Chapter 1985: Chapter 1995: You Can’t Always Just Go Along with Everything
“Of course not.”
“Then why do you keep confirming it?”
“This…” Scott Harris really wanted to speak the truth. He felt it was too sudden, too surprising, that’s why he kept confirming it.
After all, Baron and Enna Clark had been together for so long without ntioning eting the parents, and suddenly Baron wanted to et Enna’s parents, which was unexpected to him.

He knew he should go along with the elderly, but it depended on what they wanted.
If they asked him to leave, would he really have to pack up and go?
So that’s simply unrealistic!
Besides, he knew that Old Madam Habsden preferred Lyle Westbrook over him. If she asked him to give Enna Clark to Lyle, he couldn’t possibly comply just because she had a heart condition, could he?
But just like Scott Harris said, if he caused the Old Madam to have a heart attack, Enna Clark and Edward Jackson would be the first to be angry.
It was the first ti he felt the situation was so complicated and hard to resolve.
Even more frustrating than when Skye Lawrence sched against the Lawrence Corporation last ti.
For other things, he could think of a way to solve it. For this kind of thing, he felt at a loss.
Scott Harris also noticed his frustration and comforted him, “Lord, it won’t happen. The Old Madam Habsden loves Ms. Clark the most. If she wanted you two to break up, she would have already seen you before now.”
Indeed, if the Old Madam really wanted Enna to break up with him, she wouldn’t have turned a blind eye to them being together all this ti.
But he still couldn’t get past the fact that Old Madam Habsden preferred Lyle Westbrook.

“Go find out!”
By tomorrow morning, he must deliver a gift that satisfies the Old Madam.
As for the rest, it’s just about patience and politeness, which he could manage!
