Olivia Lewis saw his anxious look and knew that he wasn’t communicating well with the popular young idols, which made her temples throb even more.
She adjusted her expression and walked over.
“Director Trent.”
The Director finally found soone to enliven the atmosphere and imdiately pulled her over for an introduction, “Let introduce you all, this is our female protagonist, Olivia Lewis.”
Then he turned to Olivia, “You know these guys, right? The Vault of Heaven Band.”
With a wide smile, Olivia extended her hand, “Of course I know them, I watch TV and have so common sense. Hi, I’m Olivia Lewis.”
A slightly cool hand clasped hers and shook it, “Hi, I’m August Oliver.”
Olivia wasn’t thinking too much about it. Since he was being courteous, she naturally smiled back and complinted, “I’ve heard your songs. I didn’t expect you to be even more handso in person than on TV.”
“Which song did you listen to?”
Olivia was suddenly dumbfounded.
Usually, in such situations, people just say these things as pleasantries. How would she know which song!
Quickly, she responded vaguely, “Um, it’s that one… What’s the na of that most popular one again?”
“Heartbeat.”
She slapped her hand in realization, “Ah, yes, that’s the one I rember now.”
The other three guys looked as if they’d seen a ghost. They couldn’t believe they were shaking hands and chatting so ‘rrily.’
Had the captain lost his mind or hit his head, or was this person just soone who looked like him?
Since when did their captain shake hands with people? And chat so fluently with a woman?
Were their eyes deceiving them?
The youngest guy, who had a cute look that current young girls liked, was the most exaggerated. He rubbed his eyes as if seeing a ghost and asked the person next to him, “Is there sothing wrong with my eyes? It’s the captain talking, right?”
“I’m starting to doubt my eyes too,” responded the person being asked.
Their voices weren’t exactly low, so Olivia heard them and looked over, puzzled by what they ant.
As she looked over, the handso man sent a warning look their way. The trio imdiately felt chills down their spines and greeted obediently, “Hi, Sister Olivia.”
“Hello, Sister Olivia.”
“Sister Olivia, you’re so beautiful. I’ve watched your film, ‘Assassin’s Chronicles.’ Our captain has watched it too, and he particularly likes it.”
The ntioned person frowned, hiding his panic in his eyes, and gave the other a glare, “Shut up!”
The scolded person was used to it and continued to grin with his eyes bigger than a girl’s, “Our captain is just shy. He truly likes your films. He’s seen all of them. We accepted the the song for this movie just because you are the lead. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have accepted it.”
“Can’t you keep your mouth shut?” This ti it was a vicious threat.
The guy imdiately closed his mouth, throwing Olivia an ‘I believe you, he’s just shy’ look, and quieted down.
Olivia was embarrassed by the teasing from the young idols.
Fortunately, the Director rescued her at that mont, “Haha, Olivia’s movies are indeed great. She’s one of the most talented actresses I’ve t.”
The subject changed just like that, and Olivia breathed a sigh of relief.
After chatting for a few more lines, she found an excuse and went to the side to get a drink of water.
