Just how strong would an executive from a rank 38 dungeon be?
Compared to those who could be called executives of our forces—Lune, Shaitan, Gremory, etc.—just how strong would they be? I could find out by fighting directly, but I’d already grasped most of the enemy’s forces through informants beforehand.
Cursed Wyvern, Thunder Lord, and Corpse Hawk.
All three were monsters with levels reaching the 80s. If I’d attacked the mont the portal direction changed, I’d obviously have been cut down by those three first.
"But now it’s different."
Clatter clatter!
The Cursed Wyvern flapped its wings and thrashed about. It started rioting, trying to tear into my ankle with chattering teeth.
But that was all. My foot accurately stepped on the Cursed Wyvern’s crown, and the wyvern couldn’t move with its head buried in the ground.
"What are you gonna do, breaking soone else’s weapon so carelessly?"
I picked up fragnts of the mace the Cursed Wyvern had shattered.
With ghost-like reflexes, it had noticed the vertically thrown mace and opened its maw wide.
Then it caught the mace precisely in its mouth and crushed it with its teeth.
So I jumped high in the sky to help it swallow the mace more thoroughly and stomped its crown with my foot. Under my strength and weight, the wyvern’s mouth was firmly shut.
"Hey hey, don’t resist. Your palate’s gonna peel off, you know?"
"Grrr...!"
The wyvern looked up at with murderous eyes. The mace fragnts must’ve turned to iron shards making a ss inside its mouth, but as expected of a monster reaching level 80.
Drip drip.
Its entire palate had peeled off and blood was gushing between its teeth, yet the wyvern kept flapping its torn wings to kill .
"Tch. Can’t even eat the wings like this."
The wings had holes everywhere. The arrows that pierced the mbrane and flesh were all arrows imbued with divine power, so divine power lingered around the holes.
It looked just like seeing a mackerel with only bones left. The wings had no edible flesh.
"Your nickna’s Yellow, right?"
"!!"
The wyvern’s pupils shook. It seed confused that I knew its alias used within the legion. It kept trying to say sothing with its mouth, but I didn’t remove my stepping foot.
"Hm? How did I know that? Hehe, do I need to know?"
Crack crack.
I crossed my arms over the knee of the leg stepping on its crown and leaned down. Adding my upper body’s weight, blood flowed from the wyvern’s teeth until they turned bright red.
"Seems like it’d be better to just die. I almost made a mistake too. Guys!!"
At my command, the human adventurers pulled out items they’d been carrying. Items specially issued to five with sadistic tendencies among the adventurers, they waited dressed like guards for my orders.
"Guinevere, buff!"
"Yes...."
Guinevere weakly imbued divine power into the five adventurers’ items. Rather than disliking this situation, soone seed to co to mind.
’Anyway, as long as divine power’s applied, that’s enough.’
Can’t kill it. But this mutant cockatrice that not only eyed our legion but also insulted and our legion needed divine punishnt.
"Positions!"
The adventurers each took appropriate positions that wouldn’t interfere with each other and pulled taut the items in their hands. Approaching close could get them attacked by the wyvern, so they had to drain the wyvern’s stamina from a distance.
The most perfect item for using while restraining an opponent.
An item I felt necessary for operating our legion.
...An item created to repay exactly how dungeon master [Amy] who raided Gremory’s dungeon had tornted Gremory after hearing about it.
"Leather whips imbued with divine power must hurt...."
The lion mane hair attached to the handle’s end was just decoration. The real power was Guinevere’s blessing—divine power—sprinkled generously on the whip.
"I don’t know how many tis Gremory died to this with her avatars, but I’m soone who thoroughly rembers the humiliation our legion suffered, you know? So...."
Grrrrr!!
I bent my upper body down to add more weight so the wyvern couldn’t resist.
"Let’s see you get whipped until you die."
Not just any whip, but a whip imbued with divine power.
"Begin!"
Crack, crack!
The mont my signal dropped, the five adventurers gleefully laughed and began swinging whips.
Actually, just pouring arrows would kill the wyvern, but this was my demonstration against Halphas’s legion.
"First, I’ll kill you like Amy did to Gremory. If you’re going to resent soone, resent Halphas who touched our forces."
I drumd my side with one hand. My abdon shook creating massive resonance around, and the red tattoo’s power beca aura making the five adventurers’ whips sharper.
Crack, crack!!
I held out stomping the head with my foot until the slowly dying wyvern didn’t even twitch.

"This is bad."
The blonde woman’s eyes darkened at the tragedy unfolding on surface 1st floor. She’d sent out Pale Riders as if it didn’t matter if they died, but the Cursed Wyvern dying spectacularly now was different.
An existence like Halphas’s sworn brother.
The three executives were like comrades-in-arms who’d traversed battlefields with Halphas from long ago. Because he cherished them enough to keep them close, Halphas hadn’t granted them dungeon master nas even after collecting many dungeon master nas.
One such existence was dying while screaming miserably. The woman coldly judged the situation given to her.
Inform Halphas as is?
She’d obviously be tortured severely for waking him from sleep. Even if he was dying.
Then pretend not to know?
No one would know. And since the Cursed Wyvern wasn’t a dungeon master, resurrection through magic stones was possible.
"...."
The woman decided to stay silent.
No, she decided to cheer.
’I wish they’d kill Halphas too.’
The blonde woman decided to cheer for Andras’s forces—[Legion of Wrath]. Having already changed masters several tis, the ’seal’ had completely lost motivation.
Perfect timing actually.
The Seal of Wrath, Shaitan, was at least soone she could communicate with well.
’The Legion Commander must be a smart existence.’
Seeing how she put that reckless orc at the vanguard to rampage, she seed to have a sowhat eccentric personnel selection but a mindset that results were all that mattered. Otherwise, would she let soone spouting insane talk about having monsters fucked by humans live?
’Please don’t be a bird-brain like Halphas.’
The woman stayed silent as the Cursed Wyvern slowly died.
Beep.
The system window rang. The woman stroked the seal engraved on her lower abdon with her hand and smiled slightly.
"...Yellow has been added to the list."
The woman spoke toward the ceiling, but the person who should hear it was just snoring away.

"Wow, look at how the whipping put knife marks in the skin nicely. It’d be no joke with seasoning."
The Cursed Wyvern died. Whipped until death, and suppressed from above until death, so it died.
"Master. Were you really planning to eat it?"
"Yeah. I was curious what wyvern at tastes like...."
Cockatrice tasted better than expected, so I wondered what taste a wyvern that evolved from that and even flew in the sky would have.
But the Cursed Wyvern didn’t die even from countless whippings. Only after nearly half its skin filled with red whip marks did it finally expire.
"It’s a bit much for to eat now. Sorry, Kimaris. It got a bit much for monsters to eat."
"What do you an?"
"It didn’t die from whipping."
I borrowed a dagger and stabbed into the skin where flesh was exposed from whipping. The wound area definitely had blood pooling, but it wasn’t an injury severe enough to die from. Sa for other places.
"This guy died from divine power."
For demons, divine power is like poison. Taking whips covered in that poison repeatedly ant taking priests’ attacks until death.
"Can’t eat it. Tch, disappointing."
I rolled up my robe sleeves and flipped the wyvern’s body. Rather than the top full of wounds, the belly flipped over was more comfortable to look at.
Pretty to cut. I stabbed the dagger into the wyvern’s nape and pushed it straight.
Riiiiip.
With the sharp dagger plus my strength, the hide and flesh easily split left and right. Splitting the flesh revealed innards clearly visible, and I threw a Big Sli I’d brought for this mont into the wyvern’s insides.
"Find it."
Slosh, slosh.
The Big Sli entered the split wyvern’s insides. While removing innards, I checked my subordinates’ condition.
"You guys, are those bad expressions because you’re disgusted by that, or because you’re exhausted and struggling?"
"...Was the latter but now it’s including the forr."
One adventurer spoke boldly. Other adventurers’ faces weren’t much different.
"Really? Sorry. And good work. You can rest well now."
The vanguard—the Death Knights and human adventurers’ role was sufficient with this. Actually, we overachieved the goal.
We’d repelled Pale Riders several tis and made distinguished contributions defeating one executive, the Cursed Wyvern. I just threw a mace and stomped a head—nothing special.
"But even when resting, you gotta post sentries, right?"
"I knew you’d say this...."
"Legion Commander. We fought hard, do we have to post sentries too?"
"You guys. Who said you’d post sentries?"
"...Hehehe."
Being from adventurer origins, they loosened up quickly after completing their assigned roles. Though it’s war, since the legion isn’t an army, I had to assign duties matching the troops’ characteristics.
"Stand by until sentries are posted. Ah, Shaitan. Call the engineers."
[Deploying right now.]
The mont Shaitan’s words ended, a group of subordinates appeared through the portal. At the head of ghouls appearing with one log in each hand stood Hases and Rastujad.
[Will construct a base.]
"You know to install from the portal entrance, right?"
[As ordered.]
35 ghouls controlled by Rastujad.
And High Ghouls led by Hases.
The ghouls who skillfully processed logs supplied from forests near our dungeon hamred logs into the ground one by one, creating a fortress entrance.
They dug holes in the ground and pushed logs inside to make palisades, then created compartnts behind where people could climb up for suppressing fire.
They arranged it so adventurers could stand in a line to shoot, and made an entrance in the middle to narrow the passage.
We built a wooden gate leading to our dungeon right in the middle of enemy territory. Since all facilities are most dangerous during construction, adventurers had to maintain tension until the end.
"...Still no reaction?"
Ghouls worked hard building palisades without rest. But there was no reaction from Halphas’s legion.
’Too excessive to call it cautious.’
Looking at Halphas’s troop operations so far, he’d probably have sent a subordinate to scout carelessly. With a base being constructed in front of his house’s yard yet no reaction—it was too strange.
’If he sends one subordinate to die, he can see everything through the system?’
Why isn’t Halphas sending subordinates? Can’t understand it, but at least it was too sloppy to be a trap.
"Anyway, it’s all profit for . Death Knights return to main base. Adventurers rest in the fortress the mont ghouls finish constructing it. While resting, consu magical fluid to replenish stamina and mana."
"""Yes!!"""
The adventurers each pulled out egg-shaped candies from their pockets and swallowed them whole into their mouths. Separate from the ostrich egg-sized magical fluid distributed in the Chamber of Passion and Ras, these were boiled egg-sized magical fluid sli jellies.
"First battle victory. Operation as planned. Now here...we hold out."
Operation Phase 2.
[Bunker in soone else’s front yard].
And the reason for constructing a bunker was to buy ti until high-level forces from the main base erged.
"We wait until that one awakens from the egg, got it!!"
***
"...Yes, that’s right."
Thump, thump.
Shaitan smiled broadly before the mbrane.
"Remaining ti...3 more hours, Master."
Thump, thump.
In the center of the giant egg.
The red-haired fallen angel gradually began opening her eyes.
