On the weekend, Chuzheng arrived early outside Sang Yu’s studio.

The door wasn’t locked, so Chuzheng pushed it open and went in.

The inside was dimly lit, with two desks, computers on top of them were on, but there was no one around.

So photos were hanging on the walls on both sides, and things were piled haphazardly on the floor, a bit ssy.

Chuzheng looked further in and saw a staircase at the far end leading upstairs.

Chuzheng took out her phone, checked the last ssage from Sang Yu, which told her to go in directly...

So she could go up.

Chuzheng followed the stairs up, the light was slightly better upstairs, it looked like a living room.

Directly facing the entrance was a bed, the quilt on the bed was pulled back, as if the owner hadn’t had ti to tidy up after getting up.

On the other side was a shelf with different caras and lenses on it.

The bed and that shelf were probably the most tidy places, other areas were either piled with things or had things scattered all over.

Beside the bed was a desk with a laptop on it.

Chuzheng imdiately saw the photo on the desktop...

She narrowed her eyes.

Crash—

The bathroom door was pushed open, and a man ca out carrying a slight mist. He was only wearing a bath towel around his waist, his upper body bare, with smooth and tense muscle lines.

The man, startled upon seeing soone outside, froze for a mont, then quickly retreated back into the bathroom, closing the door but leaving a small gap.

"How did you co up here?" ca a questioning voice from inside the bathroom.

"You didn’t say I couldn’t co up."

"..."

Normally, people wait downstairs; who would go upstairs in soone’s place?

Sang Yu heard footsteps coming closer from outside...

The girl’s voice ca through, "Why do you have my photo on your computer desktop?"

Sang Yu: "!!!"

His computer was on!

Thinking of this, Sang Yu’s heart leapt to his throat, but thinking again, she had already seen it...

The bathroom door was gently knocked on: "Did you take my photo secretly, without my permission?"

Inside, Sang Yu didn’t dare to make a sound, feeling a nervous tension akin to being caught doing sothing wrong.

Sang Yu took a deep breath, defending himself: "I just thought that photo was nice, appreciated from a professional’s perspective."

Chuzheng leaned outside, tilting her head, gazing at the indistinct outline through the bathroom: "Do you think the photo is nice or the person is nice?"

Sang Yu’s breath caught again.

No sound ca from inside. If not for having seen Sang Yu go in, Chuzheng might have doubted anyone was there.

"Is this question really that hard to answer?" Does it take that long to think?

Sang Yu still didn’t speak.

Ultimately, Chuzheng’s patience was limited: "How long do you plan to stay in there?"

Sang Yu: "..."

He wanted to go out as well, but he hadn’t taken any clothes into the bathroom, the only thing covering him was the towel, how could he go out like this?

Sang Yu took a breath: "Could you go downstairs first?"

"Why?"

"I need to change clothes."

"Go ahead, I can’t see you."

"..." Sang Yu held back: "My clothes are outside."

"I don’t mind." After all, sooner or later she’d see, it didn’t matter if it was sooner or later.

Sang Yu probably gritted his teeth: "I mind."

So fussy!

Chuzheng asked him: "Where are they, I’ll get them for you." How co I’m so nice, sigh.

"..."

Don’t treat yourself like an outsider so much.

As the person outside had no intention of leaving, Sang Yu had no choice but to have Chuzheng fetch his clothes for him.

There weren’t many clothes in the wardrobe, but it was relatively tidy inside, and Chuzheng casually picked an outfit.

Sang Yu finally ca out dressed, his hair still dripping wet, though he didn’t care at the mont.

"Why did you co so early?"

Chuzheng replied seriously: "Early to bed and early to rise."

"..."

Sang Yu imdiately went to turn off the computer, then turned around to speak, but was suddenly pushed by soone on the shoulder, sitting him down on a chair.

His body spun half a circle with the chair, the girl’s face enlarged in front of his eyes, Sang Yu montarily forgot to breathe, staring blankly at her.

Chuzheng’s left hand propped up the armrest of the chair, her right hand brushed against Sang Yu’s wet hair.

Sang Yu’s heart leapt to his throat, random thoughts flashed through his mind, and the air seed to carry an ambiguous tension.

Then he heard her say, "Where’s the hairdryer?"

Sang Yu: "..."

"Don’t have one."

Chuzheng released the chair’s armrest, stood up straight, only then did Sang Yu feel the air circulate again, but his heartbeat took a long ti to calm.

He watched Chuzheng walk away, retrieving a dry towel from sowhere, draped it over Sang Yu’s head, under his puzzled gaze.

Sang Yu: "..."

Chuzheng rubbed his hair like she was scrubbing a ball, leaving Sang Yu questioning life.

Sang Yu’s head was dizzy from shaking, he hurriedly said, "I can do it myself..."

"Don’t move!"

The girl’s tone was firm, not allowing Sang Yu to take over.

Sang Yu: "..."

Sang Yu now wondered if he was dreaming, the scene... sohow felt a bit bizarre.

Yet, at the sa ti, Sang Yu found the scene enviably surreal.

Like a couple who had been together for a long ti...

In a mont, Sang Yu pushed those thoughts aside, questioning what he was thinking.

Chuzheng touched his hair, feeling satisfied, finally let him go, just as Sang Yu sighed with relief, the girl suddenly turned the chair, with both hands naturally resting on the armrests.

Sang Yu: "!!!"

Chuzheng didn’t do anything, she just asked him seriously: "What do you want for breakfast?"

Sang Yu intended to ask her to stand properly to talk, but eting Chuzheng’s eyes, the words changed: "Milk and bread."

Chuzheng nodded: "Clean up, let’s go out to eat in a while."

-

It wasn’t until Sang Yu walked out of the studio, locked the door, and was hit by the sunshine outside that he snapped back to reality.

How did he end up following her instructions?

Chuzheng picked a restaurant and bought him milk and bread.

Sang Yu: "..."

Sothing just felt off.

Sang Yu silently finished his breakfast, and Chuzheng asked him where to shoot.

"Didn’t you bring any clothes?"

"What’s wrong with this?" Chuzheng pointed at her own clothes.

"..." It’s not that it wouldn’t work, it just seed too casual.

[Miss, you could wear the little dresses of the original owner~] King’s Account popped up teasingly.

In your dreams!

[Miss, that little dress is very expensive, don’t you think it’d be thrilling?]

Chuzheng: "..." What strange things has this bastard been watching recently?

Thrilling what?

Rather than wearing such clothes, she’d rather die.

[...] King’s Account, relentless: [Maybe the good guy card likes it?]

What if he likes it?

Do I have to accommodate him with what I wear? I just won’t!

[...] Fine, then let’s do a task. [Main task: Please purchase ten sets of clothes in different styles, different colors, suitable for photography, each costing no less than thirty thousand, within two hours.]

Chuzheng: "..."
