Reigns had started to notice that sothing strange was happening. Every ti he tried to think deeply about it, his thoughts would blur, and he would forget everything.
There wasn’t much interference—except for one thing. Every ti they woke up, the first thought was always hunting and offering sacrifices. Aside from that, they were mostly free to do as they pleased.
But for Reigns, it felt different.
His eyes narrowed slightly as he stared at the tree spirit.

Reigns woke up suddenly gasping heavily for air. His chest rose and fell rapidly as sweat poured down his forehead. His lips parted, as if he wanted to scream, but he imdiately stopped when he saw Nyxara clinging to him in her sleep.
He shook her lightly, but she only grabbed him tighter, still asleep.
Reigns let out a tired sigh. He shifted carefully, moved a little, and rubbed his face before opening his status screen.

Reigns stared at the screen for a long mont. His vision started growing dizzy.
"Shit..." he cursed, biting his tongue hard.
"Tier up... Tier up..."
The next mont, his vision blurred completely. It felt as if he were drowning in a vast sea of darkness.
Reigns desperately moved his hands and feet, trying to swim upward, but no matter how hard he struggled, his body refused to respond.
Then suddenly, he saw a small ball of light glowing far above him.
"Gyaaaa! Just what the hell is going on?!"
"I don’t rember Nyx nor that beast going through changes like this!"
He forced himself upward and finally grabbed the orb of light.
The mont his fingers touched it, a blinding flash exploded around him.
The darkness disappeared instantly.
Reigns slowly opened his eyes and found himself standing inside an ancient labyrinth filled with countless doors. Above everything towered a gigantic tree that seed to cover the sky itself.
It was the sa place where he had first summoned Splash Shooter.
The small white orb still floated quietly before him.
Reigns looked around carefully.
"What is this place, I wonder?"
As he spoke, he stepped forward and placed his hand on one of the doors.
A warm stream of light imdiately rushed through him.
A tingling sensation spread across him, followed by a faint pain.
Reigns clenched his teeth as he felt his body expanding and growing stronger.

The strange sensation lasted for several monts, making his knees feel weak.
Then suddenly, a powerful surge of energy coursed through him.
He could clearly feel it.
His body had beco stronger, faster, and lighter.
