dical Center

A little face-to-face action.

Adam got the reaction he wanted from Christina and redith, and he was feeling pretty darn good about it.

Soon after, the newspapers went nuts with front-page headlines:

"Big Shot Returns, Finds 60-Year-Old Mom in a Dump, Slaughters Three in Rage!"

"King Seeks Family, Finds 60-Year-Old Princess in a Dump, Slaughters Three in Rage!"

And so on…

All these over-the-top "war god dragon king" shockers made the story blow up fast.

Reporters sward Golden Light Nursing Ho, demanding interviews with the elderly residents. But the director shut them down, saying, "Guardians aren't here, no court order—can't do anything illegal like that."

Fair enough, but the ss was already too big to contain.

A few gutsy reporters—eager to hit the big ti through shady ans—snuck in anyway. They snapped pics that turned the whole thing into an even juicier scandal.

The photos showed a group of old folks sitting neatly in a row, all smiles.

Before, it'd have been no big deal.

But now, with the story raging, those pics sent chills down everyone's spine. Anyone who'd read the papers and knew the brutal truth behind this place could feel it: that eerie calm was the eye of a monstrous storm. 😨

Other journalists hit up the psych ward, trying to snag an interview with the "60-year-old mom" or "60-year-old princess" who'd kicked off this avalanche. They got video of her answering questions sharp as a tack—no trace of dentia.

And from her own mouth, she confird the headlines were legit.

But who was she? How'd she manage to turn the tables on the bad guys while locked up in a psych ward?

She just smiled and said, "God's watching over ."

anwhile, Judge Judy Lumas—one of the other crooks involved—was sweating bullets.

Her position was tricky, though. The bearded dwarf knew she was in on it, but he didn't dare touch her. Making a move on a judge would blow the whole thing wide open, and not in a good way.

Yup!

A doctor or a "professional guardian" dying? No biggie in high society.

But offing a judge—even a dirty one? That'd spark a full-on uproar.

Lawyers, judges, the whole legal crowd—they stick together like glue. Their job's all about ganging up in court, after all.

Harvard Law grads? One crew.

Yale Law? Another crew.

Columbia Law? You get it.

Judges co from that lawyer pool, and they might flip back to being lawyers soday. They're all in the sa ga, slugging it out in court with no holds barred—anything goes.

But if soone used dirty tricks to take out a judge? That's war with the entire legal world.

And if they got caught? Good luck surviving that.

Still, everyone's got enemies, right? Judge Judy Lumas screwed up big ti, and her fellow judges and lawyer rivals were sure to make her regret it later.

On the flip side…

"Shit! Shit! SHIT!"

The bearded dwarf clutched the remote, glaring at the live TV broadcast, his brows practically knotted together.

When he saw the mob of reporters outside the psych ward—and a quick flash of a certain symbol—he lost it. The remote went flying, and his mouth let loose a string of curses.

It was a giant Jesus cross.

His old lady's prophecy ca true: God was watching over her.

But every coin's got two sides. The devil loves masquerading as God, screwing over the faithful.

And now, the dwarf's worst nightmare was unfolding.

"Round up the crew—now!" he barked into the phone after venting, taking a deep breath to steady himself.

He used to run a gang back in the day. Split off, clashed with the bosses, got hunted down. Faked his death, fled to the States, and built a new life from scratch.

To keep his only family safe, he'd gone all out—scrubbed his mom's identity clean, stashed her away secretly. It'd worked… until now.

Who could've guessed she'd stumble into this ss? And now it was spiraling out of control, with the old gang sniffing around, marking the psych ward with their sign.

They'd probably suspected he wasn't dead all along and were baiting him out.

But he had to show.

If he didn't, his mom was toast—dead or not, they wouldn't let her slide.

His only shot was to go all in, bust her out, and start over sowhere else.

That night, outside the psych ward, it was pure chaos—like the earth itself cracked open.

No RPGs or heavy machine guns, sure, but you'd swear it was a warzone.

The reporters watching were terrified and thrilled.

This kind of scoop? Worth the risk! 😲

Adam, Juno, and Karen were glued to the live broadcast.

"She's actually a mob boss's mom," Adam said, chuckling in disbelief. "No wonder they're so damn efficient."

"Evil getting crushed by bigger evil—classic," Juno said, her eyes sparkling with an odd glow.

Adam couldn't help stealing a few extra glances at her.

He got it—Juno's vibe made sense.

She was a born anti-hero, wired to love taking down the bad guys. Back in the day, it was just petty stuff. But since bonding with Adam and finding an emotional anchor, that bloodthirsty urge to punish evil had llowed out.

Her small-ti antics never escalated into a full-on spree. Instead, she'd dialed it back, channeling it into wielding a scalpel—saving lives to scratch that itch.

She'd even stepped up for Adam's coback a few tis.

But this? Nothing compared.

The war on TV was next-level. She could already tell this ss would go down as a legendary saga, shaping culture and shaking people to their core.

Going forward, anyone thinking about this exposed elder-abuse racket would have to make a choice.

Nursing hos might ease up on their shady crap after this bloodbath.

Regulators, under public heat, might push so less exploitable laws.

And just like that, a casual move by Adam and Juno could end up saving countless souls from hell.

Talk about racking up good karma!

Since Adam didn't do it himself, his "system" couldn't extend his life. Otherwise, this stunt alone would've earned him a "live forever" badge. 😂

But Juno? She was buzzing—practically exploding from the insane high of it all.

"Adam…" Juno turned to him, her eyes shining brighter than stars. "We did this."

"Yup," Adam nodded with a grin. "We've got a dal in this victory."

"And !" Karen piped up, standing between them, glancing left and right with a pout.

She was tall—shorter than Adam, taller than Juno. The three of them lined up like a perfect height gradient, and technically, she should've blocked their little stare-fest.

But nope—didn't work.

"You're in," Adam said.

"Of course you are," Juno added.

They finally broke their gaze, shared a smile, and turned to comfort Karen, pulling her back into the spotlight.

But Karen wasn't happy.

All she could do was shoot Adam a death glare behind Juno's back.

That spark between them earlier? It'd set her off like a firecracker.

Damn you, Adam!

She was pissed! 😤
