Chapter 1662: Chapter 1652: eting a Fan of August Oliver in the Restroom
Olivia Lewis still didn’t know that she had been recognized and that soone had taken a photo to report her.
She was comfortably sitting in the cinema watching a foreign comrcial blockbuster that August Oliver had picked.
The thrilling car chase scenes made her blood boil, with no dull monts throughout the over two-hour movie.
She thoroughly enjoyed it.
What made her even happier was that it was her first ti properly coming to the cinema to watch a movie, instead of just showing up for promotional shots.
No flashlights, no crowds of onlookers, no pesky reporters, no high heels and evening gowns – just simply watching a movie she wasn’t starring in. It was an amazing feeling!
Watching a movie where she wasn’t acting was so much better; otherwise, it was easy to get distracted.
After all, she knew every detail of how each scene was fild. How could she keep watching that way?
And worst of all, even if she couldn’t enjoy it, she still had to pretend to be focused and earnest in front of the dia reporters.
Otherwise, if the picky dia caught a mont of her looking inattentive, who knows what the news would say the next day.
Then, she would end up offending people again.
As the movie credits rolled, she just finished the popcorn that August Oliver had bought.
She also drank the cola down to the last drop, with no semblance of a lady-like deanor.
August Oliver had bought tickets in the back row. As others in the cinema began to leave, she stood up and casually said to the person next to her, “Wait a bit, I need to go to the bathroom. You might have to wait for .”
After all, she wasn’t so ethereal fairy.
Eating, drinking, going to the bathroom, and sleeping – she did it all.
Although she didn’t understand why August Oliver liked her, she never intended to hide anything from a guy three years younger than her.
She had no plans to string him along or exploit his affection for publicity. Why should she hold back?
August Oliver seed slightly taken aback by her directness, “Okay,” he said, his cool and handso face showing a mont of surprise.
Once the people in front had left the cinema, they followed the crowd out.
There was a bathroom in the cinema.
Olivia Lewis didn’t carry a bag, so she didn’t need to trouble August Oliver to hold it for her and walked into the won’s bathroom on her own.
The bathroom was packed with people who had watched the sa movie.
So were touching up their makeup in front of the large mirror, so were washing their hands, and others were chatting.
Though she was an artist and a top-tier female artist at that, she didn’t have the nerve to stick her face into the crowd to get recognized.
She quietly moved to the back and lined up, waiting for a stall to open up.
While she waited, two girls next to her in line started whispering. They began discussing the movie plot and soon moved on to talking about August Oliver.
“Did you see the Boss’s latest Instagram update?”
“No, the Boss updated Instagram? Damn, how did I miss it? It’s all my mom’s fault. She confiscated my phone these past few days,” the other girl said, looking frustrated.
The girl who had seen it was smug, “He did, the Boss posted a picture and a caption. Look, I took a screenshot and saved it.”
She pulled out her phone and showed it to her friend.
The other girl squealed with delight, “Wow, wow, the Boss really did update Instagram. I’m so happy. He hasn’t posted in half a year. But, what does it an? I don’t understand.”
“It’s nothing, just that female star… what’s her na.”
