"It’s not , it’s not , don’t co near ..." Felicity Grant scread in fright.
Felicity Grant’s voice did not stop the white figure in front of her; it continued to "float" forward.
"Felicity Grant, I’m so miserable. Look at my face, look at my body, it’s all your doing..."
In the moonlight, the white figure revealed a pale face, and the sides of the face showed the pitted, scarred traces of burns.
Her neck and collarbone were covered with those ghastly scars.
"Ah..." Felicity Grant stumbled backward in fear, tripped over sothing, and fell to the ground.
She continued to back away, her eyes filled with terror as she looked at the white figure in front of her:
"It really wasn’t ; I didn’t expect things to turn out this way. I just wanted to teach you a lesson. I didn’t think the fire would get so big; I only opened the back door for Marcus Shaw. Who knew it would cause such a big ss? I know I was wrong, please forgive , I really know I was wrong..."
At this mont, Felicity Grant was so scared that she had lost her senses, and she blurted everything out incoherently.
"Even if he set the fire, you’re an accomplice. I’m like this now because the two of you tead up. I won’t let you off..."
The voice was deep and hoarse as if it ca from the depths of hell, and Felicity Grant was so frightened that her teeth were chattering.
"Fiona, Fiona, considering our past relationship, please forgive . I’ll do anything you want, please spare ..."
Felicity Grant was so terrified that she completely lost the ability to think; she knelt on the ground with her hands clasped, kowtowing to the figure that was getting closer.
"Are you telling the truth?" The hoarse voice gradually beca clear.
Felicity Grant, scared out of her wits, didn’t notice the change in the voice. She nodded like a pecking chick, "Absolutely true, I’ll do anything you ask."
South Grant was wearing a fake long wig and a white strapless dress; lacking a bust, he had padded it heavily with sponges.
Seeing that the recording was almost complete, he then switched it off.
He then pulled off the wig from his head and tossed it aside, shouting:
"Dodo, bring my clothes."
This clear voice brought Felicity Grant back to her senses; it was entirely different from the previous voice, and it was clearly South Grant’s voice.
Felicity Grant looked up, seeing South Grant under the moonlight tossing the wig onto the ground and revealing her neat short hair.
Dodo ca over and handed South Grant the prepared jacket, seeing South Grant swing the jacket on.
She couldn’t change clothes at this mont, still wearing the strapless gown; however, she lost the ghostly feeling from before and gained a sort of commanding presence, like a queen.
It was Dodo’s first ti seeing a man wear such a powerful queenly aura.
He then diverted his gaze and began to mutter silently to himself:
I’m manly, I like won...
I’m manly, I like won...
I’m a woman, I like n...
I am...
When Dodo ca back to his senses, he realized the thoughts he was silently chanting had gone off track...
No one paid attention to Dodo’s thoughts at this mont. Felicity Grant, seeing South Grant elegantly put on the jacket and peel off the scars from her face and neck, finally realized this person was South Grant, not Fiona!
