He felt a bit relieved; he had bet correctly, the opponent wasn’t as agile.
This way, there was still an opportunity to shake off the opponent and escape smoothly.
The viewers all sighed in relief seeing this.
They had thought Xu Yi was dood for sure.
But, Xu Yi had used his advantage to avoid a deadly crisis.
The giant beast shook its head, its eyes blood-red.

After all, the beast’s stamina had been drained a lot by Xu Yi, slowing its speed.
For Lu Ke, who was full of energy, she still had a significant edge.
Xu Yi glanced back, then stopped.
Running for nearly an hour of sprint-like escape had already exhausted eighty percent of Xu Yi’s stamina, the rest was fueled by willpower.
