The Senior Evaluation Officer reviewed Felix and krisha’s advancent speed, tactical potential, future military value not only in the Clark City but for the Federation, and their operational suitability.
The Senior Evaluation Officer was also the who re-evaluate Felix’s benefits when he registered himself as an Awakener Rank.
Staring at Felix’s benefits when he was at the Awakener rank, he could only laugh.
Felix had barely benefited from them at all, he believed. Hence, he decided to elevate the benefits according to his needs.
The Senior Evaluation Office personally took the seventh phase, and to the staff mbers shock, they had witnessed his personality changing to a hundred eighty degree.
He was usually stern to the beast tars despite their excellent potential, but compared to his interaction with Felix, he was shockingly amiable with him.
It was not only for Felix though, Krisha also received the sa treatnt. She was definitely pleased, knowing that she was receiving the sa attention as they had to Felix.
It showed her potential.
When the seventh phase was completed, the Senior Evaluation Officer was the one, for the first ti, to personally led them to the eight phase, located at the Operational Clearance Bureau.
The eight phase was called the Privilege and Clearance Update. Here, Felix and Krisha’s benefits were updated.
After the eight phase smoothly concluded, the Senior Evaluation Officer led them to the ninth phase.
The Senior Evaluation Officer’s back was facing them, so they weren’t aware of his current emotional state.
The Senior Evaluation Officer were utterly shocked. The Monarchs were involved in the eight and ninth phase of Felix and Krisha’s re-registration.
In other words, they were the one who concluded the strategic talent grade Felix and Krisha received because of the results of their previous assessnts.
Sovereign-Class Candidate. The Senior Evaluation Officer drew a sharp breath.
It was the first ti he ca across with such class. He wouldn’t be surprised that the Monarchs simply ca up on the spot—to show the level of importance they placed upon the two individuals.
They’re investing heavily on them. What are they planning?
He wondered, but he couldn’t find the answer. One thing was for sure though, the society’s expectations on Felix and Krisha would be as heavy as the mountain and as deeper as the ocean.
That might be the punishnt that Monarchs had on them.
The ninth phase was called the benefit allocation. It was located in the Strategic Personnel Office, where the departnt assigned the benefits they’d receive.
A Benefit Administrator was the one who personally told Felix and Krisha their benefits, while Doctor Ella and her guests were listening behind.
She cleared her throat and said, "You two have been classified as a Sovereign-Class Candidate. This is an internal classification reserved for individuals like you who had shown abnormal synchronization growth, multi-system compatibility, exceptional advancent speed, and an international-level combat value. This classification is extrely rare because only you two had achieved it."
Doctor Ella and others exploded with thunderous cheers. They were obnoxiously loud, but the Senior Evaluation Officer didn’t dare to silence them.
In fact, he joined in by clapping and smiling with a sigh. The future is bright.
Once the noise died down, the Benefit Administrator continued.
"You will receive Sovereign Advancent Priority. The benefits include direct reassessnt scheduling, like you just had, bypass of standard regional waiting queues, expedited promotion review, and priority combat accreditation.
You will also have imdiate qualification review for higher-rank tactical operations, fast-tracked Beast Space developnt evaluations, and reduced bureaucratic restrictions for future advancent.
Next is the Strategic Resource Allocation. You have authority entry to Commander-grade combat zones, high-density energy environnts, elite synchronization chambers, and restricted simulation facilities. You’ll also enjoy priority allocation access to high-grade beast evolution materials, armant refinent cores for Felix, and synchronization stabilizers.
Simply put, the material access that you two have exceeds the standard Commander rank allocation."
Felix and Krisha were extrely delighted. Felix badly needed materials to restore Ashen to the Unique rank and he could imdiately search for them. With Guide, he didn’t need to find soone like Master Vey, he also wished he could do it himself.
The Benefit Administrator then continued with the Elite ntorship Assignnt, which Felix and Krisha could enjoy. Although their ntors couldn’t be King and Monarchs, the experience that the Lord Beast Tar had, even a Commander Beast Tar like the Senior Evaluation Officer was worthy enough to be Felix and Krisha’s ntors.
Although Felix wasn’t interested since he had an omniscient ntor, Guide herself suggested for Felix to think twice and consult a ntor once he faced a bottleneck.
The Benefits Administrator then proceeded to the restricted facility benefits’ expansion. Felix and Krisha would now enjoy authorized access to advanced Evolution Departnt laboratories, restricted armant archives, beast synchronization research sectors, and strategic observation chambers.
Felix had not once when he was an Awakener enjoyed such benefits. He felt ashad when he recalled he had not helped his parents evolved their beast pets to give them an opportunity to reach Commander rank.
I can’t bla myself, either. The past month was so busy. Perhaps, even in the next month, I can’t find a chance.
[How about consult an individual who’ll do it in your stead? You have money now, you have a rich privilege. You can’t own every responsibility when you can entrust them to soone else.]
Felix’s eyes widened. He felt like smacking his face after realizing how selfish and dumb he was.
He thanked Guide and listened to the Benefits Administrator, who told Felix about the Dual Armant Compatibility Program.
He was now enrolled to Dual-Armant Resonance Research Initiative, where various scholars and martial artists researched with him that focused on simultaneous weapon synchronization, multi-armant energy circulation, combat adaptability, and evolutionary resonance interaction.
The Benefits Administrator’s eyes widened as she said, "This program is considered extrely high-value research. This will certainly aid cover the areas that the current body of knowledge has not yet touched!"
