The first grind in the sli dungeon ended with raising Lune’s level. Before I could properly collect magic stones, enemies rushed in, and I only managed to get 6.

24 remained after summoning high ghouls. Li couldn’t collect any low grade stones and ended up just returning.
’Looks like I can get fruit through farming tomorrow too.’
Having focused too much on lumber procurent and organizing the cavity’s interior, ti had already passed well past dinner. Harvesting that basically took 6 hours wouldn’t bear fruit until after midnight tomorrow.

Harpies—so resting, so absorbed in new production activities.

The 90 pieces of lumber that high ghouls couldn’t even stack in storage would quickly rot and crumble if left alone.
Having brought nearly 200 pieces only to throw them outside after the system judged them unusable, the remaining lumber could easily be judged defective by the system too.

It was fine that they got emotional cursing at each other, but leaving them like this made eating in the sa space quite uncomfortable.

Lune, who was carefully eating below , frowned. Being an elf with sensitive hearing, I’d failed to consider that the two humans’ shouting was clearly audible.

And among them were many quite usable pieces of iron. Like daggers, or arrowheads. Compared to May’s iron sword quantity, about three portions ca out.

Just place the load at the construction location. I appropriately divided the iron scraps and lumber, attaching them in a row beside the cell.

I didn’t know what the upgrade results would be. After finishing my al, I tapped the ear of Lune who was cleaning by sucking my urethra, and Lune swallowed what was in her mouth and stood up.

Thanks to Harpy (★) birthing, the superior entity Harpy Angel beca summonable. But I had no intention of summoning harpy-type monsters.

So what I’d summon to imdiately fill summon attempts were slis or ghouls.
Especially ghouls were important.

Hases’s squad had 8 mbers excluding himself. Due to the system characteristic of excluding squad leaders from squad capacity, 2 more ghouls could be added.

How would that bastard act when newcors with higher ranks than himself joined? I rubbed Lune’s peach-flavored honey on my finger and rcilessly summoned high ghouls.

As expected, Lune was miraculous.

Ka... sohow... feels like death, so I can’t use the na. If a mob like a lich appeared soday, maybe that friend’s na could be Kases.
"Hases!! Receive the new recruits!!"
I shouted toward the cavity, and soon Hases ran to the cavity and took over the two newly born recruits.
Grrr.
Fortunately, the two high ghouls weren’t clueless like soone. Though they were both high ghouls, they seed to follow because Hases’s level was much higher.
’Jases can grow to 3-star, so I’ll evolve him differently from Hases.’
High ghouls had three growth directions total. Though the evolution route would be determined by my intent, it would be much better to evolve them that way once conditions were t.
’With this, all squads are complete.’
Remaining summon attempts: 3 tis.
To fill them, I had to do sothing else first.
"Lune, Li. Let’s go."
"Where?"
"I still haven’t run daily quests twice."
Shortly after.
We defeated two sli dragons. Both could now leisurely catch big slis, and I just picked up magic stones from behind and only had to suppress sli dragons by stepping on their heads.
’No need to bother catching them when mid-grade stones don’t drop.’
Still, wouldn’t it feel unsettling to leave without catching the dungeon boss? Both Lune and Li must have gained experience from catching sli dragons.
Thus, after 2 sli dungeon grinds, the magic stones obtained were 42 lowest grade, 4 low grade.
Though low grade stones felt empty, I felt good thinking lowest grade increased that much instead.
"Li."
Gurgle?
"Eat all the low grades."
When I tossed the low grade stones, Li tap-danced and ate them.

And thanks to that, Li’s level rose to 25. Through breaking through the ceiling, devouring humans, and even eating magic stones, Li beca the highest level in our dungeon.

And tomorrow, Li would beco the being with the highest intelligence in our dungeon. At my words, Li began dancing while spinning its waist, and Lune covered her mouth and giggled at Li’s appearance.

Lune pointed at the two humans still noisily cursing each other, and I stood up and threatened the two humans having a marital fight.

The two reached so agreent through finger signals used during rcenary days. Communication might not have been smooth, but having matched bellies countless tis, they could read each other’s intent just by looking.

Whether they lived in the sa village or not, if they could survive by sacrificing those people’s lives, they were types who wouldn’t hesitate to sacrifice an entire city, let alone a village.

Fortunately, though the monster deliberately poked her back to humiliate her, the chief still didn’t know that. Compared to that, May herself knew all too well that the chief had planted seed in a monster to conceive new life.
If the two escaped and got outside, the chief would have to spend the rest of his life living for May. Or eliminate May by slitting her throat.
