas, they call the Tyrant. Today I want to see what you’re made of!”

Leap!

The two leaped up, eting directly on the bed!

Whiz! Whiz! Whiz!

Three punches were thrown!

Crack!

Jay King’s right hand was directly broken off!

“Who… who are you!”

The other’s fists were as hard as boulders!

“Continue!”

Adam Martin fiercely threw another punch!

Crack!

“Ah…”

Jay King raised his hand to block, and his whole arm was smashed to pieces!

“I am a saint envoy of Thunderpeak Hall, let go! I’ll give you money… lots of money…”

At this mont, his expression wildly changed!

Pain!

Fear!

And panic!

It made him lose his earlier composure!

“Please… spare my life…”

Jay King knelt on the bed, looking at Adam Martin with a pleading gaze.

As miserable as a dog!

“Sorry, Azure Mountain doesn’t take bribes!”

Adam Martin pulled out the knife stuck in the wall and fiercely chopped down!
