Her cheeks flushed with a charming blush, almost unable to control the excitent in her heart.
She never expected to encounter Baron Lawrence here, and he’s all alone!
Is this an opportunity given by God?
Miranda Lewis restrained her excited feelings, looked up, pinched her voice, and softly approached asking, "Young Master Lawrence, are you alone? How co you’re here?"
Why would Baron Lawrence co to such an ordinary place as a cinema?
She always thought he watched movies at ho.
Miranda guessed right, Baron Lawrence indeed used to watch movies directly at ho. His mansion basically has dedicated screening rooms, and he has the resources for all the blockbusters currently in theaters. His coming here today was completely unexpected; it was simply because Enna Clark wanted to bring Bobby to see a movie.
But what does his coming here have to do with this woman?
He cos and goes as he pleases!
Baron Lawrence frowned.
At this ti, the man who had been silently following Miranda suddenly wrapped an arm around her shoulder, looked at Baron Lawrence with an unfriendly expression on his fat face, and asked contemptuously, "Nainai, who is he? Do you know each other?"
Miranda wished she could throw him out right now. If she had known she’d run into Baron Lawrence here, she would never have co out with this man no matter what.
What is this man anyway, just a small-ti producer.
If she could latch onto Baron Lawrence, what blockbuster couldn’t she land?
She subtly pulled away from the man’s hand, stood a bit aside, and smiled gently, "This is Young Master Lawrence. Young Master Lawrence, this is my godbrother, a movie producer, Andrew."
Baron Lawrence wasn’t interested in soone he didn’t know at all, not even sparing a glance, his gaze remained on Miranda’s face, as if trying to decipher sothing.
Her introduction displeased the fat man greatly, and he directly fired at Miranda, "Miranda, what do you an? Is he your fling? You’re so eager to sever ties with in front of him?"
The man squinted his small eyes, contemptuously scanning Baron Lawrence, saying, "Go on, where’s he from, so small-ti model?"
"Are you hoping to get a role by following him?"
He had been in the entertainnt industry for so many years, he could identify soone from the industry at a glance.
Judging by this man’s looks and temperant, he must be thriving in the entertainnt industry!
As for why he didn’t recognize him, it’s probably because the man wasn’t famous enough.
There are plenty of good-looking but unnoticed individuals in this circle, and even more so among n. They’re just so straight guys unwilling to accept the rules.
He thought Miranda was smart enough to know how to curry favor. She indeed made him happy these days, and he’d even considered giving her a role. Little did he expect she’d be so tactless today, openly declaring their unrelated status in front of others.
He had a wife at ho too, and was only playing around with Miranda, not particularly fond of her.
But as a man, Miranda’s behavior still deeply angered him.
"No, you’ve misunderstood. Andrew, he’s..." Miranda didn’t expect Andrew to publicly reveal their unusual relationship, feeling both anxious and exasperated.
She was afraid Baron Lawrence might catch Andrew’s insinuation, even more worried Andrew might make even bolder remarks.
It was hard enough to et Baron Lawrence alone; she didn’t want to miss this rare opportunity to shine!
"He’s just a pretty boy, I know! You fancy this pretty boy?" Andrew interrupted her angrily, pointing at Baron Lawrence and questioning.
