Baron Lawrence took them to have breakfast at Michelin, and then Scott Harris drove them directly to the Lawrence Headquarters Building.
Baron Lawrence’s car had a very special license plate, so the security in the front promptly let them through, allowing the car to stop right at the company entrance. Scott Harris was the first to step out and opened the car door for the three of them.
The first to jump out was Gigi.
Gigi was very brave, jumping steadily into Scott Harris’s arms with a giggle, which startled him quite a bit. He quickly spread his arms and held her securely, “Little Miss, be careful not to fall.”
“With Uncle Harris around, Gigi won’t fall.” Her sweet little mouth was simply too endearing.
Scott Harris couldn’t help but smile, though he reminded himself to maintain a serious deanor, “Even though I will do my utmost to protect Little Miss, please be more careful next ti, and don’t be so impulsive.”
Gigi pouted her little mouth and tugged pitifully at his sleeve, “Gigi understands. Uncle Harris, don’t be mad at Gigi.”
Scott Harris couldn’t bear to be angry with her and imdiately relented, lifting her gently, “I’m not angry, Little Miss.”
“Okay.” The little girl tilted her head, thought for a mont, and reluctantly took a piece of candy from her pocket to give to Scott Harris, saying sweetly, “Uncle Harris, have so candy.”
She realized her small mistake, and although Scott Harris said he wasn’t angry, she felt it was necessary to make a gesture.
Her brother had said that in order to show sincerity, one must be willing to part with their treasured items.

Even though she was sowhat reluctant, she still shared one of her secretly hidden candies with Scott Harris.
Scott Harris had taken care of her since she was little, up to three years old, and knew well how much she loved candy, which was strictly controlled because of her health. To her, a piece of candy was very precious. Yet, at this mont, the soft little girl in his arms unhesitatingly stuffed her beloved candy into his hand, moving him imnsely, causing him to smile slightly, “Thank you, Little Miss.”
Gigi, seeing him accept her ‘apology’ gift, had her eyes curved like crescents, just like Enna Clark’s, and didn’t forget to cutely remind Scott Harris, “Uncle Harris, don’t tell my brother~”
She ant that the fact she had candy should not be revealed to her brother.
In their family, Bobby was the person who supervised her the most strictly. If Enna Clark found out, she could still get by with acting spoiled, but if Bobby knew about her hidden candy, even rolling on the floor wouldn’t help.
Not only would all her secretly hidden ‘treasures’ be confiscated, but she would also be punished and not get new candy for a long ti.
So, the person Gigi feared the most was Bobby.

Gigi blinked her eyes, nodded like a little pecking chick, and said in her cute voice, “Gigi rembers, and Gigi will be good.”
Scott Harris couldn’t bring himself to say anything more, so he carried her and followed behind Baron Lawrence and the others.
It was the morning rush hour at the Lawrence Headquarters, and many people were just arriving at the company.
