Olivia Lewis frowned, took two steps back, and continued to widen the distance between them.

I couldn’t understand why soone like , who was born carrying the burdens of the previous generation’s mistakes, should continue living in this world."
His eyes suddenly lit up and he looked at her with deep emotion, "Until I saw you, from the first mont I laid eyes on you, I just... couldn’t help but fall for you. Every move you make captivates my attention, I couldn’t take my eyes off you. But I was soone who couldn’t stand in the light, I had nothing at that ti and was not worthy of you. So I never sought you out. Olivia, I didn’t expect to et you here, and I don’t even know what I’m saying now, why I’m saying all this in front of you, I just can’t control myself..."
Olivia Lewis initially found him only mildly disgusting, but now she found him utterly repulsive.
Alexander Sinclair’s performance now would have been barely enough to deceive a naive little girl, thinking he could fool her was an understatent. After years of maneuvering in the entertainnt industry, his acting couldn’t hold up in front of her.
She figured out what Alexander was trying to do.
His previous setup wasn’t ant to make her a diator to persuade Adam or Adam’s mom to accept their presence.
It was to set up a pitifully inspiring image of himself, just to pull this act in front of her later, the goal being to compete with Adam for her.
She reckoned this man was so twisted with jealousy towards Adam that it was eating him up inside. He had to suppress himself around Benjamin Sinclair, putting on a front of not competing in order to win Benjamin’s favor. This constant act bottled up too much frustration inside him, which he could only vent through little sches in the dark.
Like competing with Adam for a woman.
From Alexander’s performance just now, she guessed that the rival Sydney Sullivan ntioned, who almost went on a blind date with Adam before, was most likely fooled by this sa act.
She couldn’t hide her inner disgust, regrettably there was no cara here, otherwise, she would love to record this man’s current behavior and show it to his fiancée.
