Baron Lawrence had finished eating, his dark eyes glanced at the fish soup she had placed in front of him. Without saying anything, he reached out and took it, drinking it in one gulp.
Then he wrinkled his brow, put down the bowl, and complained, “Too much salt.”
Enna Clark saw him drinking happily and thought he found the flavor good too, but then he complained it was too salty. Enna was left feeling a bit disheartened.
However, she wasn’t a cook and didn’t feel defeated or anything, the feeling of being disheartened disappeared quickly. She took the bowl back and calmly said, “I used the normal amount of salt, maybe you prefer less salty food. Next ti I’ll ask them to add less salt.”
It’s not her, it’s them.
Baron was about to frown when the servant intervened, fearfully grabbing the tableware from Enna Clark’s hands, saying, “Ms. Clark, let handle this. You sit and rest for a while.”
“Alright, then I’ll go clean up the kitchen.”
“No no no, I’ll clean up the kitchen as well. Ms. Clark, you don’t need to worry about it, you just finished dinner, please rest first. Leave it to , I’ll make sure it’s tidy.”
Having Ms. Clark cook was bad enough, if she had to clean the tableware and kitchen too, she might as well pack up and leave tomorrow.

It’s not a formal banquet, just a welco reception anyway.
He knew how stunning Enna looked when she was dressed to the nines, and that kind of beauty was enough for him to admire alone! Others… ha… don’t deserve it!
“Rember, just find any comfortable dress you like. There’s no need to look for any complicated dress for fashion’s sake. Especially those ragged dresses that blow everywhere, you’re not allowed to wear!”

If those fashion designers heard his words, they might be so frustrated they’d spit blood.
