She hadn’t finished speaking when Leah Rivers domineeringly pulled her aside, standing in front, and coquettishly smiled at Benjamin Sinclair, teasing, "Uncle Adam, I dragged Auntie here, please don’t be mad at her."
In response to her, Benjamin Sinclair’s deanor eased slightly. He rubbed his temples and said, "I’m not angry, but Leah, why did you bring your Auntie here?"
Leah Rivers glanced at Alexander Sinclair behind Benjamin, lifting her chin in a ’watch ’ manner, turning to et Benjamin’s gaze and said sweetly, "Of course, to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony."
"What did you say?" Benjamin’s expression slightly changed.
Before coming, Leah Rivers had prepared herself for his responses, showing no panic at his words, "Isn’t everyone allowed to bring soone to the ribbon-cutting ceremony? My parents can’t make it today, so I’m here on their behalf, and I brought Auntie along."
