She was startled and almost let out a scream.

Before her eyes was a familiar, handso face – one she had seen just ten hours ago.

Enna was stunned and furrowed her eyebrows. Her intuition told her it was best to answer. She tentatively replied, “President Lawrence?”
“Wrong answer!”

He had originally wanted to endure it, to control his emotions before confronting her and asking her what was going on.
But he overestimated his self-control, which he thought had improved a lot over the past year. In front of this woman, he was completely deprived of any self-control!
