In the coffee shop, August Oliver put away the script he had shown Olivia Lewis, "You can think again about whether you want to take on this role, I’ll hold onto the script for you until the end of the month."
Olivia Lewis’s words had indeed moved him just now, but he still hoped she would accept the movie.
He chose among all the current scripts from Celestial Entertainnt, and this one was the most suitable for her and the most likely to help her turn things around. He imdiately approached Director Leigh upon obtaining the script, demanding that the lead female role be reserved for her. This was the first ti he used his position to pressure others, resulting in Director Leigh nodding in agreent, yet Olivia Lewis didn’t want to accept it.
"Director Leigh’s films have a high chance of winning awards, and this script itself has many controversial points. Given your acting skills, I believe you can perform well in this movie." August Oliver looked deeply at her, his lips lightly speaking, "Besides this script, there isn’t any movie plan at Celestial Entertainnt that can compete with this film right now. The production team for this movie is excellent. Whether it’s the director, the script, props, lighting, or the art producer, they’re all top-notch. I hope you’ll reconsider. I still love watching you act."
When she acts, her whole being shines.

August Oliver’s earlier words were strictly business, with no hint of anything beyond that. It couldn’t have been more normal. But added with that last sentence, it changed the feel completely, turning ambiguous.
The mont Olivia Lewis heard those words, her shoulders which had just relaxed due to the script, tensed up again and she nervously attempted to change the subject, "Uh... I’ll think about it. But the likelihood of taking it is low, and Director Leigh’s desired lead isn’t ."
This script clearly looks like a well-polished work.
Director Leigh is on good terms with her; if the script’s role suited her, he would have approached her long ago.
She’s just now seeing the script, and August Oliver is the one who brought it over, which shows that Director Leigh’s preferred actor isn’t her. She’s indeed not suitable for this role.
"August Oliver, I’ve read the script. If you’re busy, you can go ahead with your work. I’ll call Sunny and ask her to co pick up."
Once Olivia Lewis dealt with the script issue, she proactively suggested parting ways.
August Oliver’s expression showed no change, yet he didn’t stand up.
Since he didn’t leave, Olivia Lewis obviously couldn’t leave herself. She was gritting her teeth, wondering how to slip away when she suddenly heard her na.

Two voices almost simultaneously called her.
Olivia Lewis instinctively looked behind August Oliver. The mont she recognized the man calling her with a nacing aura, she jumped out of her seat in shock.

First Director Leigh was replaced by August Oliver, and now they’ve run into Adam Sinclair right after. She almost didn’t want to rant about how unlucky she’s been recently, as three speechless lines slipped down her forehead, and she reached out with a twitching mouth to greet the man walking briskly towards them, "Hi, what a coincidence~ You’re here for coffee too~"
Adam Sinclair’s temple twitched violently, his gaze deepened as he looked at her, yet he forcibly held back, turning to face August Oliver with a false smile, "Director Oliver, what a coincidence, I haven’t had the chance to congratulate you on becoming Oscar’s director."
August Oliver also stood up, adjusted his suit, expressionless, and said blandly, "Young Master Sinclair, why are you here."
