They finally arrived at the Main Administrative Complex of the Beast Tar Departnt—Clark City Branch.
It was a gigantic fortified administrative zone, causing them to pass through many verifications, awestriking Doctor Ella’s guests, except Doctor Eleanor.
Doctor Eleanor, when she registered as Lord Beast Tar, visited the Main Administrative Complex. Although she could barely rember the events transpired, she was able to reminiscent by glancing at the familiar places.
She introduced all the familiar places to Felix and others, with enthusiasm.
Doctor Ella was the one who guided them the process of re-registering, though.
She said, "We’ll be re-registering in the High-Rank Tar Ascension Bureau, located at the Bastion Beast Commander Center. The process is far stricter than ordinary rank advancent like you had before."
Doctor Eleanor nodded. "I agree. After all, you and us are considered strategic personnel, operational assets, and potential city-defense contributors."
"Yup." Doctor Ella nodded. "That’s why there are ten phases. Don’t worry, since you two are prioritized by the Beast Tar Departnt, we can easily be finished for four hours, at least."
They had conversation until the van arrived at the Bastion Beast Commander Center. The driver parked the van into the parking lot and remained inside.
Doctor Ella led her guests to the Ascension Reception Hall, where a hostess, who was already assigned to them, welcod them with a radiant smile across her face. She was undoubtedly professional, even keeping her excitent from breaking her character when she was facing the famous Felix and Krisha.
The hostess led them inside, clearly aware that Felix and Krisha were the only individuals she had to place her whole attention into.
She had them confird their identity, registration code, beast contract records, and prior rank docuntation.
It included biotric scans, energy signature confirmation which shocked everyone after knowing he had four elental energy, and the Beast Contract resonance validation.
The process took only twenty minutes and it wasn’t tedious.
Though, Mia was a bit bored—only distracted herself by engaging with Ashen.
They then continued to the second phase, which was the beast confirmation. For Felix’s case, it was armant confirmation for his contracted weapons, causing Mia to be saddened after Ashen was away from her for a while.
The others felt saddened because Mia was sad, amusing Felix. Thankfully, Ashen was only away for ten minutes, causing Mia to be delighted again—causing them to be happy.
Felix shook his head after being fascinated by the fact that their mood depended on Mia.
Even Master Shen, despite trying his best to remain compose, had his expressions changed whenever he observed Mia’s reaction.
They then proceeded to the next phase, the Energy Synchronization Scan.
Felix and Krisha entered a different Resonance Examination Chamber at the sa ti, where the staffs asured their energy output, circulation quality, synchronization efficiency, armant compatibility for Felix, and instability risks.
Their overall result? Felix was perfect, while Krisha was only a single point away from being perfect.
The staffs eyes widened. It was the first ti in the history of Beast Tar Departnt that a beast tar had a perfect result in Energy Synchronization Scan.
It simply ant that Felix and Krisha’s foundation was solid. Despite rapidly ascending through the ranks, their foundation weren’t shaken.
How unfathomable!
As much as the staffs suddenly thought of sacrificing them to research deeply and might possibly contribute to the mankind, having the possibility of producing many of like them with the aid of science, such thought was instantly discarded.
They were aware that the probability of success was low, and it wasn’t worth it to sacrifice them.
Although they wondered how the monarch would react to this, for there was a high possibility that Felix and Krisha could surpass them.
Given by their long standing position, they might feel threatened.
They then proceeded to the fourth phase, where it involved evaluating their beast space. Felix and Krisha partially manifested their beast space, showing the dinsional stability, storage capacity, beast sustainnt efficiency, and ergency recall capability.
Since Felix’s beast space was abnormal—they preferred it as soul space instead, since the space was created with the soul of a beast tar that was strengthened after reaching Commander rank.
As expected, not only their beast space was near perfect, they also began to alter their own space to suit their contracted beasts or weapons.
The staffs were amazed—normally, only Lord Beast Tar’s soul could develop a sentient to shape each space for the beasts to make them comfortable.
Yet a Commander Rank had achieved it again?
Unprecedented!
The staffs were trembling in excitents. Not once they had encountered, not even from a Monarch Beast Tar when they were just starting, to have such an almost perfect result like this.
They had already increased their standards, so that what happened in the past—where the first Monarch Beast Tar kept breaking the machine that evaluated his potential—wouldn’t happen again.
And they kept increasing the standard, after making breakthroughs to their technology, until they believed no one would ever achieve the perfect rating again.
Yet, here Felix was, casually breaking the record with his face that seed to have already normalize what was happening.
They couldn’t believe what was happening on their eyes.
Of course, a staff was already updating the Monarch about Felix’s evaluation rating, as he was the one who contacted the staff to update him.
Like other Monarchs, they were interested in Felix’s situation.
Felix was unaware about their interest, but he wouldn’t be surprised. After all, he was clearly aware of his unprecedented growth.
It was not only him, Krisha also kept surprising the staff to the point the Monarchs were also keeping an eye on her.
Her father was imnsely proud since the Monarch was also sharing the updated result to other mayors who voiced out their interests.
The staffs then proceeded to the next phase, and Felix and Krisha consistently showed the sa result every ti, not disappointing them once...
