Chapter 1586: Chapter 1585: I Will Not Break Up with Baron Lawrence
Enna Clark folded her hands on the table and confidently looked at Enna Clark. She curled up her red lips, appearing gentle but actually aggressive, “So, Ms. Clark, have you made your decision?”
“Do you want to selfishly cause Baron Lawrence to go bankrupt, or do you want to help him succeed?”
“Is that all, Ms. Lawrence?” Enna Clark remained very calm, not at all panicked by Skye Lawrence’s words. She looked straight into Skye Lawrence’s eyes and said peacefully, “Now that you’re done, it’s my turn to speak. I have a question to ask.”
“What question?” Skye Lawrence waited for her to continue.
Enna Clark enunciated each word, “You’re asking to leave Baron Lawrence—is it for his sake, or for your own?”
Skye Lawrence furrowed her brows, a flash of displeasure in her beautiful eyes, and challenged, “What do you an by that?”
Hand resting on her coffee cup, Enna Clark spoke unhurriedly, “You’ve said so much just now, all to make understand that if I don’t leave Baron Lawrence, you’ll bankrupt him. So by leaving Baron Lawrence, it’s for his benefit, right?”
“If you understand, then good.” Skye Lawrence had never really liked Enna Clark, a big part of that being because Enna Clark wasn’t truly one of the socialites.
Even though Enna Clark was indeed the legitimate daughter of the Habsden Family, she had always drifted in Linton City and was rely an illegitimate daughter of a small company’s president before she turned three.
Such a status ant she could never learn what a socialite should.
So, from the beginning to the end, Skye Lawrence was never satisfied with her.

“So, you have asked Baron Lawrence.” Enna Clark smartly discerned the answer and countered her, “Baron Lawrence doesn’t agree to an arranged marriage, does he?”
She knew it. Why would that man, who was fine last night, suddenly propose?
And a proposal that wasn’t at all his style.
It turns out it was all for Skye Lawrence to see.
Enna Clark suddenly beca a bit fed up with Skye Lawrence and stated bluntly, “He would rather take on the risk and insist on being with . If I go to him now and tell him we should break up, what would he think? If I really do what you’re asking, it would be like betraying him.”

She wouldn’t, after listening to Skye Lawrence’s words, presumptuously believe she was doing it for Baron Lawrence’s sake and take the initiative to break up with him.
