Just then a nurse from the hospital had called saying that so female patient had gone missing and asked Miss to co to the hospital to help with the search.
She hadn’t heard about anyone being hospitalized and at first thought it was a wrong number, but as soon as Miss heard, she didn’t even eat her breakfast before heading out.
“No, there’s no ti.”
The servant had no choice but to say, “Then, Miss, once you’re done at the hospital, rember to eat sothing. Not eating is bad for your stomach.”
Enna Clark showed a smile, nodded, and said, “Alright.”
After finishing, she pulled open the car door and got in.
The servant watched her get into the car, and handed her the bag, hesitating before suddenly asking, “Miss, are you driving yourself? What about Mr. Harris? Wait for for a mont, I will call Mr. Harris and ask him to take you there. Miss, just wait a mont for , I’ll go right in and make the call…”
As she spoke, she started to walk back, but Enna Clark quickly called her back, “Auntie Poppy, there’s no need, I can drive myself. It’s not far from here to the hospital, driving won’t take long.”
“But…” She had heard Master ntion that Miss had been in a serious car accident before and was left with trauma, so she didn’t like to drive by herself.

The man in the passenger seat of the leading van was covered in flesh and did not look easy to deal with, unmistakably the sa man who had stopped Enna Clark at the abandoned factory last ti.
With a cigarette dangling from his lips, he stuck his hand out the window, fixated on the smoothly driving Lincoln ahead, his mouth twisted into a sinister smile.
“I thought this chick was so clever, but it turns out she’s not all that. With just a simple fake call from soone posing as a hospital nurse telling her Tessa Wilson is missing, she got all flustered and drove out here on her own.”
The henchman beside him spat out the window and sneered in kind, “It’s better that she’s driving alone. If she had brought a crowd like last ti, it would’ve been harder for us to make a move. Now that it’s just her, once we get to a spot we’ve scoped out, it’ll be easier to take her. The only question is whether or not she’s carrying a gun.”
“She isn’t! Just look at what she’s wearing today and you’ll know. I saw through the binoculars; she’s wearing a blouse and jeans, no place to hide a gun,” the man boasted, glancing smugly at the henchman driving beside him. “Besides, she was in such a rush to go to the hospital alone, how could she possibly have had ti to grab a gun? You think she’s like you, always carrying a gun to the hospital to find soone, isn’t that asking for death?”
The rebuked henchman offered a flattering smile, “Boss is smart.”
“It’s our boss who’s smart, coming up with the idea to have soone pose as a hospital nurse and call to lure her out,” said the man.
