Chapter 730: Chapter 730: National Demon Sprite (21)

Chuzheng was once again haunted by those charming images in her dreams at night.

Ever since Xun Yin began learning knowledge from the outside world, Chuzheng hadn’t experienced such dreams.

Who knew they would start again today.

The little thing needs to be tidied up.

Chuzheng sat up in bed, took a shallow breath, and fanned herself with her clothes.

She looked in the direction of the Beauty Couch.

Chuzheng woke up, and the dream was interrupted. Xun Yin was awake at this ti, but what he was thinking in his mind was known only to him.

Suddenly, Xun Yin felt a darkness beside him, and then soone squeezed onto the already cramped Beauty Couch.

Xun Yin’s body stiffened, and before he could react, he was embraced.

“Xun Yin, I warned you not to let have that kind of dream again,” Chuzheng’s gloomy voice rose from the darkness.

Xun Yin suppressed his emotions and smiled in the darkness, “I’m right here, don’t you want to try feeling the sa as in your dreams?”

“I do.”

Chuzheng didn’t hide it, her frankness took Xun Yin sowhat aback.

“Then will you let go, please?” Xun Yin took a deep breath, leaned in proactively, and exhaled ambiguously, “As long as you let go, I’ll be all yours, okay?”

Xun Yin felt soone grip his waist and then a weight pressed on top of him.

His wrists were held by both her hands, placed on either side of his head.

In the dim light of the darkness, Xun Yin couldn’t see her expression, but he could feel her breath as she leaned down.

A tranquil, cold fragrance slowly invaded the air.

Xun Yin’s fingers were pried open by hers, interlocking them.

Her breath suddenly drew closer, blurring his consciousness.

A cool breeze blew from sowhere.

It snapped Xun Yin back to clarity.

Xun Yin tilted his head to avoid Chuzheng’s contact.

“Xiao Yao, what are you doing!”

“Giving you a taste of the dream.”

“…”

He was well aware of the sensation in the dream.

But now it was utterly different.

This was real.

Xun Yin was a normal male.

His eyes narrowed slightly, emitting a warning threat: “Xiao Yao, don’t play with fire.”

“Where’s the fire?” Chuzheng asked earnestly.

Xun Yin: “…”

Xun Yin struggled, imagining that he could easily break free from Chuzheng’s control with his own thinking.

However, the reality was that despite the control not being very strong, he was unable to break free.

“Hmm…”

All of a sudden, Xun Yin let out a muffled groan from his throat, and Chuzheng’s movents abruptly halted.

She propped herself up and looked down at the person beneath her.

The man seed to be in great pain, furrowing his brow and involuntarily curling up.

“Xun Yin?”

“Keep away from …” The man squeezed a few words through clenched teeth.

Xun Yin felt as if he were in the midst of a fire, incessantly being scorched.

That feeling was pain…

A pain so intense it was almost better off dead.

“Keep away from .” Xun Yin spoke again, “Get away!”

Without a word, Chuzheng rolled off the bed, turned on the light, and stood at a slightly farther position.

Xun Yin curled up on the Beauty Couch, his face deathly pale.

Chuzheng imdiately retreated to a safe distance.

Xun Yin seed unable to breathe, his gasps severe.

His agony was clearly etched on his face, and Chuzheng’s fingertips curled slightly, slowly clenching into a fist.

However, her face showed no emotion; she just looked on indifferently.

“Xun Yin, what should I do?”

“Keep away from …” Xun Yin’s voice was weak, “Don’t let feel your breath.”

“…”

Chuzheng turned and left, standing outside the door.

The night breeze stirred the wild grass, sending waves like those of the sea.

Chuzheng looked at the ancient tree outside, with the moonlight falling between her brows, solidifying into frost.

Whoosh—

Chuzheng’s gaze suddenly shifted to the side.

A shadow flashed outside the wall. Chuzheng took a step back into the shadows and stared in that direction.

Several shadows gradually appeared, standing in the void… Demons?

Demon Hunters couldn’t just stand in mid-air like that.

Only demons could.

Several demons whispered to each other outside, and a minute later, they dispersed swiftly, erging in different directions of the courtyard.

The defenses around the courtyard suddenly started to weaken as if that protective layer had been breached.

But Chuzheng felt no fluctuations…

Almost simultaneously, those demons from before landed in the yard.

They moved quickly through the wild grass, converging in the center; one of the demons gestured, and several of them quickly advanced towards the direction of the ancestral hall.

“Ah!”

Suddenly, a demon was yanked into the air, sorsaulting several tis before crashing into a stone lantern pillar amidst the wild grass in the yard.

This turn of events successfully stopped the other demons in their tracks.

Chuzheng slowly walked out of the darkness.

The demons retreated several steps, calling out warily, “Who’s there?”

“What kind of demons are you?” The girl’s clear voice slowly arose, “Who sent you?”

“… Attack!”

Chuzheng pinched her wrist.

Bang!

The demon hit the ground and had no chance to get up before a heavy weight crushed him back down.

Chuzheng slightly bent her body, resting her elbow on her knee, while her movents flowed like Xing Yun river, graceful and stylish in one fell swoop.

“Who sent you here?”

The demon, pinned underfoot and unable to move, didn’t seem inclined to speak.

“You won’t get anything out of ,” the demon sneered, “I’d advise you to let go and mind your own business.”

“Mind my own business?” Chuzheng’s tone was calm, “Are you referring to the one inside?”

The demon, enduring the pain, said, “We’re not here for you, so if you let us go now, we’ll mind our own business.”

“Who are ‘you’? Those bastards are eyeing my Good Person Card.”

“…”

The demon felt chills at the bottom of his heart, sensing Chuzheng’s gaze as both eerie and icy-cold.

Thinking of how his companions had died silently just a mont ago, panic began to surge within this demon.

Biting his teeth, demonic power burst forth from his body.

Chuzheng: “…”

Damn it!

Who are you trying to scare!!

Chuzheng stepped down coldly with her foot.

The demonic power, like a deflated balloon, hissed out and collapsed.
