Hugo Lynch pondered for a mont, then had no choice but to grit his teeth and endure it.
Taking advantage of the fact that no one was paying attention here, it seed resolved.
"Hugo Lynch is scum among bastards, a bastard among scum." After saying this, Hugo was so furious he wanted to eat South Grant’s heart!
"You got it the wrong way," South Grant said calmly.
"What?" Hugo frowned.
"You should say ’bastard among scum’ first, then ’scum among bastards,’" South reminded him.
Hugo: "..."
After Hugo repeated it as South required, South finally let him go.
Once Hugo regained his freedom, the look he gave South was as if he could shoot daggers from his eyes.
But he didn’t dare to make a move against South again.
"Kid, just you wait!" Hugo spat out viciously, then glared at Sana Young.
Hugo left with lody Irving, leaving Sana Young looking at South Grant with imnse gratitude.
If not for South Grant’s actions just now, she would have been utterly humiliated by those two.
"Thank you." Sana Young bowed to South Grant in gratitude.
As she bent down, sothing fell out of her pocket.
South Grant crouched down to retrieve it for her and was a bit surprised to see it was a student ID from Ardenne University.
"Are you from Ardenne?" He had assud she was working there and no longer in school.
Sana Young felt a little embarrassed and awkward, nervously saying, "Yes, I had a falling out with my family, so I’m doing part-ti study now..."
South Grant understood now; it was definitely because of that scum that she’d had a fallout with her family.
Seeing her unease, South Grant wanted to lighten the mood, so he casually asked:
"What departnt are you in?"
"dia Studies."
"Lying, you clearly seem like you’re in the Healing departnt," South Grant said with a slight smile at the corner of his lips.
Sana Young was stunned, then her eyes curved, and her lips slightly turned up as she laughed.
The anxiety she felt earlier was swept away.
Nathan Foster had been watching from not far behind her all along, and after hearing what she said to South Grant, he couldn’t help but recall the scene he saw earlier at school where she was being chased and beaten by so girls.
She called it "affairs of the heart", and now, only two words ca to mind for her: serves you right.
Nathan Foster turned back to his car.
South Grant heard the car door slam shut with a bang but couldn’t be bothered with him, instead saying goodbye to Sana Young.
"Don’t bother with that scum next ti; I’ll go now, maybe we’ll et again at Ardenne."
"But, that guy just drove away, how are you getting back?" Sana Young asked, watching the car drive off.
"I don’t know that person; I’ll just walk back," South Grant said.
Sana Young looked at him, then pointed to so bicycles parked beside the café:
"If you don’t mind, I could give you a ride ho on my bike."
South Grant raised an eyebrow and smiled, "I certainly don’t mind."
Sana Young sat on the back of the bike while South Grant pedaled.
She wore a plaid shirt and blue and white jeans, exuding a sunny vibe.
Sana Young chatted and laughed with South Grant the whole way, sharing amusing stories from Ardenne University.
Nathan Foster’s car wasn’t driving fast, and by this ti, South Grant had caught up on the bike.
Nathan Foster saw South Grant and rolled down his window.
South Grant humd a tune softly as he passed Nathan’s car, giving him a side glance and a wink.
When South Grant rode past, Nathan finally realized the tune he was humming was:
The sky is so bright, the ground is so wide.
The feelings are so rippling, the heart is so vital.
The song is so lodious, the lody is so wild.
The soul is unbridled, the spirit is unfettered.
The feelings are so rippling, the heart is so vital.
Turning into a ray of light, blinding all sorrow.
...
Just this feel, so great, so great.
This feel, so great, feel feel so great...
