Qin Yi woke up three hours later, and then he realized there was grass growing on him. No, flowers—his clothes and even his hair were stuffed full of little wildflowers in all kinds of colors.
Qin Yi froze for a mont, then couldn't help but chuckle. He didn't need to guess; this could only be that little Elf's doing.
Qin Yi looked around but didn't see the little Elf anywhere. He swept out his Divine Thought and couldn't help smiling—outside the cave, a small figure was squatting on the ground, earnestly picking wildflowers.
Qin Yi stood up and stretched a bit. His bones crackled like a string of exploding beans. Then he strode out of the cave.
So as not to scare the little Elf, Qin Yi deliberately made so noise.
The little Elf was seriously picking wildflowers, the wings behind her shrouded in green radiance fluttering softly, looking very cute. Hearing a sound behind her, her pointed ears instantly perked up, and she cautiously turned her head.
When she saw soone standing behind her, she was so frightened that she couldn't even hold onto the wildflowers in her hands; they scattered all over the ground.

Qin Yi hurriedly spoke. This little Elf really was timid to the extre. Yet timid as she was, she'd still dared to fight a Fierce Beasts to protect him.
The little Elf also recognized Qin Yi. She stared at him with gemstone-like eyes. "Big brother? You woke up?"
Qin Yi gave a slight nod. "Thank you, for saving ."
The little Elf broke into a happy smile.
Qin Yi pointed at the little wildflowers all over his body. "Was this your doing?"
The little Elf's small face instantly tensed up. Like a child who'd done sothing wrong, she lowered her head and whispered, "Big brother, I'm sorry."
Qin Yi was helpless. This little thing really was too timid.
"Don't be scared, big brother isn't blaming you. These little wildflowers—I like them a lot."
The little one imdiately laughed, laughing very happily.
Qin Yi walked toward the little Elf, but she reflexively backed away.
Qin Yi was slightly taken aback. "What's wrong?"
"Big brother, are you a bad person? Granny Flower said there are lots and lots of bad people outside."
Qin Yi: "…"
"Big brother is a bad person among the good people, and a good person among the bad people."
The little Elf's gemstone-like eyes went round, her long lashes fluttering as she tried her best to digest what Qin Yi had just said.
Qin Yi laughed. "Big brother is a good person."
The little Elf flapped her wings and flew in front of Qin Yi, looking at him with an adorable little face.
Qin Yi asked with a smile, "I still don't know what your na is."
"I told big brother already, my na is Little Leaf."
Qin Yi paused. She'd told him before? Whatever. He smiled. "Alright, big brother will rember it this ti."
"Little Leaf, why are you all alone?"
Who'd have thought, the mont Qin Yi asked, Little Leaf's eyes turned red, and then big teardrops started rolling down. Qin Yi was startled and flustered. Had he said sothing wrong?
"I ca out with my big sister, but big sister is gone."
Qin Yi thought for a bit. So Little Leaf had gotten separated from her sister.
"Don't cry. How about big brother takes you to find your sister?"
Little Leaf lifted her little face and said happily, "Okay~!"
Qin Yi: "…"
This little thing—crying just now, and the next second she's smiling. Her face changes really fast.
"Then wait for big brother for a little bit."
Qin Yi heard the sound of running water. Following the sound, he found a stream and washed himself clean.
After scrubbing off all the bloodstains, the Phoenix Battle Armor once again transford into a set of black close-fitting clothes, and Qin Yi's handso face left the little Elf completely dazed.
"Big brother, you look so good, even better than Handso Brother."
Qin Yi laughed. He had no idea who this "Handso Brother" in Little Leaf's mouth was—probably soone from the Elf Clan. Still, being praised by such a cute child felt pretty good.
"Let's go, big brother will take you to find your sister." Qin Yi patted his own shoulder.
The little Elf considered it, then flew over to sit on Qin Yi's shoulder, wrapping one small arm around his neck.
"Little Leaf, where did you get separated from your sister?"
"I don't know~"

This was the closest place to the Northern Central State. If Little Leaf went missing, her sister would very likely go to the Northern Central State to look for her.
Qin Yi carried Little Leaf and sped off toward the Northern Central State.
After flying for a while, Qin Yi suddenly changed direction and headed for Sin City instead. There were still so debts there he hadn't collected. He also wanted to find out whether that shabby old man was still alive.
Qin Yi hadn't wanted to kill the shabby old man, but that lunatic had pushed him too far, forcing him to risk Jade-and-Stone-burn-together and end up with both sides badly hurt.
Qin Yi guessed that with his Domain destroyed, the shabby old man would at least be gravely injured if not dead.
This place wasn't far from Sin City, and Qin Yi soon arrived.
"Big brother, I'm hungry." Little Leaf rubbed her small stomach.
Qin Yi smiled. "Big brother will take you to eat sothing tasty. What does Little Leaf want to eat?"
Little Leaf thought very seriously about it. "I want fruit-fruit."
Fruit-fruit?
"You an fruit?" Qin Yi asked again, uncertain.
Little Leaf nodded her cute little head.
Qin Yi was speechless, but then he rembered that the Elf Clan did indeed live on fruits and vegetables.
Qin Yi brought Little Leaf to a fruit stall. "Little Leaf, take whatever you want to eat."
Little Leaf hesitated for a long ti and still didn't make a move.
"What's wrong, isn't there anything you like?"
Little Leaf shook her head. "Little Leaf doesn't have any money."
Qin Yi was stunned, then snorted with laughter. "Take as much as you want, big brother has money."
Little Leaf instantly smiled super happily. "Thank you, big brother."
In the end though, Little Leaf only picked out two bright red apples.
"One for big brother, one for Little Leaf."
Little Leaf handed one to Qin Yi.
Qin Yi said with a smile, "Is one enough for you?"
"Mm, that's enough."
Qin Yi took it. One big and one small, each with an apple in hand, they walked and ate at the sa ti.
What Qin Yi didn't know was that soone had their eye on him. Or more precisely, they had their eye on the little Elf.
Qin Yi also had no idea what an Elf would fetch in the Slave Market. The Elf race—handso n, beautiful won—were the absolute favorites of the high and mighty. A fully grown female Elf could sell for a million Gold Coins in the won's market. Rarity drives the price, after all.
The little Elf sat on Qin Yi's shoulder as he walked with her toward the Sin Tower.
Passing through a stretch of ruins, a group of people suddenly rushed out from front and back, surrounding Qin Yi.
Qin Yi stopped, a flash of cold killing intent passing through his eyes. Now that the shabby old man was either dead or crippled, who in Sin City could possibly stop him?
"Where are you rushing off to in such a hurry, sir?"
Qin Yi lifted his head and looked at the speaker. "What, I need to report to you where I'm going now?"
When Qin Yi raised his head and they got a clear look at his face, the group opposite him first froze, then their expressions grew more exaggerated than if they'd seen a ghost. Their mouths hung open, faces full of horror, bodies shaking so badly they couldn't even form a complete sentence.
They were nearly scared to death. Before this, all their attention had been on the little Elf; they hadn't paid any mind to Qin Yi's face. But now that they saw clearly—how could they not recognize this face? The madman who'd soloed the Sword Sect and destroyed the Sin Tower all by himself.
