The Ivan Nether energy is inherently the ’energy’ of all creatures, including humans, that have a division between male and female.
Among humans, males possess innate ’Yang energy’;
Among humans, females possess innate ’Yin energy’.
"According to the information in the Jade Slip: near the entrance to this small world, as soon as a creature with ’Yang energy’ and one with ’Yin energy’ appear within a kiloter of each other, space turbulence will occur, sweeping both into the small world..."
"Even if one party is human and the other is a beast... it will still happen."
"However, if the creature is non-human, it will be imdiately exterminated in the process of being swept into the small world by space turbulence!"
"As for humans, though they can enter the small world, once inside, if there is no person of the opposite gender beside them, they will trigger the ’reversal array’ within the small world, thereby inviting the death trap and perishing!"
As Wyatt Barnes read this information within the Jade Slip, he couldn’t help but draw in a sharp breath.
"So... in the millennia since this small world was discovered, surely so individuals approached it while other creatures carrying corresponding Ivan Nether energy ca within a kiloter of them."
"Consequently, they involuntarily triggered the reversal array, resulting in space turbulence that forcibly swept them into this small world."
With this thought, Wyatt looked around, only to see a corpse with just the lower half remaining.
Beside this incomplete corpse lay a Storage Ring and a token.
"This token..."
Before lifting his hand, a stream of Immortal Origin extended forth, taking the token into his grip. Wyatt’s pupils involuntarily contracted slightly.
The token was entirely black, with a dragon head carved on the front, beneath which the words ’Black Dragon Army’ were engraved.
Flipping it over, the reverse side depicted the dragon’s body connected to the head, with the words ’Centurion’ inscribed below.
"This corpse... belonged to the Black Dragon Army’s Centurion?"
"Turns out he was indeed swept into this small world by space turbulence... Moreover, there is only his corpse here, indicating that the creature with ’Yin energy’ that was swept in with him was not human but sothing else."
Wyatt mused.
"He truly is unlucky."
Casually, Wyatt collected the Black Dragon Army Centurion’s identification token and Storage Ring, and in the process, pledged ownership of the Storage Ring, peering inside.
In it:
Contained an Immortal Sword, along with so peculiar materials, the rest were inferior and dium-grade immortal stones.
Naturally, as a Centurion in the Black Dragon Army, the immortal stones within this Storage Ring were significantly more than those found in the Storage Ring of the Army of Silver Sea Dragon Centurion previously slain by Wyatt.
"Unfortunately, the landing spot within the small world transmitted via its entrance changes periodically... Otherwise, there surely wouldn’t only be the Black Dragon Army Centurion’s Storage Ring here."
Wyatt sighed, muttering regretfully.
In Wyatt’s view, if the landing spot did not change, there would surely be several Storage Rings left behind by immortals who perished here.
"However... if one cannot leave here alive, having more Immortal Artifacts or stones is useless."
Thinking this, Wyatt couldn’t help but smile bitterly.
"No wonder she said earlier... if she kills , she would die too."
"Turns out... within this small world, unless a man and woman of opposite genders travel within a kiloter of each other, they will trigger the reversal array, summoning a death trap. Additionally, if one among the man and woman dies, the reversal array will activate too, summoning a death trap!"
Continuing to read the information in the Jade Slip, Wyatt also understood why the woman beside him said that:
If she kills him, she would trigger the reversal array and bring forth a death trap!
"With your strength... are you unable to handle that death trap?"
Wyatt looked at her and asked curiously.
From the woman’s ability to quickly retract her aura, which nearly injured him, it was clear:
Her strength was definitely beyond ’Daai Law Golden Immortal’, potentially not even an ordinary Daai Law Golden Immortal!
"The one who left behind this small world... was a power at the ’Immortal King’ level!"
The woman replied indifferently.
"Immortal King?"
Upon hearing her words, Wyatt’s pupils suddenly contracted.
Now, he is no longer the inexperienced newcor to the celestial planes.
Previously, at the restaurant in Bloodshade City, after getting enlightennt from the waiter, he roughly understood the general hierarchical division of immortals on celestial planes.
Because of this, he understood what kind of existence an ’Immortal King’ is.
Above Heavenly Immortal is Golden Immortal.
Above Golden Immortal is Daai Law Golden Immortal.
Above Daai Law Golden Immortal is Love Rowan Upper Immortal.
Above Love Rowan Upper Immortal is Immortal Lord.
Above Immortal Lord, is ’Immortal King’.
"This... this small world... was actually left behind by an Immortal King?"
At this mont, Wyatt Barnes’s heart was racing considerably.
Now, although his strength is enough to rival a low-level Golden Immortal, his cultivation is still only at the ’Red Moon Heavenly Immortal’ level, just like the vast majority of immortals who have newly ascended to the myriad worlds.
The reason he can fight across such exaggerated boundary levels now is because:
He’s only in a small part of the myriad worlds, ’Spiritual Heaven’, where the immortals have very low-level Immortal thods and Divine Abilities, and their Immortal Artifacts are rely low-grade.
In the future, when he sets out from here, his advantages in these areas will beco increasingly smaller.
Because the Immortal thods, Divine Abilities, and Immortal Artifacts possessed by future enemies will be increasingly advanced...
Wyatt is well aware of this.
"Huh? This Jade Slip actually records information on how to navigate through the many checkpoints within the small world."
"If one follows the instructions on it, they can easily pass through the checkpoints, and a man and a woman can ensure they do not separate during the process, avoiding triggering the Ivan Nether reversal array, which would lead to the killing array."
Continuing to read the Jade Slip, Wyatt also read the tips on how to pass through the many checkpoints inside the small world.
This felt exactly like getting a ’walkthrough guide’ for a ga he used to play during his free ti on Earth.
"The checkpoints inside the small world are not intended to kill... but to separate people."
"Without the tips from the Jade Slip, even if a man and a woman delve further into the small world, they might still separate in the later stages... Once separated by a kiloter, both will trigger the Ivan Nether reversal array, summoning the killing array!"
"Now... with the tips from the Jade Slip, there’s no worry about failing to reach the end."
After reading the Jade Slip’s guide for the small world, Wyatt smiled.
Because this ans he and the woman beside him can successfully navigate the nurous checkpoints in the small world without being killed in the process.
"There’s still one last piece of information... If I’m not mistaken, the remaining information should record the ’thod’ of leaving this small world."
Before reading the rest of the information, Wyatt guessed what the part likely recorded.
However, even though Wyatt guessed it recorded the ’thod’ of leaving the small world, he was astonished to discover:
The idea of leaving the small world was unbelievably baffling...
A man and a woman, after passing through the nurous checkpoints, must engage in an Ivan Nether union to activate the small world’s exit and leave the realm alive!
"More importantly, even if a man and a woman pass through the checkpoints... from the mont they enter, if they have not left the small world within three months, they will trigger the Ivan Nether reversal array, summoning the killing array, resulting in death and elimination!"
After taking a cold breath, Wyatt shivered as he threw the Jade Slip encircled by green light back to the woman not far from him.
"Finished reading?"
The woman asked calmly.
"Hmm."
Wyatt nodded.
"I... I could never... never engage in that... with you... even if it ans death!"
Staring at Wyatt, the woman imdiately expressed her stance, her gaze resolute.
"What do you an by that?"
Hearing the woman’s words, Wyatt was instantly irritated, "Do you think I am willing to follow the thod described, just to leave this small world alive, and engage in that with you?"
"Don’t overthink it!"
"I, Wyatt Barnes, am after all a married man. Even if I weren’t, I am not the type of person to engage in such things easily!"
"You say you would rather die than engage in that with ... I am now stating: Even if you wanted it, it depends on whether I, Wyatt Barnes, am willing!"
As he spoke, Wyatt gave the woman an annoyed look.
"You..."
The woman never imagined that her statent would earn such a response from the man in front of her, leaving her trembling with anger...
Of course, at this mont, she realized more about how different the man before her was.
If it were another man, he would never behave this way in her presence.
Although she has never interacted with any man.
Still, she’s seen how things typically unfold...
"Alright! For now, let’s focus on navigating through the checkpoints as per the Jade Slip... Perhaps after passing them, we might find another way out, without resorting to the ntioned thod."
Wyatt casually glanced at the woman and said.
Although he could tell:
The woman with a thin veiled face was an unparalleled beauty, not losing to his two wives, and possibly due to her profound cultivation, her aura was even superior.
Still, he had no other thoughts about the woman.
After all, he already has enough won around him.
Besides his two wives, there’s also a confidant...
