Enna Clark’s pupils shrank to pinpoints. She couldn’t care about anything else and imdiately picked up the bleeding little girl, her face pale. “Car! Baron Lawrence, help stop a car!”
“Enna, calm down!” Baron Lawrence had never seen her so frantic before, and couldn’t help but press down on her shoulders.
Gigi was injured; she couldn’t calm down at all.
Her bright eyes were filled with urgency as she looked at the handso man, biting her lower lip with a pale face. “I need to go to the hospital! It has to be fast! Help stop a car! No… let go of first. There are too many people here; cars can’t get in. I need to get out… need to get out…”
Baron Lawrence had never seen her like this.
Although his temples were throbbing with stabbing pain, painful enough to make his nerves twitch, seeing her like this hurt him more deeply than the headache!
He made a quick decision and swiftly took the injured little girl from Enna Clark’s arms. Holding her in his arms, he gritted his teeth and said, “Follow !”
He started running with the little girl in his arms.
Holding the soft little girl in his arms, Baron Lawrence couldn’t describe the feeling. It was like an electric shock, filling his heart for a mont.

Why did he feel this way!
It felt as if his temples were being struck, and his soul was about to be knocked out of his body. His head felt as though it was being repeatedly crushed by a truck, making his vision go black from the sharp pain.
“Shit!” Baron Lawrence cursed lowly and quickened his pace.
“Move aside!”
“Everyone, move aside!”
With his tall and long-legged figure and distinguished presence, coupled with his intimidating aura, everyone automatically stepped aside to make way.
Baron Lawrence held the little girl tightly in his arms and accelerated his pace.
Gigi grabbed his clothes tightly with one hand while crying softly. Her kitten-like cries were heartbreaking.
“Daddy… it hurts.”
“Daddy… Gigi hurts…”
Baron Lawrence furrowed his brows tightly, his temples throbbing sharply, causing him to stumble and almost lose his balance.
Soon, he reached the roadside after breaking through the crowd.
He quickly flagged down a taxi.
He swiftly placed the injured little girl into the car first, then opened the door for the woman following behind him and Bobby, saying, “Get in!”
Enna Clark had her mind wholly occupied with Gigi’s injury and quickly let Bobby get into the car first before climbing in herself.
The car sped towards the hospital at breakneck speed.
Along the way, Baron Lawrence’s head felt like it was being pulled by two forces, as if his soul was about to be torn in half.
A fine layer of cold sweat appeared on his forehead, rolling down and dripping onto his collar.
Enna Clark finally noticed sothing wrong with him.
She shifted her attention from Gigi to him. “Baron Lawrence, what’s wrong? Are you hurt?”
Her voice was as gentle as ever.
However, at this mont, hearing that familiar soft voice intensified the pain in his head.
He pressed his thin lips tightly together, struggling to control himself. “I’m fine.”
“… Are you really okay?” Enna Clark looked at his pale face, which didn’t seem fine at all.
Baron Lawrence felt his soul about to be torn apart. Leaning against the couch, he strained his nerves and closed his eyes without answering Enna Clark.
He had to do this!
If he didn’t, he feared losing control from the pain!
Enna Clark felt sothing was off about him but couldn’t do much. She urged the driver, “Master, please drive faster.”
