Capítulo 1312: Chapter 1312: The Real and Fake Heiress (18)

Shu Juan exhaled a breath, calmly refusing Chuzheng’s suggestion: “No need.”

Chuzheng didn’t waste words, quickly tying the person up and even gagging them. She found the storeroom Shu Juan ntioned, pushed the person in, and closed the door.

Shu Juan didn’t tell Chuzheng who this person was or why they sneaked into his house.

Chuzheng controlled her curiosity well, showing no interest at all.

Big boss needs to maintain an image, can’t be curious easily — I can secretly investigate!!

“What’s your na?”

Shu Juan suddenly asked.

“Chuzheng, Yan Chuzheng.”

“Chuzheng…” Shu Juan repeated the na twice, with an ambiguous tone: “It’s a good na indeed.”

Chuzheng accepted the complint generously: “Mm.”

“…” You’re not humble at all.

Shu Juan stayed silent for a few seconds, but still told Chuzheng his na: “My na is Shu Juan.”

Chuzheng quickly said: “I know.”

After saying this, she pinched her own hand.

Shu Juan heard it, his tone lowered a bit: “You know?”

Chuzheng released the pinch, looked at him calmly, and didn’t deny it: “Mm.”

“Didn’t you not know ?”

Chuzheng boldly argued: “Knowing your na doesn’t an I know you.”

Shu Juan thought about how she didn’t deny having other intentions before; it was normal she knew him. But what did she want from him?

Would those people send a woman over…

Shu Juan couldn’t be bothered to think. In his current condition, if she really wanted to do sothing, she might complete it easily.

“I want to rest now, you…”

Shu Juan hinted for her to leave.

Chuzheng pulled out a piece of paper, quickly wrote a string of numbers: “Call if you need anything.”

She put the paper on the table and left promptly.

After a while, Shu Juan picked up the piece of paper, looked at it for a mont, crumpled it up, and threw it into the trash can.

[“Miss, you’re just leaving like that?”] As soon as she stepped out the door, King’s Account couldn’t hold back.

What else then? Good Person Card told to leave, didn’t he?

[…In his condition, was it really appropriate to leave him alone?] He’s a sick person!!

And one who might die any minute, and there might even be soone ambushing to take his life.

And yet, Miss just left… left!!

And with such flair!

Are you even human!

You should stay and show so care… Alright, maybe not that much, but at least you should stay to look after him!

“He told to leave.”

[He tells you to leave and you just leave? Since when were you so obedient?]

“Aren’t you the one who said not to go against the Good Person Card?”

Even when I go along with him, it’s wrong?

[…]

King’s Account was speechless.

Chuzheng went back to investigate that tattoo; the other party needed so ti to give her the result.

The next day.

Chuzheng carried her backpack out and when she reached the stairway, she glanced upstairs, then took her sight back and sprinted downstairs.

Ten minutes later, Chuzheng ca back with so stuff, stood in front of Shu Juan’s door, and knocked.

But no one answered after a long ti of knocking, so she had to open the door and go in herself.

The living room was empty; the person in the storeroom seed to have woken up, making so noise.

Chuzheng found Shu Juan in the bedroom. He was still in the sa clothes, lying there with a pale face, lips dry and cracking.

“Shu…”

Before Chuzheng’s hand could touch Shu Juan, it was suddenly grabbed, and her vision spun as she was pinned down, vital points being targeted.

Damn it!

Chuzheng flipped Shu Juan over, and with a muffled groan from him, Chuzheng barely stopped her attack, turning her palm to support by his sides.

Their posture instantly beca ambiguous.

However, there was no romantic atmosphere; Shu Juan had just aggravated his wound, and his face turned pale with pain, covered in beads of sweat.

Seeing who it was, Shu Juan gritted his teeth a bit: “How did you get in?”

He clearly rembered locking the door.

The main door, the living room, everything was locked.

How did she get in?!

Chuzheng’s expression was cold: “Walked in.” Could I have walked through walls?

Shu Juan: “How did you open the door?”

“Piece of cake.” If this was difficult, how could I even survive!

“…”

Shu Juan lowly shouted: “Get off!”

Chuzheng rembered he was still injured and quickly got off, directing her gaze to his abdon.

After the fuss just now, the bandage was already soaked with blood.

Chuzheng went out to get the first-aid kit, and although Shu Juan wanted to do it himself, Chuzheng roughly pushed him back: “Lie still, if you die, it’s a big hassle for .”

Shu Juan: “??”

Chuzheng unwrapped his bandages, quickly cleaned the wound, applied hemostatic and ointnt, and Shu Juan hadn’t even recovered his senses before Chuzheng was already wrapping him in bandages again.

Since it was on his abdon, the bandage was hard to wrap. Chuzheng’s hand held his waist, cool fingers brushing against his skin, mingling with the dull pain, creating a strange sensation.

Chuzheng finished bandaging, lifting a bloody corner of his T-shirt: “Want to change clothes?”

She asked and without waiting for a response, got up to find clothes.

“???”

So why did she ask ?!

This was the first ti Chuzheng clearly saw Shu Juan’s bedroom. There was a large table nearby, covered in computers.

Chuzheng glanced at the computers, then went to the wardrobe in the corner.

The wardrobe took up only a small space, and his clothes were extrely monotonous, all black T-shirts and jackets.

Chuzheng took a black shirt, returned to the bed, and lifted his clothes upward.

“I’ll do it myself,” Shu Juan said peevishly, pressing down on his clothes.

“Can you manage?” Chuzheng expressed doubt.

Shu Juan, with a calm face, pulled the clothes over and propped himself up. Just this one move drained a lot of his strength.

Chuzheng watched with so concern.

Finally unable to bear it, she pressed him down: “Let do it, I don’t want to bandage you again.”

Without waiting for Shu Juan to respond, Chuzheng swiftly pulled his T-shirt off.

The air brushed across his skin, inexplicably sending a cool breeze that raised goosebumps.

Being exposed in front of a girl, Shu Juan felt even more uncomfortable. He wished for sothing to cover up with but for the sake of not appearing too pretentious, Shu Juan held back.

After all, it’s not like he’s the one losing out.

What’s there to fear!

Thinking this way, Shu Juan felt a bit better inside.

He glanced at Chuzheng, who was calm, composed, like looking at an ordinary object, without a hint of embarrassnt.

“…”

Ever since this person appeared, everything seed off, not to be seen with a common perspective.

It was much easier with the shirt. Chuzheng put it on him and leaned over to fasten the buttons.

They were so close their breathing seed to mingle.

Shu Juan’s heart skipped a beat; he attributed it to not having been this close to a girl before.

Shu Juan exhaled silently, attempting to do it himself: “I can manage my own…”

“Don’t move!” Chuzheng ordered harshly.

The black buttons made her fingertips look so fair, and as they occasionally brushed over his chest, Shu Juan’s body tensed up.

Chuzheng finished fastening the shirt, stepped back to inspect if she’d done it properly, then after a few seconds, she turned to prepare the breakfast she brought, finding a spot by the bed.
