After sending these ssages, Brother Long didn’t reply with the usual mood-killing "too long, didn’t read." Instead, he asked curiously after a mont, "What do you an... you plan to take it slow? Don’t tell you intend to do the whole renovation yourself?"

Brother Long was silent for a bit before ssaging, "I sotis do things during the day."

Brother Long responded with just three words: "You don’t understand."
What Li Younan feared most was being told "you don’t understand," which could dismiss all your opinions, whether well-intentioned or not.

Li Younan put his phone back in his pocket and went to play with the big yellow dog nearby.
After a while, the phone pinged again. Brother Long sent a ssage saying, "It would be good to have a look so I can guide you on where to position the caras."
Li Younan replied shortly, "So fussy."
In the end, it was Brother Long who initiated a video call, and this ti, Li Younan answered happily. After all, he had just called Brother Long fussy, so he had to show so different attitude, right?

Li Younan blinked and found a chance to speak in the midst of her talking: "I’m at my grandparents’ house now."
It’s worth ntioning that Lu Xiaolan, who’s just graduated high school, is a chatterbox.
