Adam placed the fruit basket on the coffee table next to the sofa, looking at his weary face said, “I just asked the nurse, she said Enna had a fever last night. Did you stay up all night taking care of Enna without sleeping?”
“Yes.”
Adam was surprised he really hadn’t slept and helplessly said, “I know you’re worried about Enna, but you haven’t rested much day and night, I’m afraid Enna hasn’t woken up before you fall down first. Didn’t the doctor help Enna with an IV drip? You didn’t need to spend the whole night changing wet towels for her to cool down…”
