Although there are only seven people, their imposing presence is overwhelming, with not a weak hand among them.

Fang Haohong and the others looked grave.

The seven halted from afar, attired identically in wide black robes that concealed their entire bodies, making it impossible to discern their appearances.

Fang Haohong was alard; these seven were dressed exactly like Zhuo Mu.

"Are you all Demon Tars?" Fang Haohong asked.

"It seems you really know Zhuo Mu."

One of them spoke, their voice hoarse and unpleasant, making it unclear whether it was deliberately done to lower their voice and create an eerie atmosphere, or if they were naturally like this.

"Are you Zhuo Mu's friends?" Fang Haohong asked again.

"We are family. Demon Tars of the world are one family," the other hoarsely replied.

Hidden in the dark, Qin Yi scoffed, finding them to be interest-driven individuals, yet shalessly claiming to be one family. It's rely a facade to intimidate outsiders, not that he believed harmony truly existed among these Demon Tars.

Those who see only interests are inherently selfish; the so-called harmony is likely a show for outsiders. Otherwise, these money-worshiping assassins might have been wiped out long ago.

Fang Haohong, however, was pleased. Zhuo Mu was dead, but now seven Demon Tars appeared, each no less powerful than Zhuo Mu. If he could use them, repairing relations with the Five Great Families and killing Qin Yi would be a breeze.

"Since you are Zhuo Mu's family, you are friends of the Fang Family. Please co in, let's sit and talk," Fang Haohong said with a smile.

Even the Elders of the Fang Family breathed a sigh of relief.

"Alright," one Demon Tar nodded.

Fang Haohong and others were overjoyed.

However, Qin Yi, hidden in the dark, looked solemn.

Weren't these Demon Tars going to avenge Zhuo Mu? The situation wasn't as expected. If they befriended the Fang Family, they would surely beco his enemies.

"Please!"

Fang Haoran and the others descended to the ground.

The seven Demon Tars followed closely behind.

Azure Dragon glanced at Qin Yi, things were developing beyond Qin Yi's expectations, heading towards the worst scenario.

Qin Yi looked serious, indeed the worst had happened.

Suddenly, things twisted unexpectedly.

The Demon Tars following the Fang Family suddenly attacked without warning.

The seven simultaneously struck, the terrifying black Qi forming dozens of giant pythons that blasted towards the backs of the Fang Family mbers.

This sudden scene stunned not only the Fang Family but even Qin Yi and others paused for a mont.

"Boom!"

The Fang Family mbers were completely engulfed by the exploding black Qi, the ground shattered, cracks spreading wildly like centipedes.

The shock wave of the explosion spread frantically around, destroying rocks, trees, artificial hills, and structures, flattening everything within a hundred-ter diater.

Only after a long while did the black mist slowly dissipate.

Hidden Qin Yi and his companions all had their eyes narrow sharply.

As the black mist cleared, there were only four people standing at the scene: Fang Haohong, the Great Elder, Fang Wwen, and Fang Wen, all with pale faces, clearly injured.

As for the other elders, they were entirely lifeless, with several bodies blown apart, survival impossible.

The lowest cultivation among these seven was at the Late Stage of Divine Separation, making the full force of their strike terrifyingly powerful. It was a miracle that Fang Haohong and others survived.

Fang Haohong looked at the incomplete corpses around him, unable to recover for a long ti until he awakened with an angry roar, like a wounded beast.

"Why?" he loudly roared, questioning the Demon Tars.

Before, he thought his luck had turned, losing a Zhuo Mu but gaining seven Demon Tars to assist him. Unexpectedly, these people beca executioners in the blink of an eye, launching a surprise attack.

Fang Haohong felt cold inside, as if he had fallen from heaven to hell in an instant.

"Anyone who harms our Demon Tars has only one path: death," a Demon Tar said coldly.

Fang Haohong and others were stunned. What did this an? When had they hard a Demon Tar? They always treated these Demon Tars, whether Zhuo Mu or these individuals, with utmost respect, better than their own fathers.

At this ti, a Demon Tar slowly extended his hand, revealing a black beetle in his palm.

Qin Yi's eyes narrowed; this was the black beetle that had flown out of Zhuo Mu's body.

Black Qi spread from the Demon Tar's palm, the black beetle's wings vibrated lightly, emanating a black light that ascended into the air, lingering without dispersing, gradually forming an image.

The image depicted a figure in black attire battling Zhuo Mu.

Of course, this black-clad figure was Qin Yi.

The scene shifted fluidly, perfectly showing how Qin Yi appeared, killed Zhuo Mu, revealed the black cloth on the dead Zhuo Mu's face, crippled his cultivation, and took away the jade box, with even sound included.

It turned out this black beetle had the function of a recorder, truly astonishing. No wonder, once a Demon Tar died, the others could precisely identify the murderer.

Qin Yi smiled, the reversal of events was so sudden that it even caught him off guard.

Soon after, the black beetle in the Demon Tar's hand suddenly retracted its wings, stopped trembling, and the image in the air vanished.

Fang Haohong and others were baffled. They had been speculating who killed Zhuo Mu, but the image resolved their doubts. Yet, a bigger question arose: Who was this elderly man who killed Zhuo Mu?

A Demon Tar said solemnly: "Now you know why you must die? Harming Demon Tars is an unforgivable sin."

Fang Haohong's body trembled, angrily saying: "Zhuo Mu did die at our Fang Family, but we do not know the person who killed him."

One Demon Tar rely snorted coldly, not believing Fang Haohong's words.

That person, when killing Zhuo Mu, every move and word clearly identified them as Fang Family. Especially at the end when taking the jade box, the words 'How dare you touch sothing of the Fang Family!' confird the Fang Family's culpability.

Fang Haohong was almost losing his mind. As the dignified Fang Family Head, high and mighty, he was now wronged, feeling suffocated enough to vomit blood.

"We didn't kill Zhuo Mu; he was our friend. Why would we kill him? Doing so brings no benefit to the Fang Family. Besides, the killer was definitely not from the Fang Family; this is a setup."

Fang Haohong didn't want to be wronged for nothing, nor did he want to beco enemies with these people, making a final struggle to explain.

Unfortunately, his explanation was too weak. After all, the Demon Tars had pictorial evidence, a foolproof case.

Besides, these Demon Tars seed not to care about the truth of the scene; their aim was to avenge Zhuo Mu, demonstrating the consequences of harming a Demon Tar. To put it bluntly, it was about intimidation.

A Demon Tar spoke coldly: "For those who harm a Demon Tar, kill without rcy. The Fang Family shall be wiped clean, not a blade of grass left."
